Legacy Ridge is a great place to live. The staff is very nice and respectful of the residents. I love to be there on Thursday and Friday those are the happy hour days. The residents sing and dance all evening. Great place to live.

I don't know where to even begin with how wonderful this staff is! After a dear friend couldn't live alone any longer we were tasked with finding care for her. Legacy Ridge fit the bill. From the moment she arrived they treated her like family. The care they showed was unparalleled. They visited her constantly. Kept us in the loop and even brought her a radio and cd's when we had a lapse in getting her tv connected so she wouldn't be lonely. Unfortunately our dear friend passed away and they stepped up once again to help us. I couldn't recommend them more. I would give 10 stars if I could.

This is by far one the best place for me to call home for my momma! Ever since I moved her here, her moral has totally changed for the better! The staff is exceptional and very caring and the food is great! Thank you so much Lisa Phillips and Aaron Broyles for all your help with the process and thank you Micheal Phyfe for always keeping my momma and the residents feeling that they can count on you to fix anything, but most importantly the personality that exudes so much happiness to this place!

Legacy Ridge on Neese Road is a beautiful and modern assisted living facility in Woodstock! The conceriege warmly welcomed us and was able to answer any questions we had about the facility.

Gloria is such a kind person. She really goes out of her way to help you. Kathy does as well. They always ease my burdens and are so compassionate. The med techs as well. Susan and all the techs that take care of my sister are top notch. I appreciate them all and what they do.

My wife's mother is a new resident (4days) and we've already experienced service hiccups. Shower not administered on correct day, hearing aids left in her ears at night, no guidance to brush teeth as expected, medicine questions. MedTech has been nonresponsive to several questions that my wife has posed to her via email and a meeting with the facility Director will be next step. We've also experienced significant wait times for staff to let us into the facility after 5pm when door is locked; it's surprising to me that there isn't better access for family members to visit during hours when it's most likely that they will (post-5pm). The staff on the floor seem very friendly and nice and we're confident that these issues will get smoother out but the hiccups we've experienced this early in my mother-in-law's stay is disconcerting.

My mom has lived at Legacy Ridge at Neese Road for two years. We get nothing but excellent care for my mom. She has many friends and participates in all the activities. The new renovations have made the community even more beautiful than it was before. I highly recommend this place for your loved one.

I have been living here for over a year and could not be happier. All the staff is caring and have become my second family. Management is always present and there to listen should a problem arise, which rarely does. Food is wonderful and there are always plenty of activities to keep everyone entertain. i could not be more grateful to call this place home and to have met my best of friends here.

My Dad really likes it here and he is taken good care of. The building has been recently updated. Pricing is acceptable considering prices are higher in other places. Still hard for the family since he didn't qualify to be in the military. Gloria and Kathy are fantastic and very helpful! The only reason I put 4 stars is because the cleanliness of my Dad's room is lacking. The tables aren't wiped down and very sticky, bathroom needs cleaning more often, there are spider webs/spiders and bugs sometimes in the room. The carpet needs a thorough cleaning or needs to be replaced.

I am a Physical Therapist that visits patients at Legacy Ridge, this is one of my favorite facilities to work in. Especially since the new owners and management took over I love coming here. They truly care about the residents, families and staff. This has become a top notch facility even compared to the newer facilities close by.

My grandfather lived here for a year and he was VERY happy. We visited often and at different times of the day and I was always impressed with the cleanliness of the community and how homey it felt. I LOVE the high ceilings and windows in the entry way that bring in so much light. The staff is amazing as well. It is obvious they LOVE their job. Thank you Legacy Ridge Team!!

When I was looking for a place that I thought my mother would like, I looked at many different places. Some were brand new with a community kitchen, media room and library. Some were huge with a main street of activity where the residents congregated. What I liked about Legacy Ridge at Neese Road was the feeling of family and community. It felt like home. We chose Legacy Ridge as my moms final home togther and she made many friends and was well cared for. Things are little different now with the Covid restrictions, but they follow the guidlines while still allowing activites for the residents, as well as family visitation, also within the guidelines of the state. The caregivers and staff are great and take a personal interest in every resident. If youre looking for a place for a loved one who needs extra care, I highly recommend you take a look at Legacy Ridge at 756 Neese Road in Woodstock.

I recently toured this community virtually and had a wonderful experience. Lisa did a great job communicating all the options and answering EVERY questions I had. There seems to be plenty of activities for them to choose from and I could see the residents being engaged with during my tour. The pricing is great compared to all the other homes in the area as well.

My experience at Legacy Ridge Neese Road has been nothing but heartwarming. The residents are unique and delightful in their own individual ways. Each has a story to tell and cant wait to share it. The Care-Givers (with the emphasis on Givers) care about the residents as if they were their own beloved family members. This isnt by accident - its by example. The Executive Director will do absolutely anything that needs to be done - from painting, to calling Bingo, to serving meals, to taking out trash. Theres is nothing he wouldnt do to help a resident, their families or his fellow associates. The Care-Givers are the same way. Legacy Ridge Neese Road is a family in and of itself. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My Aunt has lived here for a few months and loves it! I am so happy with the care she gets. She used to live at a fancy newer home close by and by far Legacy Ridge is so much better. Alyssa the activies girl keeps her busy with fun things to do, my aunt loves her. She has made so many friends as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

My friend is living at Legacy ridge Neese Road. Now I am only allowed to visit her by window but before pandemic I went with her to look, we enjoyed a nice lunch in their small intimate private dining room for family members everybody was very friendly it was very clean and enjoyed my time there. I would suggest taking a look at this place and yes a second look. The residents and staff are like a family and look out for one another.

This is a nice community. The staff are caring and we like that they keep us informed on her progress. The menu is appealing and she seems to be happy with the nice variety. They have a clean and good environment for the residents. They do offer activities for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the good care and value for a loved one.

I toured this community for my mother, and her needs. The tour went well. The community looked nice, and clean from what I saw. The staff was kind, and friendly. There were many factors that played into where to place my mother for her needs. My tour went well, but this wasn't the community for us.

Having spent the night here with my mother during Snow Jam 2017, I want to give a "shout out" to the wonderful staff that have worked extra shifts (due to fellow employees not being able to get to work) taking care of residents. Their dedication to the residents and their care is truly amazing. I am so grateful for all these ladies!
