I have been wanting to write this review for a very long time. The time is now. During a pandemic, when senior facilities were the #1 place where people were dying.... YOU KEPT MY DAD ALIVE. From what I understand.....not a single person passed away from Covid until much, much later....after things started opening up and I think it was actually Thanksgiving of 2021 when someone passed away due to going to a relative's for the holiday. I could be wrong but it was nowhere near what was happening at other long term care facilities. So THAT ALONE deserves ACCOLADES!! You.kept.my.dad.alive. Thank you so much, Creekside Pines <3 ! Apart from that, this was an amazing place for my parents to spend the last few years of their lives together. This place is <clean>, well-lit, attractive, homey....I could go on. The food is good. Best of all, the employees are smiling and positive and kind. Between the facility and the people you can't go wrong. The residents are very sweet, as well. They offer so many activities and I love the services, too: the shuttle, the housecleaning, haircuts, and laundry facility. Right before my mom passed away she and my dad were crowned King and Queen on Valentine's Day (they deserved it, lol) and it was the last exciting moment my mom had- so special). I am very grateful my parents had a wonderful place to live out their last years and if they were here, I bet they would say the same. Big props and kudos to the leadership at this company; keep up the great standards and structures. Thank you to everyone at Creekside; worth every penny.

My two brothers and sister and I, along with our mother, were given a tour of the facilities at Creekside Pines. Our guide-point person was Kim and I must say, she is an excellent and professional staff member. Our mom is considering a move there. Kim patiently showed us the model rooms, amenities,services etc. She never hurried us, let us take our time and answered all questions and was genuinely cheerful, and helpful. Our experience there was very positive and we hope mom will soon reside at Creekside Pines.

My mom lives here and is almost at her year mark. Most of the staff know my name as I am up there about once a week. My mom was a complete homebody with no friends and now she calls me every day about her new friends and new adventures. She calls it a zoo up there in a very loving way. She loves all the social activities and loves visiting with her friends in their apartments too. The only complaint she has had is about the food. Its not terrible but I guess when you are used to eating your own recipes it takes getting used to. She said they will go out of their way to make her a sandwich or chicken fingers if she doesnt care for what they have. She loves the staff in the kitchen and knows them by name. These people care about the residents living here. My mom has made it her home and is happy.

We moved my in-laws into Creekside Pines 6 years ago. From the moment we walked in the door it felt like home. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The property is always immaculate. Over the years my in-laws have made great friends and enjoyed the constant activities provided to the residents at Creekside Pines. Management and staff are caring and attentive. I would wholeheartedly recommend Creekside Pines to those looking for a senior living facility.

My Mother moved here from Florida. She was initally was very much unsettled about living in a retirement facility. Although its been a couple of months, shes expressed her liking the place. I was a vendor at their 2019 Christmas Bazaar. I had never been prior to then and its very clean and very nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The residents are very friendly too!

My mom is a resident and enjoys the fact that she doesnt have to worry about home related bills anymore - utilities, property insurance-taxes... She also enjoys not having to cook! The staff go out of their way to serve the residents.

My husband's grandfather called Creekside Pines home for over a year. The staff is fantastic, they go above and beyond to show caring concern for others. Our family enjoyed visits very much; a lovely setting with a theater that made me jealous it's so lovely! There is a stay in shape work out area, computers, billiards and a 50's style diner plus a salon! There is a shuttle service for resident's grocery shopping and appointments. Reasonable price living for single and double units, some with complete kitchen. Some covered parking available for residents too. Top-notch facility with exceptional staff. Now I know where to refer people instead of certain other places in Paulding County.

My wife's father is 91 and has lived here 18 months. Both the staff and other residents are all very friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere for everyone. Facility is nice, well maintained and clean. Activities are numerous and great, for those that are interested. Food is consistently good and the dining room is open from early morning to early evening, with outstanding servers. Leadership team, including executive director, are very hands-on and set the tone for everything that is good about this place. We are grateful for every day he gets to live here

When my father went to Creekside Pines, he was ecstatic because he said it felt like everybody was alive. They were very engaged and didnt feel like they were just sitting around. We walked in, and it felt like home. Everything they have there is wonderful, like an ice cream shop that you go in, like in the olden times. The dining room was fantastic. They actually had a movie going on that night. The person who gave us the tour was great. It was a wonderful experience.

