My aunt lived here for four years, and I can say with complete sincerity that those years were among the most peaceful and fulfilling of her later life. She was a remarkable woman ” someone who had always frequented fine salons, elegant restaurants, and enjoyed the finer things ” a person of great grace and refinement who carried herself with quiet dignity her entire life. When her health began to decline and remaining in her own home was no longer possible, this facility became her home ” and what a home it was. Rather than experiencing loss, she flourished. The warmth of the staff, the richness of the activity program, the attentiveness of the medical team ” all of it gave her not just care, but genuine joy and a sense of belonging. She passed away at 95, and while that is of course a profound loss, there is immeasurable comfort in knowing that her final years were spent in a place where she was seen, valued, and treated as the elegant, vibrant person she had always been. Her happiness there was real and visible. Primary care and podiatry services were consistently available, which made an enormous difference in her comfort and wellbeing. And when navigating medication changes and the challenges of rising healthcare costs, the staff were invaluable ” knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly going above and beyond. To everyone at this facility ” thank you. You gave my aunt four beautiful years. She deserved every moment of it.

My Grandma has been living at the independent side of Stratford for over a year, and out of the 4 places she's lived in, this is the first one she's actually been happy. She has a lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the water, with a decent little kitchen. All of the staff have been so kind, and anytime we've had issues they've gone to help her without compliant. They've gone above and beyond to help her and me on several occasions. They make truly fresh food here, and have a nice salad bar, and always offer me to eat as well when I visit her. My grandma is a cranky customer and very stubborn, so finding a place that can still keep a smile while helping her, and has actually made her smile and feel welcomed has meant the world to us.

We found Stratford Court for our Aunt Joni last October ( 2024). We recently had to have her go to a skilled nursing facility due to failing health. I wanted to let the staff at Stratford know how much we apprecitaed the love and care they showed our Aunt. She was happy with her accomodations and the lovely nurses, kitchen staff and overall staffing here. They are very hard workers and they care about their residents. I would recommend Stratford Court to anyone that is looking for quality living for their loved ones when faced with this difficult decision and can longer care for them at home. I want to give a special thank you to Lina Garrett! Such a beautiful, kind soul. She treated our Aunt with the utmost respect and care. Our Aunt really enjoyed talking to Lina about books, and life experiences. Thank you Lina for being so wonderful to our Joni. We will miss the staff at Stratford and wish them our best. My partner and I have lived in Senior Independent Living at Stratford Court of Palm Harbor for two and a half years, and we wish we had made the move sooner! We love the food and all the amenities offered. The monthly rental price was the lowest we found in the vicinity, and there was no hefty buy-in or entry fee. Any concerns we have had have been promptly addressed by the staff and management. If you have been putting off a move to a senior complex, I’d encourage you to wait no longer, and be sure to include Stratford Court in your search.

I would give them a 6 out of 5. The place is appealing, they have everything you will need. As per my lovely late husband's suggestion (if you want to stay in an independent living after my big event, go to Stratford Court). That's why I called their head office for detailed information a year ago. Immediately I got an email and phone call from the Sales Director (Julie Frenzel). I was very impressed by her professionalism and timelines of her response as a Sales Director. Julie called me and made sure when and what I and my sister needed. She is very kind, patient, helpful, friendly and humorous. She made the whole process very smoothly and efficiently. A few months ago, my sister and I got the right direction and good size apartments which we were looking for. Besides the community looks very nice, they have all the amenities on site. Front office ladies : Margaret, Amenda and Debby are described as friendly, cheerful, polite, helpful and respectful esp my favorite is Margaret whose memory is the top-notch. They will do their best to fulfill your enquiry and needs. Overall the atmosphere of the facility is homey and welcoming.

We had a great experience here with the staff and the people who took care of my loved one. Unfortunately we didn't have a long stay but we will be forever grateful for how they took care of my loved one. We were on the Independent living side and we had some unexpected problems with my loved one and they did everything they could to help. From the minute we toured the facility, moved in, and needed to leave we had nothing but a great experience with Lindsey, Julie and the rest of the staff. Thank you for all you do and all you did! We definitely will recommend the Strafford for your loved ones!

