I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional and loving care that Augusta Gardens Memory Care Facility provided to my mother during her stay. From the moment we met the staff at Augusta Gardens, it was clear that they would look after my mother as if she were family. The staff at Augusta Gardens are truly remarkable. They treated my mother with the utmost respect, kindness, and patience. Their dedication to understanding her unique needs and preferences was evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond to create a warm and nurturing environment where she felt safe and comfortable. The facility itself is thoughtfully designed, with secure spaces that allowed my mother to enjoy outdoor activities and beautiful common areas where she could socialize with fellow residents. The engaging activities and programs tailored to individuals with memory challenges provided meaningful stimulation and kept her engaged. One of the standout qualities of Augusta Gardens is their commitment to open communication. We helped Mom move into Augusta Gardens when she needed some assistance with daily living, and we're glad that we did! Mom loves the staff, and they take good care of her. Her daily needs are met by the friendly, helpful, and encouraging staff. She enjoys the social interaction with other residents and is glad that the isolation of her former independent living situation is behind her. Mom has only been there for a few months, but she says that Augusta Gardens is home to her now and that she is glad to be among such nice people. Update 9 months later ... Mom has been a resident at Augusta Gardens for over a year now. She loves the other residents and the staff, and repeatedly tells us that she truly feels that she belongs there. We are very pleased with the way the compassionate staff shows initiative and works proactively to help Mom with her various health and safety needs. We also appreciate the way the staff keeps us informed about Mom's situation and about happenings at the facility in general. Mom definitely feels that she is an integral part of a warm and loving family at Augusta Gardens!

Took a tour for a relative. Was highly disappointed in the upkeep of the building inside and out. The rails on the 2nd floor balcony were very shaky and felt unstable (very scary). The sofas at the entrance were dirty abd unappealing to set on. .and the odors coming from the carpet were very noticeable.

Augusta Gardens welcomed my sister, Mrs. Geri Peavy into their home, The Brook- memory care over 5 years ago.Sadly she left us for her Heavenly Home this past October. I can say this was the best decision that could have been made for her to be a part of this family environment. The trips and events that she was included in made her so happy! She was always treated with Special Care and the staff loved her dearly. I certainly would recommend Augusta Gardens for a member of your family!

Making the decision to place my parents into an assisted living facility was not easy … but the moment I walked into Augusta Gardens , I knew this is where I wanted them to be.! I thought my visit/tour would be very emotional but it wasn’t ! Macy was great ! She gave me all the information I needed. She was very reassuring, answered all my questions … I left knowing my parents would be well taken care of .. Thank you Macy and all the staff at Augusta Gardens for welcoming my parents and caring for them like they are your family!! They are happy, stay busy with activities and they are safe.. I appreciate you all!! Margaret (Peggy ) S. Barmore

The most important thing I can say about Augusta Gardens is that they love on my mom. They don’t only recognize the resident’s needs; they recognize the family’s needs too. Which I have come to learn during the process of getting mom settled is equally important. Everyone from the director down through the staff have been both patient and kind as we learned how to maneuver through the process of mom’s dementia. I believe all this comes from being a faith-based facility. I might add they have the sweetest residents and many happy faces when we visit. I almost didn't give them 5 stars. Because the facility is dated and could use some deep cleaning (carpet and furniture). Some freshening up paint wouldn’t hurt. But really…that’s not near as important as the care they give mom and my family.