My mother has lived -- quite happily -- in Creekside Pines for over two years. There's no denying it's costly, but competitive when compared to other independent living facilities. This is what we like: Mom's apartment is spacious and comfortable. Electricity is included in the rent, as is heating and air, which residents control in their units. The staff is excellent: kind, caring, solicitous and honest. Meals are served restaurant-style throughout the course of the day. I don't think the food is as tasty and nutritious as it could be, but nobody goes hungry. The facility is beautifully maintained. I disagree with the person who commented that it can use an upgrade. Check out the library, theater room, game room, soda shop, Each floor has a lovely screened-in porch in addition to a ground floor bbq area, perfect for warm weather events. *** Creekside Pines provides entertainment, activities -- even a weekly happy hour with frequent specialty drinks! There are regular trips to stores in Dallas and Hiram, as well as transportation to local medical facilities. Having looked at a number of senior residences, my family is very happy with our decision to choose Creekside Pines.

I have lived here at Creekside for almost 8 months and I think it was the best decision I have made since I retired.I sold my home and moved here because of loneliness; that didn't last long at all. I was given a very gracious mentor, she showed me where everything was and introduced me to so many people! From the very first day I have been happy here and it didn't take long until it felt like home.The facilities and activities are beyond your expectations and the staff is the best you could ever ask for. They are more like friends and family. At first I thought I would like just being in my apartment with little to do but I soon learned that there is too much going on and so many friendly people waiting to become your friends and encourage you to be part of everything that you have a hard time deciding what activity you want to do next. I am so glad I chose Creekside Pines Senior Living and recommend it to anyone looking to improve their retirement!

My impression of Creekside Pines is very good. The rooms are nice. The living area is big. I just saw one-bedroom units. The dining area is nice. They play cards. Some people were sitting at a little ice cream shop and talking. The facility has washers and dryers. There is an activities calendar, and it seems like there are a lot of activities going on.

My mom is 87 and has lived there for over three years and it has been a blessing. The facility is well-maintained and the staff is patient and caring, but also professional. There are many activities that provide aging folks with the opportunity to interact with others. It is also more affordable than many comparable senior living communities. I'm so grateful we found Creekside Pines.

A Utopian Independent Senior Lifestyle. A beautiful fountain when you enter the building with warm friendly staff members to greet you. The Dining Room is spacious with comfortable tables and chairs. Their is a new menu everyday with deliciously prepared foods and prompt friendly service. Your monthly calendar includes Educational, Physical and lots of fun activities on and off the premises. They take you shopping for groceries, clothes, household items and most important of all, medical appointments.They do everything for you!I just have to get up every morning, look at the day's calendar and begin to enjoy my day. Creekside Pines was good. The room was nice, roomy, and bright with plenty of light. The cost was much more than what I make with social security. The dining area was nice and large. We had lunch there, and the food was good. The residents were in good spirits. The staff was wonderful; the lady that gave us the tour was very good and very nice.

I am going to move to Creekside Pines. I am impressed with their activities because they go to events and museums and things like that. Thats the main thing, plus their price is very good. The only problem with it is the building is dated and needs some updating. They have card games, exercise program, and seem to have everything that I will want. They have an open meal plan, so you can eat any time of the day you want. If you do not want whats in the menu, they will make you a hamburger or a hotdog. It seems to be a perfect actually. The staff is very friendly, very easy to work with, and answer my questions when I email them or ask for something. They will take you grocery shopping, to doctors' appointments, and anywhere you want to go within 10 miles from the facility.

I am currently at Creekside Pines. The meals are served restaurant style. The rent is much cheaper, and I get cleaning service once a week. The staff is very friendly and very nice. They have an open door policy.

I thought Creekside Pines Senior Living was a nice place. The staff was good and really nice. We ate lunch there, and the food was good. Everything was convenient there. You can come down for 5 days, and Im thinking about trying that.

I chose Creekside Pines because of what they have to offer. It is homey. The staff treats me like family, and their door is always open. Every one of them is very cooperative, helpful, and friendly. The food is very good, and the common dining area is fine. We play card games and bingo. We have exercise, and we can go to water aerobics. They also have church services. If we want to go out to eat, they take us to local restaurants.
