Moved mom from another place and the difference is night and day! Her mental and physical health has improved and she seems really happy here. Really feel she is being taken way better care of here and that is a real load off of us. So happy we made the move.

We have been extremely pleased with the facility. It is well maintained and has a wonder Caring staff from administration to cleaning staff. My mother has been very happy there and feels safe. It was a very difficult decision to move her out of our home and now we are happy we chose the perfect facility. Would highly recommend to everyone. We feel she is well cared for, has great food and choices, and she loves her new home.

My mother spent the last few months of her life at Heritage Woods of Noblesville. She really enjoyed living here, and made many friends. She also enjoyed all the activities they have. Bingo was one of her favorites. The staff is wonderful, and gave my Mom the loving support she needed. I can't thank the staff enough. Everyone from housekeeping, maintenance, food service to all the great nurses and of course the management staff. Thank you Heritage Woods for caring for our Mother. She loved you also.

Moving my mom into memory care was a difficult decision for our family. We are grateful to have found Heritage Woods of Noblesville. During her year and a half there, we appreciated the stability. There were very few changes in the management team. Importantly, they do not use contract nursing or aides. Many of the same aides who were there on day one were still there when we said our goodbyes. That kind of continuity is rare and incredibly meaningful. So many team members went above and beyond to support both my Mom and our family. Their efforts helped her age with dignity, comfort, and safety. The Family Council, supported by management, also gave families a helpful way to stay involved and informed. We're thankful for the care our Mom received and the people who made a tough journey a little easier.

The nursing staff has become apart of my loved ones family. They are the backbone of that facility and it really does not have a nursing home feel. They know her quirks and are quick to communicate if anything is out of the ordinary. Every facility has something that they won’t like and no place is perfect but this one we are happy to say is such a good fit and we are comforted knowing she is where she needs to be.

I recommended this place to a husband and wife team , friends of mine . They love it ! So much to do as far as activities in the building and the staff does an outstanding job taking residents out on fin road trips as well . Heritage Woods has a new and clean feel and scent to it always . Staff are always their and so friendly and willing to assist . I have had a great experience w/the staff (and residents) when touring this facility w/our senior clients desiring other living opportunities. Our clients who choose Heritage Woods have been quite happy with their apartments, the food, and care/respite shown to them. Medical transportation requests have proven a nice benefit as well!
