I recently met with Kim for a consultation regarding the services and costs. The facilities were very nice. Kim really knows her stuff and is a great help in explaining all the different service levels.

We are incredibly grateful to Kim Goelzhauser and the entire team at Bell Oaks for the care and compassion they showed our mom during her short stay. From the moment we reached out, Kim went above and beyond to get our mom placed on such short notice (from rehab) showing not just professionalism but genuine kindness during a very emotional time for our family. Even though her time there was brief, the care she received was comforting and respectful. When hospice became involved, the staff continued to support us with warmth and empathy, helping to ensure her final days were peaceful and dignified. After her passing, we continued to feel supported, and it was clear that the staff truly cared. We are so thankful for everything Kim and the team did for our family ” their compassion made all the difference during an incredibly difficult time.
