I’ve been a resident here for five years! After my husband passed away I fell and broke my hip, and my son chose this place. I’m so happy that I am here as it has helped me find purpose and maintain my independence!

Looked at one bedroom with Tiffany Carr. It was clean and big enough for me. Met some of the staff They were very nice and looks like a nice place to live. Tiffany answer all my questions. I liked the location also

My father moved into Five Star Residences of Clearwater about two years ago and it was a wonderful experience. The facility is lovely, but most importantly, the staff is outstanding! Shane, Tiffany, and the rest of the front office staff could not be any more pleasant and accommodating. The dining room staff is amazing, and the food is wonderful. Maintenance manager Justin is responsive and more than helpful. The nursing and support staff are professional and kind. I cannot say enough about Five Star Residences of Clearwater. Shane and Tiffany went above and beyond with the needs of my father. Dad was happy living at Five Star, after not at all wanting to make the move! The patience that was exhibited can never be overstated. I am the first to recognize that older folks can have thier quirks, and working with them is a calling. That calling has blessed all of the staff at Five Star, and that blessing is passed on to the residents at Five Star!

Five Stars for Five Star Residences! Our father was referred here by his wonderful Hospice team“ he was a unique case in that he was rapidly declining and needed care immediately. The management team, particularly Shane, took my frantic calls and immediately found placement for him on the same day. Shane went out of his way to accommodate us“ knowing we were coming from out of town to say goodbye to our dad, he was able to get us a room that already had a sofa and comfortable furnishings so we had an easy place to gather during what was otherwise a very difficult time. All of the staff and nurses were so kind, empathetic, and took great care of my dad“ easing his pain and all of our anxieties as he made his transition to the next life. We as a family are so grateful for this establishment“ we truly do not know what we would have done had they not rallied and helped us in a great time of need. I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you to Shane and the entire staff from the Sexton family <3

I toured five star at Clearwater Crossing today with Tiffany Car as their representative. She was wonderful and filled me in on everything as needed, and they provided my friend and I with a wonderful lunch. The food was very tasty. I was surprised at this. And the dining room is open and available from 8 AM till 6 PM. You can get darn near anything. The one bedroom apartment seem perfect for me. I will just have to check out a few other places for pricing.

My mom has been at Five Star Residences since October 2022. She is 91 and thriving & really loves it there. She looks forward to many of the activities they have on a weekly basis, and she has friends there that she enjoys interacting with. The staff is great, and I must mention the aides Lakaisha and Latanya, & I can't remember the other young ladies name, but they get her day started each morning and they're all so helpful, including nurse Kelly who gives her medicine to her. The maintenance guy Justin is one of her favorites too because she tells me he can fix anything. Everybody has really been good and helpful and the place is always clean. My mom considers Five Star Residences as her permanent home. Her being happy there makes me happy!

Our mother was a Five Star Residences of Clearwater resident for almost 5 years. Shane is the Executive Director and the care our mother received was excellent! My mother has been a resident at FiveStar Residences of Clearwater for close to five years now. It gives us such comfort to know she is so happy and safe living in this community! The Director, Shane Patterson, and his entire team, treat each resident like family and with a tremendous amount of respect and dignity. Five Star Residences of Clearwater has plenty of activities to keep anyone busy! Our family highly recommends that anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility for their loved one to thoroughly consider Five Star Residences of Clearwater! You will be happy you did!

Mike was amazing to work with in regards to the tour and information. The facility is clean, the people seem like they enjoy their jobs and truly care about their residents. It’s worth a look if you’re trying to find a good place for your family member. They have an attention to detail I didn’t see at other places. Thanks for a good experience and I hope my dad has a wonderful new home.

Five Star Residences of Clearwater went over and above the standard to make me feel I made the right decision in selecting them as a place for my mom to live. She just moved in this weekend and is very happy with the care she is being given and so am I. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent assisted living facility. A great place to live! My wife's mother became a resident in June and is very happy living there. The staff and other residents are very friendly and helpful. It's set up as a small community with the residents being the focal point. The facility itself is clean and offers a cheerful and welcoming environment. We can relax knowing she is being well cared for and being treated with the utmost respect!

Nice facility, overall! My family and I are pleased with Five Star Residences of Clearwater. This facility is in an easily accessible area of Indianapolis. I felt this was the best place for my aging aunt and her disabled son. The facility is clean and well kept. The two-bedroom unit we selected is nice and more than adequate for their needs. The d©cor is welcoming and comfortable, and the common areas are spacious. The food choices are also good. All of the various services they provide are great. The most important thing for me has been how well my aunt and cousin have been treated by the staff. The staff is friendly and do a great job looking out for them. The sales representative Brittany has shown that she is very concerned about how well they have assimilated into their new environment. She and other staff members are caring, professional and have gone above and beyond what I would have expected. They spend extra time with them and they are very coconscious about their needs. They have worked very hard to help them with their transition into their facility.

I was looking for a safe, clean and loving assisted living facility for my father. He is 93 years old and I was unable to care for him in my home. I was referred to Five Star Residences of Clearwater by a friend. I was immediately welcomed with open arms. I new immediately that this was the right place for my father. The management staff made sure everything went smoothly for us and that all of my father's needs were met. Words can't express how caring and loving the staff are. The nursing staff are incredible. They made sure my dad had everything he needed to stay healthy and safe, which in turn made me feel like the weight of the world was taken off my shoulders. We all want our loved ones to be happy. Five Star Residences of Clearwater delivers that happiness. The facility and grounds are kept very clean. It is a beautiful place with a lot of activities for the residents. My father states the food is delicious!!!!! In conclusion, I love all the staff of Five Star Residences of Clearwater. They are a true Five Star facility. My father said he feels like he is home.

My grandfather moved in here about 2 months ago, and our family is so happy with this residence. It’s a beautiful campus, and the staff goes above and beyond to make their residents comfortable. It’s very clean, my grandpa loves the food, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The residents seem more like a family than just neighbors. Everyone from the housekeepers to the directors Shane and Jennifer are wonderful and know everyone by name. We would definitely recommend it.

This is a wonderful facility with an incredibly friendly staff! Management is very responsive to residents and make the place truly feel like home. They take the time to get to know each resident and go out of their way to ensure each person is comfortable and happy. Also the location couldn't be better, since it's near a large variety of shops and restaurants.

As a vendor who calls on this community I have enjoyed working with the staff as I have found them very professional and knowledgeable. The building is very clean and it's proximity to many shopping malls, restaurants, and other activities makes it ideal!

My wife and I moved here a couple of weeks ago after touring several facilities. We saw some very nice facilities during our search but the customer service ( with a smile!) was what drew us to choose Clearwater Commons. Marki, in the Sales office, has been wonderful throughout our decision making time, and went above and beyond in helping us with everything we needed, which was a lot, including scheduling our movers! She has been warm and welcoming throughout and we truly believe she is sincere! In addition, I'd like to mention Melissa, the Executive Director, who also was very helpful. Others that deserve mention are Gregg, our wonderful Chef, Melissa in the Business Office, Jim the head of Maintenance has been quick to respond to some minor issues we had, and really, all of the staff has been great. We have enjoyed meals and getting to know other residents. Everyone has been welcoming. Kathy, the Activity Director, had personally invited us to activities. I know this is rather lengthy, but felt the staff here at Clearwater Commons are so deserving of a mention and Jane and I are hoping to make Clearwater Commons our forever home.
