Mom had a fall and fractured her hip. With her advanced Alzheimer's and dementia she didn't want to stay at the rehabilitation facility. Isabelle has been great helping me transition her home. Ifodie 'Didi' has been a blessing with her warm and funny personality. She has made mom laugh especially when my family was with her. Zayshana, Jennifer, Kcei, Sheila, Odessa, Jasmine, Tatyana and Brittany have all treated mom with dignity and compassion. I didn't know what to expect and they've all been wonderful. Thank you.

My mother originally contacted Right At Home about providing care for both her and my step father while he recovered from back surgery. My mother had a failed hip replacement, and needed a lot of help, 12 hours per day, 7 days a week for a month. Unfortunately, she passed away unexpectedly a week before his back surgery. I contacted Right at Home to discuss what had happened, and to take a look at providing care, but at a reduced hour set, since his physical limitations would not be as great as hers. Right at Home stepped up and was able to provide the care necessary. Talking with Pop, he mentioned that the house hasn't been this clean in five years. He is very happy with all of the care provided. But he had special words of praise and thanks for Monae Dickerson. She was his introduction to Right At Home care, and he could not have had a better caregiver in her. She was responsive to his needs, listened carefully, and helped him with all of the things he hasn't had the energy to do. The second person he sang the praises of was Jull Hyde. She was the first person to help him run an errand. She was friendly, and provided a comforting touch to everything she did for him. Infact, he mentioned that he was looking forward to her next visit and outing. Kayla Short is a fantastic CNA. She became his regular weekday care giver, and he looks forward to her arrival every day. She has helped him get into a routine, and has been simply incredible in the work she has done, even offering to help go through the bathrooms, and master bedroom to help him go through Mom's beauty supplies and clothes. The beautiful thing about this help is that she is moving at his pace, allowing him time to grieve while still honoring his wish to get things cleaned up. There have been a few rough points, but those were easily remedied with a phone call and quick explanation. The office has been very receptive to any questions or needs that have arisen. In short, they are worth every penny I have paid for this service.

Superior professionalism and unbelievable kindness. I used Right At Home in Jacksonville for a recent out-patent procedure. To say they were responsive, professional and helpful is an understatement. I was fortunate to be able to speak to the owner directly on my initial contact and was put at ease straight away as he walked me through the process, paperwork and fees. My case was especially challenging as I was travelling into Jacksonville from overseas and we hit a few bumps with my international credit card and then not having ready phone/internet access during my stay in Jacksonville. Each challenge was resolved expeditiously by the Owner. On the day of service, I was given extremely kind and efficient support by the assigned care-giver. I recommend this Team to anyone needing post-op support and transport.

During the Covid pandemic and the Christmas holidays (when other agencies could not help me) Right at Home was able to send me caregivers within 12 hours notice. With my broken ankle and broken wrist I could not have done without them. The staff were always punctual and professional and very attentive and caring.

After spending three and a half weeks in the hospital, my husband was released to a care facility for therapy. Unfortunately after a week, our insurance would not cover a longer stay. I fell and broke my Femur bone in my right leg. I spent 8 days in the hospital and 8 days in rehab. The ladies of Right at Home were a life-saver for me. My mother needed 24-7 care right away because she would not go to a rehab center after being discharged from the hospital. She wanted to go HOME! I live in Colorado and could not leave to go back to Jax to take care of her and I was in a real bind. I was worried about her at home without the ability to even get out of bed to use the bathroom. Thank God for Right at Home! They were able to get us set quickly and they were professional with great care. Most of all, I LOVE their portal that has details on my mothers care blow by blow. I can see who is with my mother, what is going on with her that day, what care she needed and in what spirits she was in right from Colorado.
