Beautiful places to work.
I worked as caregiver at Belmont for 5yrs and had an excellent nurse as my Boss. Cathy Armstrong. She was great at her job. Very caring. The residents loved her. I than became a housekeeper. I had Dave as my supervisor. He was a very caring person. He was great to work with. He cared about his workers. It was a great place to work. I felt like family. I shall miss my job and the residents there.
My family has been elated with the level of professionalism and personalized care our mom has received here. We have navigated this pandemic and the transition to memory care with Belmont Village and over the past 2 + years we have seen all different staff members giving loving care to all the residents. We had our mom in the Circle of Friends program, which undoubtedly delayed her need for full memory care. The constant activities and attention from the staff is something we did not experience in the 3 places we have tried prior over the past 6 years. We know we have found moms place. We thank God for these amazing people!

My sister was there till she died. Belmont provided excellent care. She died of Alzheimers.

Actually this is the wrong place! We were at Park at Johns Creek. Nice atmosphere, Awesome ladies in the Office. Great maintenance help. Fun entertainment for a 55 + Community.
My grandmother is a resident of Belmont Village and has been there over two years! She loves it and we love visiting her there! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of senior living. Great staff that we completely trust!

Best place to work
Ive seriously read so many off base reviews that I have no other choice but to share my own. Ive worked for Belmont for several years and I agree that things have not been the absolute best. But instead of bashing the administration team lets lay out the issues. If youre reading this Jan (Executive Director) You could have reached out to us sooner but now its too late. No one wants to tell you anything for fear of losing our jobs, for example ( Retaliation, denied transfer to other locations, extra work loads, days off denied, working in a different dept. passed over for shift advancements etc.) If we do speak up nothing seems to change. Its like you slap a bandaid on it until the next issue arises. Deb has only been with the company for a few months and shes a great employee but she doesnt know the core of the problems, so please listen up and whether you agree or not here are the standing issues. #1. The revolving door for employees is ridiculous. On top of that you want us to take up the slack for the incompetence? We dont mind helping but to actually do the work of two sometimes three people is not only physically demanding its out right brutal on the remaining staff! Please take pride in hiring EXCELLENT HELP not just bodies. Is Cathy checking their work history? (No offense just asking) The treatment of your remaining employees that endure all of this is very disappointing. We help to take care of all of the residents with genuine respect, love and care so we should be treated with dignity and respect. I understand this is a business but please remember that it takes a great team to keep your reputation of a wonderful caring, safe and loving establishment in tact. #2. I believe Jan has lost touch with her employees. I say that out of sincerity not of malice. Jan does need to acknowledge the issues and take the LEAD to resolve them. The Jan I know is a business woman and a LEADER who use to stand up for her facility, employees and what the company mission statement represents. #3. Trisha has the absolute ability to be an excellent manager, but shes only as respectful as the words she chooses to speak. Ive seen the caring side of Trisha and Ive seen the stressed out down right mean side. I believe she tries but she lacks the correct demeanor and language when speaking to employees and family members. She needs sensitivity training. #4 WHOEVER made the disgusting statement regarding Dave is a complete liar! like I said, Ive worked there for several years and not once has he ever been accused of such hideous allegations! defamation of character is a serious problem and that is one of the reasons I decided to speak up! Hes one of the most humble, helpful and respectful employees there. #5 This may sting a bit but I really want to get it all out and on the table. The treatment of a recently injured employee was uncalled for and deplorable! Once you show your employees that you have NO compassion when they get injured doing their job, its a wrap! We rely on trust just as you asked of us in our interview when we were hired, we ask of you! We are people too! Oh and Leslie please STOP reporting every single move we make! its really irritating. Dont you need to fill some rooms? We havent met goal in awhile and were looking forward to caring for some new residents. Cathy please stand for something sometimes. So many of us have come to you but you too just slap a bandaid on the issues as well. What good is it to have a human resource dept. if you cant have issues taken care of before they get out of hand? Lastly, Cathleen could you please at least surpass Kelly with new activities? The residents are bored half the time, especially on the weekends. We havent seen any improvement since youve been there. After all of this is said and done, I respect all the employees at Belmont Village Johns Creek!!! Regardless of our interim issues WE are all professionals and we will continue to do our jobs. Now can we go back to working as a team?!?

Unfortunately for her she is just following orders and protocol and does not deserve the negative comments. Trisha Love has always had an open door policy and is there for her employees 24-7. She is generous and goes out of her way for all of us. She is a great asset to Belmont. Helen....P.S. I have personally witnessed Trisha Love offer to pay for a brand new employees prescription for a diabetic medication that the employee could not afford. Who does that?
I am retired from FDNY EMS. I am employed at Belmont and know all of the people mentioned. All of the negative comments to ruin reputations are completely false and dispicable coming from disgruntled employees who are too coward to sign their names. These employees, obviously, could not live up to the high standards that Belmont demands. No one is in total agreement with a supervisor 100% of the time but to humiliate and embarrass them with lies in a public forum is disgusting. I am completely confident and trusting of the excellent care that Belmont provides I have visited hundreds of senior care facilities during my 25 year career in the 911 and hospital transport systems. I can honestly tell you that there is no better facility than Belmont. They provide the highest standard of care that I have ever seen. All of their employees are of the utmost in integrity, moral, and ethical standards. You will never meet a more caring, loving, and committed staff.
This place is fantastic. My relative that lives here loves every day and makes sure to remind us of that fact.
