We moved our Mom to Five Star Residence of Noblesville 9 months ago. She is Independent living now but I like it that she has an alert bracelet that she can wear if she needs any help and an alert button in the bathroom. I also like the fact, when she needs to, she can move into assisted living or memory care when it comes time. Her neighbors are very nice and talk to her when they see her or come by to say Hi. Also like that it is level throughout her garden home, no steps to trip on. The office staff is super nice and friendly.

Five stars for Five Star! What I think is so fantastic about this community is the strong leadership & staff longevity. They have a team of resident "ambassadors" who help new folks feel at home. The newly remodeled apartments and common areas are just lovely! 🙂

My family recently moved my 94 year old mother to Five Star of Noblesville. The experience so far has been wonderful! Every commitment made at the time of evaluation has been exceeded. The staff are all warm and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and bright. The food is good and housekeeping goes above and beyond. Most importantly the staff is excellent at communication. I can rest easy knowing that my mother's care is consistent and high quality. Many thanks to Jim King and Deanna Teegen for making the transition so organized and welcoming. I encourage you to consider Five Star...if your experience matches ours, you will not be disappointed.

My mother was a resident of Five Star Residences of Noblesvilles Bridge to Rediscovery for 9 months before she passed away. During 6 months of that time the residence was under COVID 19 restrictions. All efforts were made to allow loved ones to maintain contact with residents and still keep all residents safe. Once restrictions were lifted to the point loved ones of residents could visit freely, I visited my mom every day. My mother was always treated with respect and in a loving manner. The food was beyond what I had expected and she was given a choice of entree and dessert. The facility was kept very clean BY Amy , the custodian ,and her laundry, for the most part was hers and cleaned daily during the week. Dawn, the director of BTR and Activity Dir. was very attentive to the needs of the residence and was an expert at keeping them busy with crafts, painting, sing alongs and various games that gave them skill exercises. I want to give special thanks and appreciation to the nurses and aides that worked tirelessly to care for the residents. They were smiling faces for them to see everyday. They understood the diseases of Dementia and Alzheimers and knew how to get accomplished what was needed to help each resident. They showed compassion and were loving to each of them. I never left feeling sorry that my mom was there. It took us having her in three facilities until we got her where she needed to be. Thank you Five Star Staff for all you do and how you do it. And thank you Patty, the receptionist at the front door for your ever smiling face and friendly voice on the phone. Cant say enough good things about this place

I have had the opportunity to visit this facility many times and have been impressed with the friendly atmosphere and apparent well being of the residents. The memory center is very welcoming and the caregivers are very loving to these folks. The memory care center is bright and every effort seems to be made to engage the residents in a variety of activities. I believe that I would be very comfortable with having a loved one live there.

I do not have the proper words to say thank you to the staff at Five Star for the way they took care of my father for the nine years he lived there. They had activities to keep him engaged with others, provided physical therapy when needed, and would call if there was any concern about his well being. I appreciated the concern they showed during the shut down due to the COVID virus, diligently working to keep the virus from entering the facility. It is hard on family members when they cannot visit their loved ones, but as a family we understood that they were trying to keep all of the residents safe. The nurses were amazing, in spite of being overworked, as they were very willing to call, and receive calls, so that we knew what was going on with Dad during that time. They could not have been more caring and compassionate. Thank you Five Star staff for taking such good care of Dad and being his friend for all of those years.

I have loved my experience with Five Star Residences of Noblesville! Brittany, Wendy and Jan are obviously passionate about what they do and taking care of their residents needs. Their residence is very well-maintained, clean and welcoming. I have taken a tour and the units are beautiful and up-to-date. The staff and residents are all very friendly and helpful. I will go as far to say that if your needs are not right for what they offer, they will refer you to someone who can better serve your needs.

Wendy showed me three apartments-homes. I visited a spacious one bedroom in the Assisted Living building. I liked the wide, bright hallways. The dining room was very welcoming. I saw both a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom garden house. Both of these were spacious with quite a bit of storage. They also had washer and dryer hook-ups and full kitchens. Residents in the garden homes must go to the Assisted Living building to eat in the dining room.

I think the staff is really great here, I really do. When my husband passed away, they were all very sweet and attentive to me and would visit me frequently to see how I was doing. I have been here for almost seven years. It's a beautiful place with a quiet, country feel and is very well maintained and kept clean. Good place for a common to have Apartments out there with garages for couples have single and one bedroom apartments for individuals they have things for Alzheimers department and the memory care good place clean does it smell like any other nursing homes its a very well kept clean good food the nurses are very up-to-date to making sure everybodys take their meds on both sides and memory care they were really good take care of them if you need a place to move to for to live at rent apartment or homes out there its really nice one two bedroom apartments outside or inside the opening of the brickett place clean nurses take care of everything and if you have a need a summer to do your sleeping Ill do that clean and everything they got a little catching at in it if you dont want to go to the breakfast and the little apartments really really clean very awesome place for people with Alzheimers Dementia or just for for retirement really good place to go to

I went to the community concert in July and was impressed with the staff and facility! The outreach was professionally, the music excellent, and they offered food and a playhouse-waterslide for the kids. Staff was attentive to the residents, helping out and caring for them. If I have a friend or family member in need of services, this is the first facility Ill recommend!
