Update, Found out after we moved out that some of the units are infested with roaches. We were in unit 803 and had no problems but was told many units do, so check it out ahead of time. Best place ever!!! The staff is wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and they keep it that way. Our maintenance guy is the best. We put in a work order and it is taken care of right away. The office staff is also there when we need them. Love getting our monthly newsletter with all of the planned events. Thanks for all you do!!

She appreciates the prompt responses she receives from Linda, community mgr, to any concerns she shares. She believes Chuck, maintenance engineering, can "fix absolutely anything & is always very pleasant".

I turned in a work order with 4 item listed in 3 different rooms. Thinking perhaps it would be first on the next day (or whatever, I was thinking). The office was right on it. Mr Chuck was at my door in an hour to get the list completed. I'm a happy resident, & really appreciate Chuck!! Hope he enjoyed his birthday!!

I would like to comment on how professional and personable that Chuck is as he handles the Work Orders at Amberley. He is timely and thorough. Further, he is friendly and cleans up the work area after completing the task.

Besides the exemplary service provided by Chuck Smith, we can't say enough about Linda Davis, our marvelous Property Manager. In our exhaustive and challenging search for a new place to to live, we experienced many rude, dishonest, dismissive, and challenging to reach Property Managers. From the first day of our Amberley contacts with Linda Davis, our experience was exactly the opposite of our previous ones! We will never forget everything she did to assist us, from the Application process to move-in day details. At every step, we felt like we were important and valued. We know that we are the luckiest people we know to have been able to move into Amberley Senior Living. Linda Davis was and continues to be our Hero. Sam & Judy Bralley - Unit#2902.
