My mom has been at Five Star Residences since October 2022. She is 91 and thriving & really loves it there. She looks forward to many of the activities they have on a weekly basis, and she has friends there that she enjoys interacting with. The staff is great, and I must mention the aides Lakaisha and Latanya, & I can't remember the other young ladies name, but they get her day started each morning and they're all so helpful, including nurse Kelly who gives her medicine to her. The maintenance guy Justin is one of her favorites too because she tells me he can fix anything. Everybody has really been good and helpful and the place is always clean. My mom considers Five Star Residences as her permanent home. Her being happy there makes me happy!

A great place to live! My wifes mother became a resident in June and is very happy living there. The staff and other residents are very friendly and helpful. Its set up as a small community with the residents being the focal point. The facility itself is clean and offers a cheerful and welcoming environment. We can relax knowing she is being well cared for and being treated with the utmost respect!

Nice facility, overall!My family and I are pleased with Five Star Residences of Clearwater. This facility is in an easily accessible area of Indianapolis. I felt this was the best place for my aging aunt and her disabled son. The facility is clean and well kept. The two-bedroom unit we selected is nice and more than adequate for their needs. The décor is welcoming and comfortable, and the common areas are spacious. The food choices are also good. All of the various services they provide are great.The most important thing for me has been how well my aunt and cousin have been treated by the staff. The staff is friendly and do a great job looking out for them. The sales representative Brittany has shown that she is very concerned about how well they have assimilated into their new environment. She and other staff members are caring, professional and have gone above and beyond what I would have expected. They spend extra time with them and they are very coconscious about their needs. They have worked very hard to help them with their transition into their facility.

My mother has resided at Five Star Residences of Clearwater for several years and she loves it! The staff is friendly and the facility is immaculate. Her entire family loves the facility and enjoy visiting her there. Also, I was extremely impressed with their COVID-19 protocol. There have been ZERO cases of the virus to date.

My grandfather moved in here about 2 months ago, and our family is so happy with this residence. Its a beautiful campus, and the staff goes above and beyond to make their residents comfortable. Its very clean, my grandpa loves the food, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The residents seem more like a family than just neighbors. Everyone from the housekeepers to the directors Shane and Jennifer are wonderful and know everyone by name. We would definitely recommend it.

I was looking for a safe, clean and loving assisted living facility for my father. He is 93 years old and I was unable to care for him in my home. I was referred to Five Star Residences of Clearwater by a friend. I was immediately welcomed with open arms. I new immediately that this was the right place for my father. The management staff made sure everything went smoothly for us and that all of my fathers needs were met. Words cant express how caring and loving the staff are. The nursing staff are incredible. They made sure my dad had everything he needed to stay healthy and safe, which in turn made me feel like the weight of the world was taken off my shoulders. We all want our loved ones to be happy. Five Star Residences of Clearwater delivers that happiness. The facility and grounds are kept very clean. It is a beautiful place with a lot of activities for the residents. My father states the food is delicious!!!!! In conclusion, I love all the staff of Five Star Residences of Clearwater. They are a true Five Star facility. My father said he feels like he is home.

I work for a law firm who assists the clients with VA aid and attendance and taxes at Clearwater and I cant say enough how friendly and professional the staff is. The atmosphere and warmth of the building is fantastic and the way they interact with their residents is paramount. I highly recommend Clearwater!

Ive had several wonderful encounters with staff at this community! Most recently, I attending an open house and spoke to several different residents- all of which had something positive to say about the community and the staff. This is a wonderful facility with an incredibly friendly staff! Management is very responsive to residents and make the place truly feel like home. They take the time to get to know each resident and go out of their way to ensure each person is comfortable and happy. I really think the staff does a great job. The friendliness and helpfulness from the top down makes it a great experience. Our comfort as residents is most important to the staff. I feel safe and secure. There is so much to do as far as entertainment and exercise. Boxing class is fun but very hard!

We own Absolutely Wright Contract Cleaning, and have been cleaning all of the carpets, and floors in the facility over the last year! During this time, we have gotten to know the staff, and several of the residents! It has been a pleasure working with a great group of people who care about the cleanliness of the facility , and we have witnessed great care of the residents! My wife and I moved here a couple of weeks ago after touring several facilities. We saw some very nice facilities during our search but the customer service ( with a smile!) was what drew us to choose Clearwater Commons. Marki, in the Sales office, has been wonderful throughout our decision making time, and went above and beyond in helping us with everything we needed, which was a lot, including scheduling our movers! She has been warm and welcoming throughout and we truly believe she is sincere! In addition, Id like to mention Melissa, the Executive Director, who also was very helpful. Others that deserve mention are Gregg, our wonderful Chef, Melissa in the Business Office, Jim the head of Maintenance has been quick to respond to some minor issues we had, and really, all of the staff has been great. We have enjoyed meals and getting to know other residents. Everyone has been welcoming. Kathy, the Activity Director, had personally invited us to activities. I know this is rather lengthy, but felt the staff here at Clearwater Commons are so deserving of a mention and Jane and I are hoping to make Clearwater Commons our forever home.
