I am beyond grateful to have found this community to call my mother's home. Thank you to all of the nurses and caregivers for taking such wonderful care of her. Although I visit often, each time that I leave I feel filled with reassurance that she is in good hands and always clean, happy and eats well. Bless you all for what you do for her.

I visited The Memory Center today and I was very impressed to see the residents doing a sing-along activity. The staff were all friendly and smiling. Residents look comfortable, clean and well maintained. The community is well-manicured. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for quality Memory Care.

Love this facility and employees. Highly recommend the memory center for your loved ones! I love this facility in particular because of the high ceilings. It it doesn't make your loved one feel like they are trapped inside. Lots of place to move around and do activities and make friends.

The Memory Center is the best place for someone with dementia or Alzheimer's. I've looked and looked for the best place for my twin brother. I kept looking at places for him and once I took the tour at The Memory Center, I knew my search was over. They are totally committed to memory care patients. It's been a great experience so far and I have peace of mind knowing he is safe. My brother tells me how good the food is so I ate lunch with him today. He's right! We had vegetable soup, salad, and chicken florentine, which was delicious! The staff is always ready to answer any questions that might arise. Denise Moore, Director of Marketing and Admissions, has been so great in helping me place my brother there. It was a hard decision but I feel very sure I made the right decision.

My dad has been at The Memory Center since 4/20/22 and has thrived well and loves all the activities offered. The staff are caring and supportive. He has gained 13 pounds and is loving the food!! Daily ice cream social is his favorite. I feel confident that he being cared for properly! Beautiful facility

My husband has been a resident of The Memory Center for just over a year and I am very happy with his care. The food is fresh and tasty and varied. The care staff and management staff work together as a team to provide the best care for all. The facility is thoughtfully designed to replicate a town center with four "neighborhoods." This facility specializes in memory care only, which is a plus for me. I highly recommend it to you.

The Memory Center in Johns Creek is a wonderful place if you have an aging parent, sibling or friend that needs memory or Alzheimer's care. It is such a unique facility and offers so many daily activities for our loved ones. My Dad is there now and although there have been bumps in the road, the staff at The Memory Center always go above and beyond to make things right. In short, they care. In the area of memory care and Alzheimer's you won't find a better place with a better staff.

My family is truly thankful for the Memory Center! After trying two different facilities, we finally found a place to call home for my dad. Like many Alzheimer patients, he comes with his fair share of challenges. However, the staff at the Memory Center know what to expect and how to handle him. Instead if making us feel bad for his "behavior" or constantly calling us to come over to assist with his care like other facilities, they have a staff that is equipped to work with this special type of patient! A BIG shout out to Denise who bent over backwards to help us make a much needed quick move our from his former facility.

Over the years this once 5 star community has dropped in service levels, staffing, and overall attention to its clients. High turnover and limited oversight have been the product of repeated leadership changes and accountability and care have been deprioritized along the way. It is sad that residents and their families are no longer at the forefront of this "care" community.

I am so happy I have found this facility for my mother. I had her in a different facility and was needing specialized care for her when I found The Memory Center through a patient advocate. It has been a God send! They take really good care of my mother's needs with compassion and listen to me as a family member. They also monitor her medications and make adjustments as needed which is imperative to her condition. I cannot recommend this facility enough if someone has a family member that is suffering from dementia, Altheimer's or a stroke, this is THE IDEAL place for them to be!

This is a must see Memory Care Community!! There is really no other Memory Care setting like this in the area. It is truly designed to give the residents a hometown/community feel while providing specialized dementia care. Highly recommend!!

