Do not use this facility. NEGLECT. NEGLECT. NEGLECT. They lock patients out of their rooms (this is against Georgia law). They are RUDE & unprofessional. Manager does not respond to calls or emails and then acts like she never saw all the emails. They leave them in soiled diapers on many occasions. This place is SICKENING!!!!!!

The Pearl was beyond amazing....at first I was concerned with the transition but quickly realized the quality of leadership and professional care was exceptional. Dementia is challenging for everyone, yet this place became like a family, for both me and my husband. I highly recommend it as a true pearl.....a place that genuinely cares for each person. It will forever be a gift from God.

Memory Care requires a special level of care. My father in law was a resident at The Pearl of Dallas for 13 months. In that short time he went from an active person to his final home in heaven. As our family went through this journey we know he was at the right facility. The staff cared for him and we became close to them. They are caring, compassionate and committed to their residents care. We highly recommend The Pearl of Dallas for your loved ones memory care needs.

The Pearl has been so awesome to work with this is the 3rd facility my mom has been in and the best by far Alzheimer's and Dementia is an awful disease and it truly takes special kind of people to care for them, patience is a must for this disease. I'm so pleased with how they keep the residents busy and don't make them stay in their rooms all the time. She looks so much better now than she did when she got there. Bill over maintenance was so helpful my mom broke her bed rail not sure how she managed that so I was trying to figure out how to get it fixed and when I got there Bill already had it repaired I tried giving him a monetary gift but he refused to take it he went above and beyond to help us, that is rare to find and the nurse Cherry really seems to go above and beyond to care for my mom and others. Dianne and Sharon really went above and beyond to help us with the move. I have been working out of town for months and they do what they can to accommodate the situation. It really is awesome to have such a piece of mind about your love ones care. When covid hit and she was at the other place I couldn't see her for many many months and when I did she had went from 140lbs to 104lbs not sure what happened because she has put her weight back on and seems very comfortable not crying all the time. I hate the covid situation because our love ones need their love ones touch and conversations. I'm so thankful for The Pearl professionalism but their warmth and understanding the most they realize what's important. Thanks to all of you for caring.

My precious grandmama, the matriarch of our family came to live at the Pearl just after she turned 100 years old. She was treated like gold and was loved on by everyone there for 3 months before she went to be with Jesus yesterday. We could not have asked for better care or kindness than was shown to her and our entire family. It was her home away from home. We are eternally grateful to each and every one of you. We think that you are all angels on Earth.

My mom lived here for about 3 years. We loved the facility itself, and how it is maintained! The staff has always been friendly and attentive. I would recommend the Pearl, to anyone looking for a top notch memory care home for their loved one.

My mother in law, Barbara Johnson passed away early this morning. She had been at The Pearl of Dallas Memory care facility for the last 2 years and with Heartland Hospice for the last year. I want to let everyone know how special the staff that worked with Barbara at these facilitys are. As we left today they grieved with us, and told us to come back and visit, we were family. I can honestly say that is exactly how they treated Barbara and our family. They spoiled her with just about whatever she wanted, from special chocolate milk shakes being made for her by the dining staff to sitting at the front desk with the patients staff (looking and acting like the teachers pet), when in fact, they were watching her closely to keep her from standing up and falling. The staff always gave Barbara hugs kisses and an enormous amounts of patience that she reciprocated (well except for the patience part ) It takes a special person to work with dementia patients, and these two facilities are full of just that.

I loye the Pearl. The staff is awesome. We come every Sunday and sing and preach for the residents. Recently my elderly father started coming with us. The staff treats him like one of the family. And family they are. From what ive seen there is nothing too good for the residents and families ar the Pearl. So blessed to have been invited to be part of the family.

2 years ago today I became part of the Pearl Family. Im very thankful and blessed that they take such good care of my mom and love her so much. I love you all. I do however HATE this disease that is taking my mom from me. Going to go get her and take her for a nice long ride and get her a vanilla milkshake. #alzheimersucks #lovemymomma #thepearlisherhome
