The Benton House employees are very kind to and respectful of the residents. They plan fun events for the residents and plan two to three bigger events every month to include families. Plus they go all out when they plan special events: decorations, staff where themed outfits, entertainment, and more! They went the extra mile when helping our family transition our mother from assisted living to memory care. I highly recommend Benton House!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at The Benton House of Augusta. My mother was in the Memory Care. She was so loved and cared for by the entire community staff. The caregivers in The Orchard Memory Care treated our mom and us like family. During this Covid pandemic, I knew Mom was in the best place possible. I couldn’t be there, but they reached out with FaceTime and calls. I wish I could name each and every caregiver by name, but there are many!!! The ones I had the most contact with were Shay, Dominique, Tamika, Sandy, Hannah and Ashley. March 13 Mom went to be with Jesus. She was 97 years old. I know that her last couple of years were like her being with family because they treated her that way. Thank you Benton House family.

Wonderful facility. Kind professional caring and attentive. Very happy with their customer service. My dad is safe secure happy and well looked after. He is in the memory care unit Beacon Neighborhood where everyone treats him kindly and checks on him hourly. He is flourishing at BH. Truly a blessing to find Benton House

Great place to be! Wonderful staff. Always willing to help. One of the best places around Augusta to consider if you are looking for a nice assisted living facility. They even have a section for memory care. I reccomend it! 5 stars

Having experience in LTC, I was impressed with the quality of the facility, staff and food. The residents were cordial, giving the impression of being well adjusted. Staff - resident interaction was what is desired but not commonly experienced in this type facility.

I am so impressed on the care, cleansingness, the food but most of all the staff. My Nana is there and I am so happy we moved her there from another facility (I wont name them). I feel safe having her there.