I can’t believe how bad the dining situation is with the time it takes to get seated, lack of wait staff, food has gone from gourmet meals to unhealthy, fast food style trash it’s really shameful, the way they treat these elderly people sometimes waiting for over an hour to be seated they were so good a couple of years ago but they have gone downhill fast!! Get it together, Stratford Court !! Residents pay for meals up front but the staff make it difficult to eat, with dining times cut short, no option to eat in your room without paying extra for room drop off or to go containers if you want to pick up your food and take it to your room to end the long wait to be seated downstairs! They use to serve gourmet food, now it’s mostly processed food, msg, sodium, etc. You would think for the money the people pay, they would at least have good, stress free dining so sad

I am a 7+ year resident and have found a very caring home here. The staff is exceptional, responsive and really caring of their clients. They are constantly upgrading our home and residents are friendly, and happy. Lots of fun activities to help fit in to the environment. Chef works hard to respond to resident suggestions and food variety is well thought out.

We’ve visited many places for my mother-in-law and the Stratford was by far the most luxurious! She has been there over a year now and absolutely loves it! As soon as you walk in the front door, the surroundings are beautiful, she raves about the meals and the staff is always smiling, very friendly and very accommodating! If you are considering a place for your elder, you must stop by the Stratford! I rest easy at night knowing that she is taken care of.

My mom is there and it is a lovely facility. She is in an apartment in independent living but there are so many people on walkers and in wheelchairs now I would hesitate to classify it as independent. The people are very nice and they have a lot of activities for the residents.

I have lived here for almost a year . It was a right decision for me No more worrying about taking care of a house, but living in a lovely apartment with caring staff and beautiful amenities. I still do all the things that I did before such as playing golf twice a week, church activities and getting together with friends from my now old community. But now I have all the wonderful things offered at Stratford Court and there are many fun things to do. You also meet lovely new neighbors. I recommend Stratford Court of Palm Harbor. Joan Tack

My husband and I have been living at Stratford Court for a little over three years and we are very happy and content. This is a beautiful place and we get two meals a day plus housekeeping each week including they do the sheets and towels. We do have a washer and dryer in our apartment for our personal laundry. We have been well taken care of during this pandemic with some restrictions of course but have continued having meals and some activities. The staff has been very attentive and caring. We recommend Stratford Court highly Carolyn and Jerry Moore.

The Stratford court employees have worked very hard to keep all of its residents safe during the Covid pandemic. I have made several friends since I have moved in 10 months ago. The food was excellent before Covid, but i am now very disappointed at the quality of food and the service in the dining room. It is also difficult for my daughter to get answers to questions. She has called the management and left messages, but they are never returned.

My mom was here for several years. She started out in her own apartment, moved to assisted living and ultimately was in the nursing home portion. The staff in each of these places were wonderful. Mom especially enjoyed the food and activities. Mom really enjoyed her stay and always felt cared for and loved. As her health changed and more help was needed, the staff always stepped up to the plate. I would highly recommend Stratford and their wonderful staff.

I just commenced my search of a retirement community for my beloved family members and I am ready to sign them up at Stratford Court sight unseen. Cathy contacted me immediately by phone and email once I completed my request for information online. As a Director of Sales and Marketing I was impressed with the professionalism and timelines of her response. My husband and I also plan to move into a retirement community ourselves and even though we live in Dallas, Texas, Stratford Court just made the short list. As a married couple I love the opportunity of aging in place and having every level of care under one roof so my husband and I will remain together forever. I am truly looking forward to visiting this highly rated community and establishing a forever home for my family and perhaps myself in the not to distant future.

Nursing Home Review: Stradford Court you have outdone yourselves. I had the unfortunate experience of needing to move my loving husband to multiple nursing homes until I found the one that works best for us, and I have to say, this is a nursing home I could have only dreamed of. Your staff is so kind, personal, helpful and goes above and beyond to show they care and to keep the residents happy. Most importantly, there is attention to detail, cleanliness, great tasting high quality food and the way my husband is attended to is unparalleled. I truly thank God I found this new home for us, and I pray that all the staff are saluted for their outstanding service. The aging community doesn’t know an exquisite nursing home until they’ve visited Stratford Court. From Lisa , to Jeff , to all nurses & tech , front desk , Thomas the physical therapy group amazing stuff . Dr.Saba, is just pure heart. He is a doctor who goes above and beyond not just with his patients but within his community. It is rare to receive care from such a professional, and kind doctors these days. When I lived up the street, this was my precinct's voting site. I voted in every election and therefore visited this building many times. I also drove by it at least twice a day for several years. It's a very nice place and the people who live there seem to be very happy.
