This is the WORST place you could leave a loved one. The owner [name removed] Is an evil money hungry witch. Her daughter is no better. They treat the residents and staff like crap. They steal hours and don’t pay the staff accordingly. They over charge the residents for every expense such as internet. They feed the residents expired old nasty food that you shouldn’t even feed your pig. The portions are so small that the residents are starving. They don’t provide tissue or hand soap for the residents. They let residents sit in urine and feces all day. They don’t change the sheets when a resident has an accident. They never have a kind word to say. The residents are scared to death of the owner [name removed] and [name removed]. They know they’re being mistreated and because they don’t have a place to stay the don’t say anything. There are roaches throughout the establishment. They don’t clean or sanitize properly. They lie about taking the residents on outings and doing activities. It’s a horrible place to live your last days. Most residents are suicidal and depressed. I pray that someone shuts this establishment down. They pay the staff $10 and don’t train them. They steal hours and doesn’t provide a way for them to verify the hours. They make you work overtime and don’t pay time and half. They don’t care what you have going on as long as you clock in. They disrespect and degrade the staff

I'm sorry, whoever is giving this place anything more than 2 stars is a friend of the owner's. The place is clean, but other than that-it's not a good home. The owner's mother, yells and is so hateful to the residents. Read the reviews that are not on their business website-those are the honest reviews.

The place is very clean and the staff i talked with are very nice every time I go. So why 3 stars.. The lady in charge Spanish is super mean. She will cuss you in a minute. My sister is finally gone from there and felt it my duty to report her. She wanted me her brother to move her out of town to a hospice care home. Thing is once removed from here my ass would be responsible and new home to get me to assume financial responsibility for amounts medicare and medicade wont.. I told hospice no I wasn't going to move her and have ms. Nasty do it at this home... Bottom line hospice of augusta moved her 40 miles.. I thanked them and her case came to a happy ending... sadly most nursing homes push this clause as a wadley ga home was telling me I didn't sign it she couldn't come. One more thing the Spanish boss did pull my sister off the streets yrs ago around 2015 and got her a home forever grateful for that. I pray her attitude gets better. If for any reason she calls me about my sister I had the number to file a state wide complaint... yes she is this bad and I don't deserve to be cussed too...

This facility is a very pleasant and clean facility. I have had nothing but good experiences with the day shift staff, they are all kind and family oriented and have shown to me that they have my family member in their best interest. The atmosphere is a home feeling, very comfortable every time I visit the smell of the meals makes the place that more at home feeling. I frequent the facility often and there has never been a change how I felt about the facility and the day staff. I have only had one encounter with night staff member and it wasn’t the best encounter that is the one and only reason 5 stars wasn’t given. I have accepted that one encounter as that staff member having a bad day however I will never forget it, first impressions speaks volumes always make the best of them. That one bad encounter reflects my rate in stars but it doest reflect the overall rate of the staff and facility, I consider it a great place should anyone need to place a family member

I'm very pleased with the facility and the staff is amazing. They're very knowledgeable and very compssionate. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking to place their love one.

Staff is always available to ask questions and are familiar with all of the residents. The home is always clean and organized and any needs are quickly met. The owner Maria is very sweet and genuinely cares about her residents and their care. I would send my loved ones here!
