I was in town visiting my daughter for 2 weeks. I must say, the building was very clean and well kept. The Residents were all very friendly. I especially enjoyed the Sip & Paint. Although I was just a visitor, Ms. Brown made me feel right at home. Thanks to Ms. Brown and her team for their great hospitality,

Since I have decided to move into a senior apartment, I decided to visit Parkland Manor. I was greeted by Mrs. Brown who was very helpful in assisting me with my decided about applying for an apartment at this beautiful facility. This beautiful place is the kind of senior apartment that I have been looking for and Mrs. Brown is the kind of manager that I feel will be the kind of person that will assist me in making the decision about this senior living facility. I like the lay out of the building and the tenants seems to be very friendly. This is what I have been looking for.

Going into my 2nd year lease and could not be happier with my apartment. Dominium management is superior. I was married 27 years to a community manager, and I can tell you that Teryn and her team are real professionals. Great location walking distance to doctors and hospital.

My mother lives at Parkland Manor and the staff is always so helpful and understanding. The manager and assistant make sure the go out of their way to assistant us with any question we may have. My aunts lives here and always brags about the community manager, Mrs.Brown. She treats her like family and she can always tell when Mrs.Brown is away from the property, things just arent handled the same. My family is very appreciative to have Mrs.Brown for my Aunt.

My mother has lived in the apartment for 4+years. She is 89 1, 2 years young. She has had an ongoing problem with the wash machine were the nobe has been replaced 5 times. They are now telling her they will not accept this months rent unless she pays $100+repair cost. I have not been able to speek to the manager because I have been advised she is out of town for the last two weeks. My mother should not have to pay for this repair. Please advise!!
