My sister has been a resident in memory care at Benton House for two years. Prior to then she had been participating a few days a week in the DayCare program. She was always comfortable and content so it was an easy transition for her to move in as a resident. The facility feels as a home, not an institution.The administration staff and ALL support staff have always been very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. (I am her guardian) The care staff does a superb job communicating with my sister in a kind, caring and respectful manner. The lead staff, Mildred and Dawn are amazing and they have excellent support associates! I am so grateful for every staff member! I arrive unannounced several times a week and have had no concerns.Everyone is welcomed and treated as family. The lead care givers communicate so well keeping me up to date with every incident or behavior change that occurs involving my sister. Every employee stays very alert to the needs, location and safety of each resident. The house keeping, laundry, personal assistance, meals, variety of activities, visiting entertainment & opportunities are wonderful. My sister is happy with the care and atmosphere and I have 100% trust in the care and staff.We are grateful and so blessed with the staff at Benton House Newnan!

I come here thru agency and this is my favorite place! Everyone is so caring and kind. The staff sticks together and works it all out for the residents. The facility is very clean, great food and nice residents. All the Benton Houses are great! Great company to work for!

Our dad has been a resident at the Benton House in Newnan for almost 2 years now. The facility is clean and the staff is exceptional (all of them). Weve interacted with all the staff on many occassions and theyve always been responsive and caring. There are all kinds of activities for those that want to participate. Someone from our family is there on a weekly basis always unannounced and weve never had any surprises. The staff does a wonderful job working between residents and their families. The only thing I feel that could be improved on is the food but I also realize they are dealing with multiple dietary restrictions. So glad Benton House had an opening when it became a necessity for our family. We appreciate all you do.

Great people, conversations and company to be had at any given moment here amongst staff and residents (wont feel lonely - feels good), beautiful location (lots of trees surrounding acreage of property), brilliant lake area with walk path leading from building. Consideration of mental fitness is a staple here along with other forms of engagements for maintaining and promoting good health. The staff at Benton House are superb, caring folks, especially the Director-Gina. Everyone is like family. My brother-in-law is very very pleased to be part of the Benton House family. It's kinda like Cheers-where everybody knows your name! He has been a part of Benton House for almost 3 years and it is his home. He is very content there and the staff does a great job of meeting his needs! It is very clean and comforting with a home-like feel. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I interned at Benton House and all of the employees there were very responsive to the residents while trying to make the atmosphere comfortable and positive. The grounds are well groomed and peaceful to stroll. The inside is well kept and asthetically pleasing.

My Mother has been a resident of Benton House of Newnan for 15 months. It was a difficult decision for her to accept she could no longer remain in the home she had shared with her husband of 65 years as she needed assistance with meals, medications, etc. After looking at several other assisted living facilities in the area, we chose Benton House. From the day she arrived the staff was professional, caring and did everything possible to make her transition easier. I am very appreciative of the fact that it is the same today. The staff seem to go the "extra mile" to assist, to recognize things she may need or want, and I am always informed of any changes or observations they may have regarding my Mother's care. My mom has always been a social person and she has had the opportunity to participate in the many activities that are offered, and has made new friends. The facility is small and has more of a family atmosphere than most we looked at. I am very pleased with the care she is receiving and as I visit on a weekly basis can monitor any changes in the facility.

Benton House staff and employees are top notch!! Stayed as a resident for over 4 months while recuperating. Always felt like this was my home also. Immaculate, stunning resident areas with views, plantings and beauty. Would recommend the Benton House of Newnan to all. Please go and visit today. I still go back to visit.