One of the hardest decisions I have been faced with was to decide whether or not to put my daddy in a care home. After my dad was in a very life changing traumatic accident his dementia began to decline rapidly. My family and I tried to care for him the best we knew how but after time it became too overwhelming. We werent able to provide the 24hr care that he needed and we knew we had to do something. As heart wrenching as it was, I leaned on God and cried out to the lord in prayer for guidance. I had to wholeheartedly put my trust in God. When that time came to pick up the phone to begin making calls to inquire on facilities and do my research I stumbled upon Augusta Gardens. I was completely taken away by the professionalism and kindness that I received when I asked questions. I remember speaking to Macy and set up a walkthrough tour and an assessment for my dad. I remember feeling at peace with that phone call so I was anxious for the scheduled tour. My husband and I took my dad to tour the facility and get his assessment completed. Macy and Tray were completely hospitable and were able to answer so many questions that we had. They were wonderful in making us feel comfortable and secure with the possible decision to move my dad in. The fact that my dad also kept saying it was comfortable on multiple occasions. Anyhow, I just felt an overwhelming feeling of peace and comfort that my dad could get the care and everything he needed at Augusta Gardens. I honestly felt confirmation that my prayers were answered. My sweet and handsome daddy moved in March 1st! Hes still somewhat transitioning due to his dementia but all around has been doing awesome. The staff are absolutely amazing! They ensure that the utmost care and compassion is given to my dad and the other residents as well. They are always available when I call during and after business hours. They are always professional and kind every time I visit. Trey, Macy, Jessica, Brooke, Nikki, Sye, Rob, Lisa, Christine, Peter, Kiva, Karen and anyone else I may have left out. My heart is filled with such gratitude for each of you for showing my daddy the love, care, nurture, kindness and security that he needs. I am so thankful that Augusta Gardens Senior Care and Memory Care is a part of our family now! Thank you all for what you do in impacting lives daily!Sherrie Chiles and family

Theyre taking very good care of my grandmother right now. We looked at other places but this one was the most convenient and immediate for our extenuating circumstances. I firmly believe it happened for a reason. They take very good care of their residents here.

Recently, we moved my aunt into memory care at the facility. From the moment she came into the facility, to the times that I get to visit, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The staff is friendly, well-trained, and always loving on my aunt. The other residents have warmed up to my aunt as well, and definitely have a supportive community in memory care for her. My family even stopped in for lunch and the food was amazing. I admit i did not expect much when I heard she was moving into an assisted living home, but everything has been above our expectations and I highly recommend anyone to come and visit.

That staff here has been so helpful for the difficult transition of moving my grandmother. I live 4 hours away and I have been well informed and put at ease that my grandmother will be well cared for. The facility is nice, clean, and has excellent food. Every member of the staff I met has been welcoming and kind. The marketing director was so patient and helpful with any and all questions I had before moving my grandmother in. I am so pleased with the service here and I am happy to report my grandmother is loving her new community and how helpful they are to her.

Recently, My wife and I took a tour of this facility in search of a home for her mother. We have been across many facilities in the area and nothing really stood out from any of them until we met the director at Augusta Gardens. She really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and had every answer for all of our questions. Yet the reason she stood out the most was because of the level of concern and sincerity she showed during our time together. The facility is older, but you can tell the staff works to keep it in shape. There was a staff member painting the outside shutters when we visited, and whatever they were cooking for lunch smelled amazing. We are leaning towards this facility because of the pride that shows that they are putting in the facility and care given during our time there.

On Sunday, we toured the facility looking for a home for my brother to use for therapy and assisted living. Our guide was very professional and quickly showed us the facility. It was nice to see that they were refinishing the dining room floors and showed us that the two guys cared about the way the facility looked. the rooms we visited and courtyard were more than enough to impress and definitely sold us on using Augusta Gardens. We look forward to the experiences ahead.

My grandmother is a resident at Augusta Gardens. This weekend we attended the Mother's Day event that they had at the community for each of the mothers that are current residents. All that I can say is WOW! It was completely over the top, the decorations were nice, the setup was accommodating, the food was amazing, the desserts were even better, and the best part was to see how much the staff came together to make this day as special for my grandmother and the others as possible. My grandmother was completely taken back and said this was the best Mother's day that she has ever had. That's almost 70 years... I am very happy that she had a great day. Thank you to the staff for all of their hard work. it is appreciated.

My grandfather has been a resident for some time now, and i must admit that at first, our family was not entirely pleased with the level of services provided. a few months ago, a new director, Ashley, was hired along with a new management team. Ever since then, you could tell a huge improvement in the staff, the general feel of the community, and most importantly, my grandfather was finally happy and grateful for the care he as given. Ashley and her new team has changed the tone for respect for the residents here, the staff show true genuine care for the residents here, the new dietary manager has significantly improved the quality of food, and overall i must say this community has gone above and beyond our expectations. I cannot recommend this place enough for your loved ones.
