Even with all the labor shortages during the covid pandemic, they found caring, wonderful caregivers to help me every day. This is a top notch agency with super people, and I highly recommend them. Our mother absolutely loved her Right At Home caregivers! She looked forward to their visits every day and enjoyed their company so much. It was a huge blessing to my sister and I to be able to schedule caregivers on quick notice when Mom required extra care that we were not able to provide. Moms regular caregivers became a part of our family and we were so thankful that she had such lovely people to give her the extra assistance she required. Love this Alpharetta company! They were truly a God-send! When my life partners health took a sudden and dramatic turn for the worse, they immediately sent someone they knew could do the job. Then, we got the wonderful caregiver, Francis Ezikiel, for 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. These franchise owners, Susan and Ron, are dedicated and caring, and the administrative staff, especially Karen Stewart, could not have been more helpful. They connected us with hospice when that became necessary and assisted in making the end-of-life process as peaceful and natural as possible. They were there for us when we really, really needed them!

Im so happy with my decision to use Right at Home! I knew it was time to get some extra help, but it was very difficult for me to trust someone else with my dad, his care, and as party of our family. Do not know what I would do without Right at Home! At one of the craziest times in my life... To have such impeccable service made so easy was truly a lifesaver. Susan guided me through and answered questions I didnt even know to ask. Dawn drives mom to her appointments, helps her with meals, takes mom to the grocery store and shares her stories of travel which mom just loves. Dont know what I would do without you and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for loving❤ care for their loved❤❤ ones!!

Finding the right care for your loved ones is no easy task for families. Choosing Right at Home was definitely the best decision for us.l The owners, the staff, and the care givers provide outstanding care for my mother and the other residents within her community. They go above and beyond to provide proper care and even present game shows and other programs for the residents . Our family is very happy that we found Right at Home!

Pretty good company to work for, had a few racistcompletely disrespectful clients but the others were amazing people. They only serve individuals of wealth...if you catch my drift so your goal is to please all needs on top of your caregiver responsibilities. They perform ALL screenings day of hire and always have trainings scheduled in close proximity. I took off points due to the fact that I spoke with about and mailed them my registry for recertification, as this was the last nursing job worked for that time frame, they refused to sign it because I no longer worked for Right At Home.

The office staff is businesslike and professional and does a great job of scheduling caregivers and handling administrative details.
