I highly recommend Bartram Lakes Assisted Living for anyone who has a loved one who needs care. My mom was there for about two years. She loved the staff and formed several friendships. My experience was similar whenever I interacted with staff including the Administrator, Admissions Director, Activities Director, office staff, Nurses and CNA’s. The staff really cares about the residents and often goes above and beyond to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

My Mother has lived at Bartram Lakes for a year and a half now. I am satisfied with their care. The staff is very professional and personable. From the managers to the nursing and aids staff, they have been very helpful and considerate. The activities staff have been very helpful and supportive. My Mother loves bingo and stays very active with that.The atmosphere at this place is very welcoming and friendly. They make you feel right at home. The facility is kept very clean and the maintenance team does a great job as well. All in all, Bartram Lakes is a great place for my Mother.

My mother lived there comfortably for four years. The folks who took care of her were the best of the best. Even the front office (Janet and Vicki) pitch in when needed. And Necee was particularly helpful during the quarantine.

I really enjoy the various amenities here such as the fitness center, bible study, mens group, and the nature walks. Most of all, I enjoy the privacy and care that the staff members show me.

I am a musician with a music ministry focused on serving the elderly the sick and the dying. I have been performing at Brooks since they first opened several years ago. Out of the hundreds of venues where I perform, Brooks is by far one of my favorites. The staff is incredibly friendly and treat the residents like family. They are, kind, courteous, respectful and best of all, happy and fun. Kate and Neece 2 of the activity coordinators provide a ray of sunshine everywhere they go and always have fun activities for the residents. I highly recommend Brooks Bartram Lakes Assisted Living

My aunt has been living at this facility for 2 1, 2 years. We were all concerned that her transition would be tough living alone without us. Thanks to the daily activities and beautiful grounds she loves it and says it feels like home . Thank you Bartram Lakes.

Ive been living here for over a year and Im still enjoying the experience. I have the best room in the place with a beautiful view. Its nice and quiet. The staff here are really nice. I have a lot of friends that I can sit outside on the patio and talk with.

I am a resident at Bartram Lakes and I am so pleased and happy to be here. The people care and activities that are supplied for me are excellent. I cannot believe how far I have come in my health and strength since moving into Bartram Lakes. I tell my daughters everyday how thankful I am that they moved me here. The visitation restrictions have me missing my family so much! Today we have a car parade which was so wonderful. My family came by with signs and cheers. This is so hard but I am so happy to be at a place that does all they can to keep me in touch with my family.

I absolutely love living at Bartram Lakes. The people are friendly and there is much to do here. I enjoy the outings, daily activities and visiting with friends throughout the day. My apartment is beautiful and I love looking out the window watching people come in and out of the building. This place is great and I would recommend it to any person who needs assistance. I know my family feels better that I am here.

This place is very nice and so much fun! I am always out shopping, eating, and enjoying myself. Its easy to make friends here, the staff and neighbors are my friends. My daughter likes that I am busy and she does not have to worry about me being bored and unsafe at home alone.
