Walnut Creek provides exceptional care for your loved one. While my wife was there she had excellent care by everyone member of the staff. They showed a great deal of care and compassion for her and everyone. Since they have a singular focus of dementia-Alzheimers-Lewy Body, your loved will be provided with special care according to their needs. They screen their employees very well which results with an exception operation. Their team members work together to provide the best possible care and compassion you want for your loved one.

I am blessed to work at Walnut Creek! I love the philosophy we have on truly getting to know our residents by learning past routines, proudest moments, hobbies, accomplishments etc so that we can make each day as meaningful as possible. Every day is about honoring them and who they are, and who they once were. Yes, the facility is beautiful! —- but most importantly, the care is exceptional. Each staff member receives specialized dementia training, whether it is a CNA, RN, someone who cleans mom or dads room, delivers the laundry, or prepared their meal... every single staff member knows and understands the disease and the best ways to communicate and redirect when necessary. When your loved one moves into Walnut Creek, they become our family! We offer support groups every month and we take pride in being the areas leading expert in dementia care. If you have not had a chance to tour, I would love to show you around!

I wish Walnut Creek had been available years earlier. Theres a difference between a facility that tells you they understand the needs of dementia and Alzheimers patients vs those that are trained for and live with it daily.m very pleased with how much more content Mother is. We are too. Much less anxiety than before. I highly recommend it-them for your loved one.
