I would strongly recommend The Phoenix at Milton to friends, loved-ones and my patients. It is stunningly beautiful and I have had the pleasure of visiting the community weekly as a Liaison for Longleaf Hospice. I am confident that all of their residents are receiving the best of care and attention, day and night and I always see the staff/administrators going above and beyond to bring smiles to their faces.

The Phoenix at Milton is an extremely nice home for its residents. The property is immaculate including an outdoor area with a fireplace for the residents to enjoy. There are lots of activities to entertain the residents. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell how good a community is by observing the residents who look pleasant and happy. I would recommend this community for your loved ones.

We are so grateful to have found The Phoenix at Milton for our one-of-a-kind dad. We were looking for the best possible environment for him in terms of comfort and quality of care. We undoubtedly found the best in this community. The Phoenix at Milton far exceeded our expectations when we were no longer able to care for him at home. The excellent, caring staff, delicious food, fun activities, and new friendships made this one of the best decisions for him. We will always be grateful for how they welcomed and cared for him. We researched and toured many other communities. The Phoenix at Milton far exceeded them all!

We chose to move my mom to assisted living at The Phoenix at Milton from Kansas in July 2017 where she resided until her passing in October 2020. It was a big move for my mom as it meant uprooting her from her home and friends but she could no longer live independently.After visiting several different communities in the area, we chose The Phoenix because of our observations on how staff interacted with residents in both assisted living and memory care as well as their interactions with us as we toured the community. After moving my mom to The Phoenix, her health improved significantly which I think was due to having nutritious meals prepared for her and more human contact throughout the day.The Phoenix has activities for the residents each day to help keep them physically active and mentally active. The staff was always open to suggestions for activities that residents might be interested in and this allowed my mom to participate in several activities that were meaningful to her like bridge, book club, and yoga. The grounds outside the facility are well maintained with a path where residents can enjoy walks.My mom was always treated with respect and dignity. I felt like the staff cared for her as they would want their own family member cared for. Our family was also always treated with respect and the staff was always available if there was a change needed in my moms care or we had any concerns. While my mom was a resident at The Phoenix, the staff became like a second family to us and we miss our daily visits.

I moved in to the Phoenix at Milton earlier this year. My expectations have far been exceeded! The facility feels and looks very luxurious so that drew me in at first, but its really the people who make this feel like home to me. I am very happy here and feel very safe and loved. I have had some hardships this year and the facility has been overly accommodating and concerned for my well-being and mental health and happiness. You can tell they really care about their residents. It feels like home and feels like family here.

The caregivers and staff are one in a million. My Dad has been there for over a year and we can finally relax and know he is being well cared for. He is memory care and the people and staff are like family to us. It has been so hard to not be with him during Covid but they have been amazing doing Facetime and window visits. You will never find a better place for your love ones to be!!

Caring, professional personnel greet you upon arrival. The atmosphere is clean and well presented. Its a wonderful home for those requiring a little special care where friendship and camaraderie can be found among the residence. Highly recommended.

I moved my Mom into the Phoenix at Milton 2 weeks ago. I am sure like most people that have to move a parent into assisted living she was not happy about it at all, but after only a few days her attitude told totally changed and a few days after that she told me she is really happy that she made the move, and that the people are so friendly to her and that she loves the food so much. Really happy we made this decision which was such a hard decision to make, but it definitely was the right one to make.

I love this facility. I had to move my mom very quickly from another facility and Michelle and Kyle were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond to get my Mother situated and get all her medications and paperwork sent to the facility. The nurse accessor, Verma, I think her name is, is so sweet and helpful, she made the process painless. I cant say enough about the Emerson and the whole crew along with the nurse Lynn and who took such good care of my mom, I was able to bring her home after a month of Respite Care. The facility itself is like staying at the Ritz! Clean, new and tastefully decorated. I wish I could stay there myself! If you are looking for a place to send a loved one, this is it. Oh and she loved the food as well. I cant remember the chefs name but she looked forward to meals and always raved about how good they were. I highly recommend this facility and will be using it for Respite Care when I go out of town and cant leave her at home. It truly feels like home away from home.

My parents recently moved into The Phoenix at Milton. While our hearts were in crisis mode with a string of health issues & home help crises, the staff calmed our fears & allayed our concerns. The facility is well staffed and extremely well appointed. The atmosphere is peaceful and the programming is varied. There are therapy and medical and dental and salon options on site. The grounds are conveniently placed and theres a lake & a view of trees outside our parents windows. In our wildest dreams, we never imagined they could be so safe and well cared for as they heal and settle their hearts.

My niece LOVED Camp Phoenix this summer... Ms. Ginger is a fantastic activities director ! She said it was the best camp she has ever been to. The Phoenix has wonderful caregivers that make a lovely home for the residents .

My Mother and I moved into the Phoenix less than a month ago. We are so happy here, what a great place! The design, lighting, architecture and interior design is just gorgeous, like a 5 star boutique hotel. The staff is very kind, caring and fun. We have so many new friends with the lovely residents. The caregivers are just wonderful. The food is consistently great. The activities are so varied, something for everyone. We have been busy with the activites which are a good way to meet other residents. The building is very clean. The leadership of the GM translates into the training and attitude that the staff exudes. These are people with vocational callings and not just jobs. The team focuses on practical solutions to challenges that come up. I feel heard when I need to express a concern. I am so happy to be laughing, dancing, singing and sleeping again! I would highly recommend the Phoenix at Milton. Our friends and family just love coming here to share a meal with us. And my nieces and nephews love the chocolate chip cookies!

We recently placed our mom at the memory care unit at the Phoenix at Milton. The staff is so caring and we feel the facilities are so beautiful. We are excited about being here with Mom. They made a difficult division much easier!!!
