My mom has been at Ansley Park for about 5-6 months. The care she has received has been excellent. They have been so attentive. They check on her often throughout the day. They are caring and so kind to her. They have made this change in her life easier.

My Nema (grandmother) was here for a little over a year & we had a great experience. We are blessed she was able to call this place her home. They allowed us to do celebrations with her & all the staff were fantastic. If you need a place for a loved one, I recommend Ansley Park!

My mom is a resident here. This is by far an exception to what ive ever seen in a nursing facility. It is very clean without any kind of orders whenever I go to see her.They have tons of fun activities almost daily for their residents. The meals always look very appetizing, they provide several choices for each meal, they have gone above to appeal to my mothers picky appetite. The staff from the time of admission to every department responsible for her care take time to explain everything to my sister's and me, usually before we have has time to have any questions. They haven't only taken care of my mom but our family. So many times they have pulled me aside to reassure me they had everything under control and for me to go home and rest. I cant express enough how much that means , for staff to take the time to go above their responsibilities. I couldn't imagine letting my mom's care be anywhere else. They have set the bar really high.

My Brother was recently a resident at this facility, Hospice care. Words will never express the gratitude that I have for this facility. He was treated with respect and the care was excellent, from housekeeping to nursing care to meals. When you have a family member who is in their final days and has been through so much, to have a group of professionals to do absolutely everything possible to make sure the loved one is cared for is, in itself, amazing! He passed today and as my Son and I left the facility I did with a smile knowing his final days were absolutely wonderful. Thank you to the entire staff, from the janitorial staff to nursing care as well as the admin team, thank you from my Family! He lived a wonderful last few months with his family in a place that words will never express how wonderful everyone has been. Thank you and God Bless

I found this place for my father after he had knee replacement surgery, this place was amazing however this was 10yrs ago I’m reading the reviews and it seems as if management/administration has changed which is sad. It’s hard finding a place that you can entrust your loved ones and this has always been the place i recommend unfortunately I will have to further invest these claims that I’m reading about as my uncle is looking for a place for my aunt.

My mom has been at Ansley Park since last May. She was there for rehab and stayed for long term care. She is very happy there. The staff are all so kind and helpful to her. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the wonderful care they give my Mom everyday. I’m so thankful to have found Ansley Park.

I can't believe the lack of staff and disregard for the patient They are so understaffed that they cannot take care of the patients they have I'm in here just to receive antibiotics by if But I have been asking for my medicine since this morning and they just ignore you if they are busy which is always

The physical therapist s are great! But on several occasions I have witnessed very slow response to the patient's call lights (> 45 minutes seems to be the norm)....

My life at Ansley Park Rehab I had Primary Biliary Cirrhosis, an autoimmune disease of the liver and was waiting for a transplant. March 3, 2017 I had a procedure to help my liver to function. Over the next seven weeks I was in the hospital 3 times. My first stay at Ansley Park followed my third visit to hospital and I was there about six weeks. My second time was in September 2017 and I remained there until May 21, 2018. I was hospitalized many many times during this period. My body continually produced large amounts of ammonia which caused extreme confusion and I would go into a coma like state not remembering anything. During my ten month stay the staff at Ansley Park were wonderful to me. It took lots of extra care for me during these epodes. I would have been hospitalized many more times if I had been anywhere else. The confusion wasn’t something I could see happening but the nurses could. There were a few times it happen so fast that I had to be hospitalized. My nurses, Christina, Dianne, and Charlotte were always on target. They went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I had some of the most wonderful CNA’s a person could have. Evelyn, Ashley, John, Jessica and Stephanie were just a few who took care of me daily and had it not been for Carla from housekeeping I would not be here today. I believe God graced Ansley Park with a truly special group of employees. They became family. I had therapy several times during my stay. I lost lots of muscle mass from my many hospitalizations. They were wonderful. I read several comments about the food. I had an unusual diet because my liver was not processing much of anything. I found the kitchen staff to be wonderful and went way above their call of duty to provide me with things to eat. I agree sometimes it might be cold or not to my liking but that’s true in hospitals and anywhere else you might eat. May 21, 2018 Piedmont-Atlanta Transplant Clinic called. They had my liver. As I walked out of Ansley Park at 6:30am that morning, l left with hope for new life and a deep sadness because I would not see the people who had taken care of me like I was a fragile doll. May 22, 2018 I had a new liver. God’s grace poured down on me. I got better everyday. I felt fantastic and during the past three month I have gotten better everyday. I was given the ok to drive again at 8 weeks. The first place I drove to was Ansley Park to thank the employees for all the love, prayers and the time they shared with me. Walking into Ansley Park without my walker was wonderful and I began to see the people who worked so hard to keep me alive. As I hugged them I knew God had put this place and these people together to take care of me. Ansley Park and it’s employees will always be in my heart.

My husband was an inpatient here and then an outpatient. First of all, the facility is very nice and looks like a resort rather than skilled nursing. Every person there, administration, patient care, dining and rehab therapists did an outstanding job. We are so grateful for the job they did. We highly recommend this place

This is a beautiful facility. The rehab department is state-of-the-art. I love that patients receive rehab in real life settings. Rehab is done in their residential kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. I can't think of a better way to prepare patients to return to their homes. I highly recommend this facility and their professional staff!
