Food and people are great but when there’s a problem it’s awful. Took months to get my sheets changed weekly. Also for months housekeeping hasn’t been done weekly and trash hasn’t been picked up daily. There was 2 1/2 weeks without any hot water. I’ve had tv problems since February 2025, loss of channels and errors that last week started coming up every 30-60 seconds. Their provider said they need to upgrade their equipment. Definitely not worth the price!

The staff is very kind and helpful. Both Sharon (ED) and Valencia(Sales director) are awesome and will to go above and beyond for the residents and families. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The residents are happy. Great place!!

My dad moved in about 2.5 yrs ago. Sharon, the director has been very helpful and caring and always lends an ear when my dad is not happy. My dad really loves all of his nurses and says only good things about them. And they keep me in the loop of any problems with my dad. They are trying to make sure the residents stay engaged by having activities and inviting family participation. With full transparency, I have had issues with his medication distribution and have found that I need to stay on top of that. On occasion, he has complained about the food and the tv channels not working. Overall, I do feel that Azalea Gardens provides the necessary care my dad needs right now and I would recommend their services.

Visited Azalea Gardens for a tour. The community is clean and the staff is friendly. If you want a competent tour Valencia is the person for the job. She displays a kindness and compassion. She made the process more comfortable. Her kind eyes and friendly smile made the atmosphere more relaxed and personal. If she is the standard for the company then Azalea Gardens is a perfect place to live.

My mom has been at Azalea Gardens since May 2025, and we’ve had a wonderful experience. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly care about the residents. I went out and toured the facility and had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Valencia. She was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and answered all the questions that I had. Valencia helped ease my mind and helped me navigate our next steps. All of the staff members were great but Valencia went above and beyond to help. I can't say Thank you enough to her!

I have visited with both the residents and staff. I am in awe at the great energy that everyone shares. Every staff member I've spoken with have really seemed to put their while heart into things and treat things as more than a job. The residents are so sweet, funny and energetic! There are a lot of social events and parties for the residents and their families/guests. It's hard to find a place we're there is joy, but Azalea Gardens Mableton send to have the right people in place to give warmth and a good community. I hope that these lovely men and women continue to stay here for a long time

This is the most wonderful place:) My Dad loves it here! They have so many activities and outings he stays busy and gets lots of exercise. The food is wonderful and I cannot say enough about the staff, they are all so helpful, kind and supportive. Please check it out and you will love it

Both my parents have been in Azalea Gardens since the beginning of July of 2023, and I searched for two years knowing that my parents were going to need some type of assistance in living at their elderly age of 92, 93 y.o.a., and Azalea Garden was one of the very first places I checked, but I wanted to make sure I got them some place suitable for them that was safe, close, and somewhere they would feel comfortable, and would fit in with the community. My mother fell in love with the staff, and that was all I needed. Also I was very please on how the executive director (Sharon Flanagan) communicated with me on the pricing, and all the details on moving in, and she let me switch to another apartment that had came available at the last minute after my parents done their tour of the facility. Last but not least the receptionist, staff, and residents make me feel welcome every time I visit, so I actually feel like I'm apart of their community.

Atria Mableton is such a gem of a place for your loved ones! I recently had a teaching co-worker move in, and on pop-in visits I am always greeted with welcoming smiles and offers to assist and direct. The place is spotless, which demonstrates their desire for giving the best to the residents. My dear friend always compliments how kind all the caregivers are, and I also see firsthand their generous attention. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this treasure for those who need any extended and supportive care.

My husband and I toured 4 Atlanta assisted livings before deciding on Atria Mableton for our mom. We were greeted warmly by Jane, the receptionist. Helena Cox, the director, gave us an in-depth tour. We were very impressed with the bright and well furnished common spaces, one with a fireplace and piano, secure outdoor seating area, the lovely dining room, hair salon, and mom’s rooms. Atria was the only facility that offered menu choices. We have joined our mom for lunch and dinner and are always pleased with our meals. Mom’s room and den are spacious accommodating her previous bedroom and den furniture. The activity director offers a variety of activities from Bingo, chair exercises, a walking group to dance, movement and karaoke. Very active schedule. The staff is stable; some being there for 17 years. The few concerns we have had were addressed promptly. For us to visit, it’s a 20 minute drive but I wouldn’t have her anywhere closer.

I am living here. Service is good, food is poor. Staff is vey nice & accommodating. Privacy is minimal, noisy outside of rooms in hallways carrying to inside rooms. Space underneath room entry door allows noise inside. Cleanliness is medium to good. Access outdoors to garden is good. If anything I would change is better cook for meals.

Very loving, warm, cozy community. The staff very friendly. The residents looked like they were well dressed and engaged with activities which looked very fun. If you are looking for a small intimate community for your mom or dad shop here. All the Directors where very friendly. I even received a business card from one of the resident ambassadors, if I had any additional questions pertaining to the community.

I CAN NOT say enough about the staff at this facility. Took excellent care of my Mama . She definitely gave them some difficult times but the staff was always loving and treated her with respect. Most importantly, I had the peace of mind that she was in good hands and I could enjoy being her daughter instead of the parent. My Mama lived in the assisted living section for about a year and a half then we moved her to the memory care area until we had to move her to a nursing home. We were all sad to move her out. Love you all at Atria of Mableton.

We had our first S. Cobb WCBA network at night at this location. The staff was very friendly accommodating. The food was delicious we had an absolute great time.

Our mother lives at Atria Mableton. She has called Atria Mableton "home" for over 3 years. She has told us many times that Pierreline is an excellent caregiver. She is attentive to her needs and very friendly. Ramose and Veronica bring consistency to daily living, which is important. Always smiling and encouraging. Others that she often mentions are Marlene and Pat. We feel our Mom is receiving great care when Gladys Boyce, the nurse, checks on her when she is not feeling well. Gladys gives us peace of mind, knowing that Mom has someone who does such a great job right there for her if she needs her. Gladys is an asset to Atria Mableton. She has made many friends at Atria Mableton and has referred friends to live there also.

My mother has been here for almost 3 years. I will try to list all the great care takers there. I have watched and talked to many wonderful people over these years. Starting with the front office: Cynthia is so kind, and helpful. Roxanna, Jean, Brenda, Alicia and all the front desk are the greatest. Always helpful and concerned. Nancy, Veronica, Patricia, Sareh, Ami, Daphne, The cook, James, Gladys, Kristy, Umbie (don;t know how to spell the name, sorry, Med-tech), all the Med-Techs, Catherine, and Brandie, Wonderful.. I have visited other Assisted Living's and the Staff here can't be beat! The most caring and helpful. I can't say enough. I also can't remember all the names. So I also include them, Atria Mableton is the BEST!
