The facility is amazing, the management is super helpful and accommodating. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The facility also has a property pet name Susie and she is an African grey parrot which is really cool to interact with her. Definitely recommend.

I have been at Cottonwood for 4 years. I am a 68 year old male. It is not only a place to live, it is a place you can call home. All the employees treat everyone with respect and courtesy. The managers Mark and Mindy and assistant managers, Fergus, and Chantel bend over backwards to help any and everyone with any issues that arise. The food is very good, thanks to chef David and his team. Activities are plentiful. Outings are very great because activity Director DJ. Listens to what the residence would like to do I’m very happy to call cottonwood home. I would recommend anyone looking for a wonderful community to retire in check this place out.

Living at Cottonwood Estates does provide gracious living with important safety measures . The amazing management staff and employees provide choice and variety in activities,dining,and comfort.I love my apartment ,the different rooms and spaces in the lovely building ,and the outside gardens and trails.I guess you could say I feel at home here and can choose to join in many activities and trips or just curl up on my own sofa and read in peace and quiet all day.So, to me, the key thing for me is choice.And I love all of those available to me.Lastly but most importantly are the hard working ,kind, and helpful people who work here.

It came time for my mom, at 101 yrs old, to find a place for her to enjoy her future years. She is in great health, except for her walking, and loves to socialize. I visited many independent living centers and was not able to find one with everything she enjoys , small enough to manage and a great and caring staff that will go that extra mile. Finally I found one, Cottonwood! It has it all! She is so happy here and has been since day one! I made an excellent choice and going forward she will enjoy it to the fullest and I don’t have to worry at all. The food is great, and an abundance of activities and very, very well kept. Note: Cindy Kminski Romano helped me with everything. Moved here from New York in July sight unseen and immediately fell in love with the place. It's beautiful and the apartment is great. Management, Maitenance and everyone that works here has been more than helpful . All the residents are very friendly. I would highly recommend Cottonwood Estates of Alpharetta to anyone looking for quiet,clean and friendly Independent living.

This place is not maintained properly and when asked doesn't seem to care,if you want my money least earn it, there are insects that the staff doesn't take care of, and none of the things that does not get done is the community fee paid at move in is supposed to be paid back at move out,2 months have gone by and nada.Time to grow up, stand up and take care of business in a proper manner.I don't care if they have an emergency what if I do.They sure as hell didn't pay me back, but they had no problem taking my money.No more BS,no one there cares about my problems, is there any reason I should give a damn about theirs, Business is Business.

I commend our managers, Mark/Mindy Simms and Seann/Amber Stewart on their loving, caring ways with all the residents. Dejane Hill keeps us busy with all of the planned activities and her decorating is an eye catcher. Cindy Kaminsky, in the community sales position always has our community at the top of occupancy. Her friendly, outgoing ways is certainly a draw to this outstanding community. To me this is gracious living.

Beautiful place, great management, friendly people. Unfortunately, my 95yo father started fading shortly after we signed him up, and we had to back out. Our deposit money was paid back promptly and with a smile. Highly recommended.

I visited Cottonwood for the first time for my brother n laws birthday. There was good food and drink for all. There was also a 2 man band that is awesome. They played a variety of 70's 80's songs as well as allowing people from the party to sing and be a part of the entertainment. I was allowed to sing several songs including one I had just written. It was a great time and I hope to do it again real soon. Paul Eskew

My mother has lived a Cottonwood Estates for almost 9 years. It has been a wonderful experience for her. She has made special friends, gone to many activities and celebrations, and been able to enjoy life more than when she was living alone. I have always felt welcome and free to visit and/or enjoy a meal any time. I highly recommend Cottonwood Estates.

My parents have lived at Cottonwood for about 4 months so far. The management team there are an amazing group of people. They are compassionate and caring. And, the residents are also very wonderful. In just those short months my parents have made lasting friendships. Everyone looks out for each other here and it gives me great comfort knowing my parents live in such an environment.

The Cottonwood Estates is a clean and beautiful community that provides fun, rewarding and healthy services to the residents. It’s definitely a bonus when the managers live right on site to attend to residents, if they are in need for any emergency or special requests. That helps give the residents and especially family members piece of mind. The Regional Director of Operations does a fantastic job and shows that they care about this community and the residents. Great work to the whole Cottonwood Estates team!

We had a great experience with my inlaws at Cottonwood. They look after the well-being of their residents and the food was very good. The managers Laurie, Jim, Joyce and George were always kind and helpful and responded quickly to the special needs my inlaws had. We also worked with Adoun, a private caregiver at Cottonwood and she took an excellent care for my mother in law. We will miss them all. Highly recommended.

What a great facility! The residents and staff are all very friendly and the food is excellent! I really like the option for potential residents to stay there for a few days at no charge to make sure that it is a good fit for them.

Despite high turnover, they treat my family like royalty. I have only had good interactions and heard great things from my family that stays there. The chef has been there during my family's time there, and he is awesome. If you tour the place, ask to see him.... He is the lifeblood of the place- he is what cottonwood is really all about.

A newly built (2014) senior living facility. Clean and well managed by friendly folks. Meals provided three times daily, in a dining room reminiscent of a fine restaurant; white tablecloths, and table service. The food is excellent! Bonus: ground floor apartments each have a private entrance! Highly recommended!
