Friendly staff, very well maintained, super clean, nice looking decor, plenty of activities for your loved family member. Would recommend for anyone that is looking for an assisted living home. They really go out of their way to make it feel like home! The smell of cookies freshly baked to the music nights; it has a great atmosphere.

The Phoenix at Milton has been a GOD send ! I had to move my husband from another assissted living facility with very short notice and the Phoenix at Milton was able to accommodate our needs. The Staff has a passion for caring for those in need and it shows in the work that they do to make sure everything is done well. My husband is pleased with his new location and loves it there. Whenever I visit, he is well cared for and his studio is clean and well maintained. The Executive Chef quickly adjusted my husbands meals to accomodate his dietary needs. The staff on his floor is always attentive to his needs, respectful and knowlegable about how to care for him. We've only been a part of the Phoenix at Milton a short time, but they make us feel like family.They have far exceeded my expectations.

The staff is so caring, not only for the residents but the family members as well. I was recently out of town when one of the Medtechs called me with a concern about my father. She was contacted by one of the dining room staff members who noticed something was wrong. The Medtech wasn't even on duty that day but wanted me to be aware of the situation and assured me not to worry, she would follow up with his hospice nurse, which she did. I'm amazed at the culture of these staff members who work together and pay attention to the needs of the residents. The leadership should be applauded for instilling the values that is important for the care of our family members.

If you're looking for a senior facility and staff that is five star, The Phoenix at Milton is it!! I'm 62 years old with Debilitating nerve damage I thought this would be a hard move to make to find the right place. My family and I looked at over six properties in the area for me to move. What made our decision to choose The Phoenix at Milton was the Director, Amy Seeger. I can't say enough kind words about her! I felt like family as soon as we met She is so kind and generous with her time as we toured the facility and she knew everyone's name their backgrounds and family, and asked genuine questions AND lots of hugs Everyone loves living there and working there and it's mostly due to the fact that Amy is so involved with the residents and all the staff. She truly loves everyone there, and they love her! Even though I'm just moved in I feel like I have a new extended family that is so friendly and welcoming. When touring the other facilities there was no comparison to how Amy made me feel so welcome and excited To move in. Amy has gone out of her way to make sure I have everything I need and that my family knew this was the place for me. She even made sure I had her cell phone number. She and I talk as if we have known each other for years. I know I am going to love living here Thank you Amy again, for being so warm and loving you made it easy to choose The Phoenix at Milton

The staff at The Phoenix is the best I've ever seen. We've vetted several senior living facilities, and none compare to the staff at The Phoenix. We moved my Mother-In-Law into Phoenix about 6 months ago and the level of care, from all the staff, is better than anywhere else that we've experienced. When a resident needs any form of assistance, assistance is offered by the staff that happens to be present, regardless of the title of the staff member. And the staff in the Memory Care unit, exceptional. Truly exceptional.

My mother moved in to the Memory care at Phoenix a few months ago and is very happy. All of the staff at Phoenix are caring and always take the time to speak to residents as well as family members. The Memory care staff keep my mother engaged with activities that are appropriate for her as well as the other residents. She is always telling me what a great day she had when I visit in the afternoon. The food is excellent and mom looks forward to meal time each day. Having medical staff and a hair salon onsite helps my mom manage her appointments without having to leave the facility. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone that is having to make the hard decision to put their loved one in Memory care.

When choosing an assisted living facility for my mom, I had a lot of considerations. I'm so glad I went with my instincts and chose Phoenix at Milton. My mom has been there for 4 months and I'm very (not easily) impressed. From the attention they give, to the activities and overall care they provide my mom, I'm most happy. I am able to easily address any concern with the director, who has an open door policy. Very approachable and kind. I would recommend the Phoenix at Milton to anyone who wants to be loved and cared for. Caregivers and restaurant employees are the best!!!! And the food is restaurant worthy.

We moved my mother-in-law here a month ago. She does have dementia and had been in assisted living in another state. She is now in memory care and loves the food, the care and the activities. She has improved physically since moving and is more stable on her feet. She cannot say enough good things about the kindness of the staff, the meals and the activities. Assisted living was a little too big for her but memory care is much more comfortable in finding her way and the number of activities offered. We visit often and see how engaged she is now, and all of the staff know us. She is still able to leave with us occasionally and she is starting to ask when she is going back as she doesn't want to miss out on anything! When we left last night, she was chatting with staff and another resident. We can't say enough about how well she is doing in adjusting after the move to a new location. Kudos to the staff at Phoenix at Milton!

I would strongly recommend The Phoenix at Milton to friends, loved-ones and my patients. It is stunningly beautiful and I have had the pleasure of visiting the community weekly as a Liaison for Longleaf Hospice. I am confident that all of their residents are receiving the best of care and attention, day and night and I always see the staff/administrators going above and beyond to bring smiles to their faces.

