Called repeatedly and no answer anywhere. I have a very important question. Your 5 star rating by 1 person is a joke! It is after Christmas Dec. 26th and nobody in the whole place can answer the phone. It is unprofessional and not responsible to your residents or future business!

Sanders Glen has been a wonderful new home for my mother. We looked at a lot of Assisted Living Facilities and chose Sanders Glen for the people that work there. They know the residents, stop and talk with them and smile. My mom said there is “joy here” . It is very clean and well kept as well!

Sander’s Glen is a great place to live. My parents visited many assisted living locations and they chose Sander’s Glen. The staff works very hard to make it a happy healthy place to live. They have many activities for the residents to participate in. The staff treats the residents with great respect and care. When I leave Sander’s Glen, I am confident that my Mom is well taken care of.

Sanders Glen is amazing. They were with me every step of the way as I had my brother move to Sanders Glen from another place that was not good. Debbie held my hand all the way through it all. Once he was here the nurses were a great help getting the meds he need asap. I highly recommend Sanders Glen Everyone there are so friendly

Overall I think Sanders Glen is a great place for my mom. The only problem she has is getting her room cleaned and a shower during this covid time. I know you have had some trouble with aids and covid so that is understandable. Keep up the good work.

Sanders Glen is wonderful! My father has been a resident for about 2 years now. The staff really care about their residents and go the extra mile on many occasions. I feel good knowing he lives here. Covid does add a challenge, but they keep everyone safe and follow guidelines thank you

Sanders Glen Is HOME to so many. At Sanders Glen our senior famly member is loved and watched over by the SG staff who consider her part of their own family. During this pandemic the staff has worked so very hard to protect every one of their residents. With LOTS of hard work and palnning, forehought and effort they managed to keep COVID out of the facility and away from the residents for almost nine months! And with even more work and effort they shut COVID down within the facility very quickly. As a health care provider myself, I KNOW what they have done is of heroic proportions. I salute you, and thank you ,my friends and colleagues, for your amazing accomplishments!

My Mother has lived at Sanders Glen for over three years. The other residents as well as staff have become our family. The facility is always welcoming and efficient. When this unprecedented Covid year hit we have all been challenged. Sanders Glen staff have and continue to take very good care of our loved ones and have gone beyond to accommodate the family’s needs in a safe manner.

They receive quality care from compassionate and skilled staff members in every department- nursing, ancillary staff and administration.This facility is truly outstanding and we are grateful for the staff who work hard to make Sanders Glen feel like home.

I feel Sanders Glen is a really special place. The staff I have had contact with are all kind, upbeat, caring and professional. My mother enjoys the staff. I know COVID has taken a toll on the country but in some ways it has affected this senior living population harder. Isolation, less activities, and some times understaffing has unfortunately put a special strain on these facilities. I think Sanders Glen’s staff works hard to close the gaps caused by this pandemic.Thank You!

Sanders Glen has gone above and beyond in the care of both my parents and now my mother. They take health and safety very seriously and have been vigilant through the pandemic in care of residents, cleanliness of environment and communication to families. But most importantly, the staff at Sanders Glen truly cares for our family members. They do the little extras to encourage residents to be positive, help each other (through projects), feel appreciated (through acts of kindness), and feel valued. They are very connected to residents listening to their needs and wants. I cannot say enough positive things about Sanders Glen.

My mother-in-law moved into Sanders Glen on her 89th birthday and just celebrated her 93rd birthday last month. When we began to search for an assisted living facility we went to three places. The two other locations were newer and had more bells & whistles then SG but the deciding factor were the employees. Many staff members have been employed at SG for years. Our impression was these people worked there because they have a passion for the residents. I can say after four years that our impression was correct.My mother-in-law became seriously ill last year, had to be hospitalized and then moved to a rehabilitation facility. After three months she was able to return to Sanders Glen. Employees at SG were so happy and excited to see her back. How she was treated at the hospital and rehab facility was disappointing. My mother-in-law was not very cooperative as she did not like the staff and she did not feel respected. Once we were able to move her back to Sanders Glen her progress improved immensely. She was motivated to make improvements as she felt loved, she was encouraged by SG staff and she felt they really cared about her. Sanders Glen may not be the most beautiful facility but we believe they have the most beautiful staff with the biggest hearts. Thank you Sanders Glen.

My mother is 94 and has been living at Sanders Glen for almost one year. The staff at Sanders Glen truly care about their residents. It is more than a job to them. During these difficult times, the staff has gone above and beyond their normal daily job responsibilities to make sure their residents are safe and well taken care of. Well before the COVID19 crisis, Sanders Glen has put forth every effort to expertly care for my Mother, for which I have been grateful. Since the COVID crisis, the staff at every level of Sanders Glen have gone so far above and beyond their duties to make sure every resident is safe and stays well. They work endless hours tirelessly, always with a smile in their eyes through their masks with such love and care. I will forever be eternally grateful for all they do. They even sprinkled in some fun during a very difficult time with parades (outside in our cars) for the residents to enjoy through their windows. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! My father has been a resident of Sanders Glen for many years. All the staff is responsive, caring and compassionate, not only to the resident but the residents entire family. Would highly recommend this facility as a place to call home if you are looking for some assistance for your loved one.

My mother is currently a resident and has been for a few years. She has lots of friends and seems to really enjoy where she’s at. I am pleased with the level of care she receives and feel the staff takes very good care of her. When she has had any problems, the staff is very quick at getting in touch with me. They get to know the residents very well and can tell immediately if there are any changes alerting them to problems beginning to arise. I can confidently say that I have peace of mind with her there. Thank you everyone at Sanders Glen from the bottom of my heart
