Around Christmas time, my husband’s grandmother was admitted here. We were all so sad to not have her home for the holidays but the staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and happy. The nurses, the ADON, social worker, DOR and even the Administrator made a special effort to meet our family, hear our needs, and make her time special. We are forever thankful for the way you loved and cared for our Oma.

I have been trying to contact them about there price increase for over three weeks but no one answers there phones or returns my calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There service is deplorable.

I cannot say enough good things about Harbour Manor and the Lodge! This team is the most compassionate caring team I have ever encountered. My grandmother has resided at HM for almost 4 years. She is so happy there. We are blessed to know she is taken care of when we can't be with her.

Our mother was at Harbour Manor for about a year. We want to thank everyone there for taking care of her. We visited with mom every day and night. The doctors, nurses, staff, kitchen help, everyone were all so helpful. We were always notified of any changes in our mother's condition and changes in medicine. Honest opinions about Harbour Manor and the staff that take care of my grandmother.Upon admission she was greeted by Nursing staff who made her transition from hospital stay to rehab painless. Her medications were delivered on time and her pain was controlled. The kitchen staff ensured her dietary preference was what was being served to her daily. Each meal Delicious in her words. The therapy department made rehab goals easy to manage for my grandmother and she was back to her feisty self in no time. Social Service hit it out of the ball park, Luanne was so calm and easy to communicate with about discharge planning and moving forward with at home care in place before my grandmother discharged to her home. I appreciate all the care that was provided to her. As a family it put our minds at easy knowing our grandmother was in the best hands. Nursing staff and Administration communicated with us each step of the way and were timely and courteous. I would recommend this facility for anyone looking for rehab or long term care needs.

Harbour Manor continues to give excellent service to the residents. Tina in rehab is very good. Everyone works together as a team and the love and happiness gleams within the facility. They really work hard to give dignity to the residents. I would highly recommend Harbour Manor.

My mom spent 5 weeks in there and there were pros and cons.She is on a special diet and they could not seem to get it right. She continuously asked for coffee and never got it. So I bought her coffee and she heated up water in the microwave.The only conversation I had was with the speech therapist(great gals).She is a diabetic and takes insulin 4 times a day and in one day she only received it one time. I called to discuss this but the head nurse was busy and never returned my call.She was released and I never received a call informing me of the release, but the release papers states the family was happy and excited for her release. That is false and how would you know if you never spoke to me. She gets home and within 10 minutes falls and ended back in the hospital. They new of her falling that was the reason she was in there in the first place. She could not leave her room or be up walking around alone because of the falling issue but they still sent her home.The reason I have it a 3 stars she did have SOME good nurses, PT and OT.She will not be going back there again.

This place is amazing. They have a very sweet and caring young lady that works in Social service.( Vemih) She treated me with respect from the minute she walked into my room and very pleasant to speak with. Although she was new to this particular building, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She always knocked on my door which was very respectful of her because I had a few aides that walked into my room without knocking.The nurses in the rehab place were fantastic.Always came in to check on me and this made my stay there so smooth. I will gladly recommend this facility to anyone thats looking for a place where you will be treated as a VIP. Thanks to all the staff that took care of me.

I have worked in a few long term care facilities and for a couple different companies. I can honestly say that CarDon is the best in the business and as a company works hard to keep good resident care at the core of every decision they make. The staff at the Harbour Manor really care about their residents. If you are having issues, management is happy to help work through them. There is no perfect long term care community. In a business of people taking care of people, there is opportunity for human error. Mistakes happen - but its how those mistakes are handled and rectified to move forward that sets facilities apart.

My mom has been at Harbour Manor for almost 2 years.She tells my sister and I how nice the staff are to her.That makes us feel at ease.The nurses, dr.call whenever there is an issue with mom and keeps us up to date with her care.We are very pleased thus far with her care at Harbour Manor.We just had a care meeting with Ashley -social worker and Tina-unit manager and they are so friendly and very easy to talk too.Thank you for taking good care of our mom.

After my mom broke her hip she could no longer remain in her apartment alone. She has been in Harbour Manor for 9 months and the staff has been very kind. She tells me the food is good and they are attentive to her needs. COVID has added lots of stress but they have helped by setting up outside visits and FaceTime with family to keep us close, even though we are hundreds of miles away. Im very comfortable with recommending Habour Manor to others.

Great long term care facility. Recently renovated, caring staff, management is responsive and will do what they can to assist if you have an issue. I was very pleased with the way they managed my moms care during COVID. No facility is perfect but I would recommend this place to anyone.

My mom has been at this facility since last May and absolutely loves it! The food is good, the building is clean, and the staff are very friendly! My mom is usually a very picky person, so it gives me peace that she is so pleased with her new home (since I am unable to take care of her myself at my home). Whenever we have any issues, administration is attentive to our needs and does their best to solve our problems. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their loved ones to be taken care of in a safe, warm, and happy place!

My grandmother is in short term rehab and getting stronger and better every day. The staff are all really great - and thats coming from my Gram, who is as sharp as a tack. 3 weeks ago she could not get out of bed; now she has a 3-legged cane and is slowly walking. She is 78 with a broken back.

Very efficient and concerned staff. PT got my brother up and walking after 8 months in bed; quite a feat. Dr. Dyer is fabulous; really knows how to work with Geriatric population. Robin in PT can really motivate the patients.Nursing staff is always pleasant and tries to solve any concerns.The lady in the business office has spent hours trying to get funds refunded from a previous facility. She embodies the caring attitude of Harbour Manor.I have nothing but kudos for this team.
