I joinedTraditions at Solana just over a year ago. We have such an exceptional team with staff that truly care about the residents. Keydra and Brandy are two of the best CNA's I've had the pleasure to work with. Their dedication to the residents wellbeing and happiness is beyond expectations. Shavonda, our DON has such a way about her. She has such a big job and always shows grace and dignity in her approach. Our residents love Chef Mo and her team. So much more could be said but I'll leave you with this. Every employee will welcome and make every resident feel cherished and loved.

It is a warm and caring environment with a great staff. Nursing care is excellent. House keeping staff is very good as well. Transportation is available and Dana is very professional. Tina at the reception desk and Megan, Administrator, have always gone above and beyond.

Moving to TRADITIONS AT SOLANA following the death of my husband of 47 years was the best decision I could have made. The facility is lovely and clean and my apartment is spacious and updated. I no longer have to worry about the increasing personal struggles I was facing OR the many costs associated with living alone because everything here is included in the monthly fee. Nor do I have to worry about cleaning or laundry since a friendly and dedicated staff perform these chores for me. I get 3 nutritious meals a day overseen by our friendly and dedicated food service manager, Monica, and I get as much help as I need. Dana, our lovable and caring transportation manager drives us to and from doctor appointments and on fun outings. The many activities and outings keep me as busy as I want to be. My little dog and I enjoy long walks around the beautifully landscaped grounds where there are several sitting areas to relax and enjoy nice days. There is even a potting table where you can pot your own plants. We have a large pond in front of our facility and White River runs behind us making it a quiet and serene setting. The executive staff is always approachable and eager to help with any questions or concerns. Barb, our activities Director is an incredibly hard working and kind person who seems to work 24 hours a day making sure the residents are busy and happy. And we have a true star on the staff named Tina, our cheerful and loving full-time receptionist who greets everyone who passes through the doors and answers every phone call with her friendly professionalism. She does so much that I couldn't possibly list everything, but know if a resident needs something, Tina will make sure they get it. Finally, I have met so many lovely and interesting residents from all backgrounds and with so much in common with me. I love them all. Living here has absolutely changed my life: I am no longer lonely or bored and I look forward to each new day. I feel safe and secure and most of all I feel grateful to have found Traditions at Solana.

The staff in the Memory Care unit are fantastic! I can't tell you how much I trust and appreciate Lisa, Makenzie, Shell, Mikeya, Ashley, Mary, Ms Al, Brittany, Tina, and all the others that I've not named for the care they give to my family member and the other residents I see when I visit. It makes such a difference when someone really enjoys their work and the team they work alongside. I would wish this level of attention and respect to all of us as we age. My gratitude to you all!!!

Six years ago we had to make the decision to move our mom to assisted living and I'm so glad we chose Traditions at Solana. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the staff and the environment. My mom has thrived in her time there and happily calls it home. The facility is so well run. Their communication with me has been top notch. The staff is wonderful! They are a team like a family and their professionalism shows in everything they do. The care and concern they have given our mom has been a great comfort to our entire family. This was especially true in this past year with the COVID crisis. I was so impressed with the proactiveness and protocols put into place to protect the residents. During the time when everything was locked down, they went above and beyond to keep mom healthy, happy, and in touch with us when we couldn't physically visit her. I could go on and on, but I'll close in saying I highly recommend Traditions at Solana to anyone looking to find an assisted living facility for a loved one. They truly are the best.

This facility is top notch. Megan, the community relations director, kept in touch with me during the discovery phase. This wasn't true of most of the other places I looked at. Since moving my mom in I have been very impressed with the caring, friendly and attentive staff. I am very happy that the care Mom receives is the best.

The staff here goes the extra mile to check on our father, and to help us stay in touch with him. Especially during COVID, theyve been our eyes and ears, keeping us informed while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Great place for family. Great place to call home. My mother lives at Traditions at Solana and it was the best place for her and my family. The community is BEAUTIFUL. The staff really care about the residents. Always activities, entertaiment and great food. Mom has laughed so much since making Traditions at Solana her home. She has made many great friends. The nursing staff, housekeeping staff and dietary staff along with the management staff go the extra mile. The beautiful view of the river reminds her when she was young. Its just a great place to be.

My dad moved in today and I cannot rate high enough. Everyone worked to welcome him and comfort him. It was a very quick move in and everyone worked to ensure it went smoothly. My mind is more at ease than it has been in weeks. I look forward to continuing five star posts as we move into his next phase of being a resident. Nice very clean and well kept!!Have you own individual parking garages.Quiet and the people seem friendly.It is my understanding that this is a wonderful place for seniors or if you are in need of some type of assisted living.Maybe you need a nurses aid to come by.If you fall into these categories then I would advise you to come check these out.