Our parents stayed at The Memory since January, 2018. We were very pleased with all the loving care they received and highly recommend you stop in for a visit. From the moment you walk in and are greeted with a friendly hello by the receptionist to then walking back to their neighborhood and being able to talk with the Care staff, the Nurses, the Activities Director, we always felt our parents were very well cared for. Sadly, Dad passed in February of 2020 from a brain tumor at the age of 90 so Mom was without her partner of 65 years for the first time. Although my brother, his wife and I visited as frequently as we could, COVID hit and The Memory Center wisely closed out visitations. It was especially during this COVID time that we depended on the loving care of the staff to continue to keep Mom upbeat and they succeeded wonderfully. COVID restrictions finally lifted and after transitioning from window visits, to fence visits we were finally able to be with Mom and hug her again. The staff would share stories about Mom so we knew they were always there for Mom. Mom passed recently also at the age of 90. When we received the call, we quickly raced to The Memory Center to say our good byes and were pleased to see and learn that the Care staff took turns saying their goodbyes, praying with us and never leaving her alone. We are all so very thankful to the wonderful care our parents received from all the staff at The Memory Center and would highly recommend you stop in to see for yourself. My mom has been a resident at TMC since Jan.2018 & continues to live here in 2023. There are many caring, kind, compassionate staff who work very hard to make sure she is well taken care of and we are thankful for them. The healthcare industry is challenging these days and the pandemic made it even more difficult but through it all our family has found TMC to be continually striving to give the residents the best care. When any issues have needed to be addressed we have found the staff open to conversation and concern for our mothers welfare and they have worked hard to make changes and improvements. They have a wonderful activities department that keeps the residents engaged everyday with a variety of things to promote a happy, healthy environment and our mom truly enjoys being active and involved. They are very welcoming to the families and encourage participation in all activities and special events. I am always greeted with kindness and conversation from all the staff from the front desk and throughout the building. I love being up there with my mom seeing the happy smiles on her and the other residents faces and being a part of her TMC family. We appreciate all they do to care for our mom.

beautiful facility + amazing staff. we switched my grandpa here from another place and we have seen major improvements in him and his actions. his meds are level and we know they are getting to him, he is overall a happy person, and he has not been sent out in the last 2 months that we have been their when at the other facility he got unnecessarily sent out almost every day.

I moved my Mom in July 2023 from another assisted living community. I was apprehensive but about about assisting place. The Memory Care Center's Manager calm be down to make a solid choice. Assisted Living community don't disclose to the respective people about "memory care memory" equal sub-pars assisted living. The Manager (Denise) sat me down articulated what is a real Memory Care Facility means......it's a real Memory Care Center caters to patients who Alzheimer's and dementia patients. Five stars rating for the Manager, Director of Nursing, The Nurses and Caregivers, Director of Activities (Kat), concierges to the Volunteers and host of awesome people who give my mom care. I recommend The Memory Care Center of Johns Creek people who have elderly and Want excellent care for the parents.

My mother is a happier person since moving to TMC Atlanta, and so am I! This facility is focused on individuals with various stages of dementia. The caregivers are so kind and professional. The property is clean and beautiful with a large outdoor space. My mother has severe dementia and requires total care including assistance with eating. They make sure that even her puree diet tastes good and that she is getting proper nutrition. When I visit, everyone is always so nice and helpful. I am also happy that the faces I saw when I first toured the facility are the same faces I see 8 months later.

From the moment I stepped into The Memory Center of Johns Creek, I was so impressed with the staff and the way they showed how much they cared for the residents. My husband is much happier and I feel good that he is in a safe and friendly place. The activities they have planned for them are great. Whenever I have a question, both Steve and Denise are always there to help solve my problem.

The Memory Center Atlanta is the premier assisted living facility specializing in memory care. The staff is amazing. I started as a volunteer and was very impressed with the facility and the loving care the staff provides for its residents. I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing staff now. The residents are wonderful and I cant help but be proud of the incredible quality of life we provide and the relationships we share with them and their families.

Everything about The Memory Center is fantastic, beautiful and designed for residents with memory impairment. Only the care is what I really look at.. and it is top shelf. Great leadership by RN and clinical staff, best care aides, professional concierge and dedicated to resident care by Executive Director. Ive met many families and they feel their loved ones are getting excellent care and oversight. I have found the care aides there now are exceptional. Great job MC !

The Memory Center has been an amazing place for my grandpa. Every time I walk into the building, I am greeted by my name. The staff enjoy what they are doing and do it so well. There is never a time I doubted the care my grandpa received because of the respect I received from the employees. The facility is so clean and beautiful, and there are constantly activities for the residents to engage in. The food is great, the ice cream is better, and happy hour is the best. The thing that makes the Memory Center Atlanta so great are the wonderful employees that have been hired; they have become family friends.

We are so pleased with the Memory Center! Every member of the staff is trained to work with these special adults and are so loving and kind! When looking for support for my in-laws who have been diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer disease, we had a hard time finding an inviting environment which didnt feel locked in. The natural lighting, open spaces, and beautiful exterior were just what we felt they needed. The staff, the activities, and the environment are hard to beat!