The Phoenix at Milton is an extremely nice home for its residents. The property is immaculate including an outdoor area with a fireplace for the residents to enjoy. There are lots of activities to entertain the residents. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell how good a community is by observing the residents who look pleasant and happy. We chose to move my mom to assisted living at The Phoenix at Milton from Kansas in July 2017 where she resided until her passing in October 2020. It was a big move for my mom as it meant uprooting her from her home and friends but she could no longer live independently.After visiting several different communities in the area, we chose The Phoenix because of our observations on how staff interacted with residents in both assisted living and memory care as well as their interactions with us as we toured the community. After moving my mom to The Phoenix, her health improved significantly which I think was due to having nutritious meals prepared for her and more human contact throughout the day.The Phoenix has activities for the residents each day to help keep them physically active and mentally active. The staff was always open to suggestions for activities that residents might be interested in and this allowed my mom to participate in several activities that were meaningful to her like bridge, book club, and yoga. The grounds outside the facility are well maintained with a path where residents can enjoy walks.My mom was always treated with respect and dignity. I felt like the staff cared for her as they would want their own family member cared for. Our family was also always treated with respect and the staff was always available if there was a change needed in my moms care or we had any concerns. While my mom was a resident at The Phoenix, the staff became like a second family to us and we miss our daily visits.

I moved in to the Phoenix at Milton earlier this year. My expectations have far been exceeded! The facility feels and looks very luxurious so that drew me in at first, but its really the people who make this feel like home to me. I am very happy here and feel very safe and loved. I have had some hardships this year and the facility has been overly accommodating and concerned for my well-being and mental health and happiness. You can tell they really care about their residents. It feels like home and feels like family here.

The caregivers and staff are one in a million. My Dad has been there for over a year and we can finally relax and know he is being well cared for. He is memory care and the people and staff are like family to us. It has been so hard to not be with him during Covid but they have been amazing doing Facetime and window visits. You will never find a better place for your love ones to be!!

I moved my Mom into the Phoenix at Milton 2 weeks ago. I am sure like most people that have to move a parent into assisted living she was not happy about it at all, but after only a few days her attitude told totally changed and a few days after that she told me she is really happy that she made the move, and that the people are so friendly to her and that she loves the food so much. Really happy we made this decision which was such a hard decision to make, but it definitely was the right one to make.

I love this facility. I had to move my mom very quickly from another facility and Michelle and Kyle were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond to get my Mother situated and get all her medications and paperwork sent to the facility. The nurse accessor, Verma, I think her name is, is so sweet and helpful, she made the process painless. I cant say enough about the Emerson and the whole crew along with the nurse Lynn and who took such good care of my mom, I was able to bring her home after a month of Respite Care. The facility itself is like staying at the Ritz! Clean, new and tastefully decorated. I wish I could stay there myself! If you are looking for a place to send a loved one, this is it. Oh and she loved the food as well. I cant remember the chefs name but she looked forward to meals and always raved about how good they were. I highly recommend this facility and will be using it for Respite Care when I go out of town and cant leave her at home. It truly feels like home away from home.

My parents recently moved into The Phoenix at Milton. While our hearts were in crisis mode with a string of health issues & home help crises, the staff calmed our fears & allayed our concerns. The facility is well staffed and extremely well appointed. The atmosphere is peaceful and the programming is varied. There are therapy and medical and dental and salon options on site. The grounds are conveniently placed and theres a lake & a view of trees outside our parents windows. In our wildest dreams, we never imagined they could be so safe and well cared for as they heal and settle their hearts.

My niece LOVED Camp Phoenix this summer... Ms. Ginger is a fantastic activities director ! She said it was the best camp she has ever been to. The Phoenix has wonderful caregivers that make a lovely home for the residents .

My Mother and I moved into the Phoenix less than a month ago. We are so happy here, what a great place! The design, lighting, architecture and interior design is just gorgeous, like a 5 star boutique hotel. The staff is very kind, caring and fun. We have so many new friends with the lovely residents. The caregivers are just wonderful. The food is consistently great. The activities are so varied, something for everyone. We have been busy with the activites which are a good way to meet other residents. The building is very clean. The leadership of the GM translates into the training and attitude that the staff exudes. These are people with vocational callings and not just jobs. The team focuses on practical solutions to challenges that come up. I feel heard when I need to express a concern. I am so happy to be laughing, dancing, singing and sleeping again! I would highly recommend the Phoenix at Milton. Our friends and family just love coming here to share a meal with us. And my nieces and nephews love the chocolate chip cookies!
