Orchard Ridge is a gorgeous community. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Tons of fun activities. Real engagement.Cody and Rachel as leadership have brought amazing changes to this community. A true testimony of how much they care, pop in during a birthday party and see Cody serenading a resident on his banjo. Truly heartwarming. They care for the residents like they are family and it truly shows. It's always clean, smells good and feels like home.

I have been into this community multiple times seeing residents for their home health or hospice needs and each visit I have been amazed at how happy and well taken care of the residents are. The new management team is TOP NOTCH!

Last week our residents had a scheduled field trip, which they all look forward to, and another resident needed to go to a doctor’s visit and didn’t have transportation. I explained this situation to our ED, Eric Ward, and instead of canceling the field trip, he personally took the residents to the appointment. I have worked as an Activities Director for 12 years at two facilities. In that time, I have worked for 13 different Executive Directors, and I have never had a Director to personally take a resident to doctor in order to keep the scheduled field trip. It was obvious that Eric didn’t want to disappoint the residents going on the field trip, and made a way for both to happen. That’s a prime example of putting residents first. He made both happen, and the residents weren’t disappointed.

As my mom began to get older and experience some memory issues, I knew it was time to move her somewhere she could have assistance when needed. I visited different facilities around Dalton, and had a true peace about Orchard Ridge. Since she moved in three months ago, it has been an amazing experience! She adjusted quickly with the help of the amazing staff and is enjoying her time there. There are always activities to keep her busy such as field trips, Bingo, birthday celebrations, etc. She loves the company and I am so very thankful for the caring, attentive staff that cares for her. I don't know what I would do without them!

I am currently a resident And I love the facility and my room. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They make sure they don’t make you feel embarrassed in tough situations . The activities are the best part of the day.The activity director Jennifer is wonderful to work with. The new director Eric Ward not only helpful, but will listen to any suggestions you have. Though the food is not a 10 but it’s getting better I would rate it a 6. Caregivers are mostly 10’s and the medtechs are also top notch. In two years I’ve grown to love the people I live with and the nice Christian attitude of the facility.

Excellent staff has taken very good care of my parents. Beautiful facilities and the new Reflections memory care center on their campus has a very nice design. Highly recommend! (** Update... Tranquility of Dalton was sold in fall of 2020 to a new owner, Orchard Ridge, and the quality has really deteriorated. Their longtime director left shortly after the sale. Hopefully they can turn it around.)

I went to visit the building and it was spectacular! Everyone I talked to was so nice and welcoming. The place is kept so clean and the executive director told me about all the activities they can finally do. (they couldn’t previously because of covid) They are taking all the precautions to make sure that everything is sanitize and they are trying to keep everyone healthy. I cant say enough about the staff and how genuine they were!

I volunteer for Caris Hospice. I go to Tranquility to give devotionals. The residents there are precious and so is Emily the lady that manages the community. I am also rewarded beyond my efforts in every way. Like God said it's God's people that we should give special attention to. The staff at Tranquility are very kind people at heart and are doing what they do beyond a paycheck.
