Went on a tour of Benton House in Woodstock today. My mom and daughter were with me as we are looking for a place for my 92 year old stepfather. Our tour was provided by Kristen who is the Resident Service Director. She spoke to us from the care aspect of Benton House. We were so impressed with everything they do to provide constant care and attention for the residents. The facility seemed a little older, but my 88 year old mother found it very warm and inviting. It is a smaller facility which I prefer for my stepfather. We're looking at several facilities but this place highlighted what was most important and that was the care they provide.

I am so very happy I found Benton House for Mom. After Dad passed, Mom's health sharply declined and she became a recluse. A shoulder replacement recessitated a move from her house. Benton House has been a godsend since Mom walked through the door. The activities keep her engaged, she has made friends, and she especially enjoys anything planned by Sam, Benton House's wonderful Activities Director.

My mom has been a resident at Benton House of Woodstock since August 2020. She has received excellent and loving care by the staff. She is happy and is enjoying her time at her new home. Our family highly recommends that you consider the Benton House of Woodstock for you or your family.

This community is beautiful. The room that was available was smaller than the one at the community we chose. This community was a little farther away. I would recommend taking a look at this community to see if it would work for you or a loved one.

My husband comes to this community once a week. He likes all they provide. He loves the meals and the activities like the exercises and at times the games they have available. It is a very nice and clean Adult Day facility. He likes that the staff are really nice to him.

spoke to susan.. 1-4 hr daycare $50, 4-8 hr $75...limited number each day...need to speak to scheduler..also has assisted living..Jan special $120/day x3 months...then reg fee, Susan is sending Widow Spouse Veteran aid and attendance info to see if mom qualifies...could poss receive $1200 per day toward inpatient...can start veteran paperwork even before the need for in patient care...will visit Dec 30 at 3:30 pm

Benton House of Woodstock provides a first class service to it's residents and their families. Suzanne and the team are welcoming to all sharing their expert knowledge to insure that everybody has all he information they need to make a choice about services that are needed to keep seniors happy, safe and healthy. The memory care unit is always full of activities and provides support for people dealing with many forms of dementia whilst the assisted living areas are beautifully appointed providing extra support when people need it. I would recommend this facility to many families.
