The caregiver/aide, Evelyn, is WONDERFUL! She was so understanding, positive and compassionate. I was so impressed by her professionalism and positive attitude, I had to give her a hug. Nancy, Andrea and Jennifer the physical and occupational therapists, are GREAT as well. They work so well with my dad and have helped him regain his strength and meet his goals.

My mom just moved into the Memory Care section from the Independent Living side. The entire team made the transition extremely easy and were on top of things. The staff is very nice and seems genuinely concerned for the residents.

Stacey Campbell, a director at the Mansions, assisted us with the transition of our parent to their new home in the most professional, courteous and caring manner. Ms. Campbell accommodated our family’s requests and has convinced us that the Mansions will provide a safe environment for our parent.

My family recommends you hire more associates like Stacey. She’s been a pleasure to work with through my moms transition to the memory unit. She also sent us pictures of my mom and her journey for a few days to confirm she’s doing ok.

We are very pleased with the care my parent receives in Daybreak (memory support). Knowing she is safe and well taken care of (loved would not be too strong a word to use here) is a blessing. She has a beautiful, large apartment with a locking door and a large private bath and is able to maintain as much of her independence as possible. This current administrative staff is tops. Their doors truly are open, they genuinely listen to and act on any concerns.

We recently had my mother at the Alpharetta Assisted Living for a a short respite. The accommodations the staff made was remarkable. Knowing it was for a short time they included her in the newcomers luncheon and made sure she had everything she needed to become an active participant in the daily activities. This was so important as socializing was such an crucial part of her recovery. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a place where their aging family members can continue living while having fun, in a safe environment.

My mother has been at The Mansions for a little over a year and is very happy. Her room is a nice size with a walk in closet and large bathroom. She even had room for her Christmas tree! Mom is actively involved in all activities and enjoys meals with friends. We are pleased with the medical care she receives and support from the care givers. The administrative and nursing staff listen and respond to needs of the family. Moving to The Mansions was a very good decision!
