Westhill of Newnan was a great experience for our family. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things!! My dad had great care from Trent and her whole team, Jessica brought the fun factor every day and developed such a great relationship with my dad, Shannon was so accommodating, kind, and helpful from day one, Kurt was so good transporting dad to appointments for me, and all the other residents just made it a great community! Loved our time there.

I just loved my 5 month stay at Westhill. The staff was very efficient and helpful and if I needed anything they always tried to accommodate me in the fullest. I was truly blessed to have stayed at Westhill and I would recommend it highly, Mary Washington

Beautiful, clean facility. The team here has a great core group of people that genuinely care. Danielle, Shannon, Trent, Jessica and many others all helped the transition to assisted living seamless. After almost.4 months here, I still carry these sentiments. Thank You Westhill Family!

Lots of flash, pretty building, nice employees but not ready for prime time. Lack of transportation, consistent dining experience to name a few. Low on staff which means lacking the services essential to support a facility for seniors especially those who require additional care. Edit: new owners, but nothing new about lack of staff, lack of attention. some staffers are great, many are ok, several are rude and just don't care. If you're fine with your parent being left in their rooms all day or plopped in front of a tv then this place is perfect. If you're looking for more interaction, activities etc - you won't find it here. This is specific to Memory Ca

Wonderful place, they took excellent care of my sister. The staff is just wonderful and caring. They go above and beyond for the residents, especially the Memory Care - we could not have been happier!

My sister became a resident in Memory care at Watercrest Senior Living of Newnan, Ga in 2020. I am extremely happy I chose this facility for her. The staff is very professional and caring. They work very closely with the family and are always there to answer questions and address concerns. They have kept us fully informed during the COVID-19 crisis. My sister is very happy and continually brags about the food choices. She also loves all of the activities including art, cooking and exercise classes. They even had a Fall Festival last year with games and prizes! I would highly recommend Watercrest to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.
