My husband and I are so pleased with the excellent care we received from the Right at Home staff. From the minute Sandra, Dominique, Odessa and Tomeka walked through our door, they made us feel special. Their caring, professional, can-do attitudes made us feel we were in excellent, competent hands. We felt like they were "one of our family"! Superior professionalism and unbelievable kindness. I used Right At Home in Jacksonville for a recent out-patent procedure. To say they were responsive, professional and helpful is an understatement. I was fortunate to be able to speak to the owner directly on my initial contact and was put at ease straight away as he walked me through the process, paperwork and fees. My case was especially challenging as I was travelling into Jacksonville from overseas and we hit a few bumps with my international credit card and then not having ready phone/internet access during my stay in Jacksonville. Each challenge was resolved expeditiously by the Owner. On the day of service, I was given extremely kind and efficient support by the assigned care-giver. I recommend this Team to anyone needing post-op support and transport.

My family has been with Right at Home for over 2 years. The needs of my parents are different and complex, but Right at Home has handled their care with kindness, compassion, professionalism and attention to detail. During the Covid pandemic and the Christmas holidays (when other agencies could not help me) Right at Home was able to send me caregivers within 12 hours notice. With my broken ankle and broken wrist I could not have done without them. The staff were always punctual and professional and very attentive and caring.

After spending three and a half weeks in the hospital, my husband was released to a care facility for therapy. Unfortunately after a week, our insurance would not cover a longer stay. His case manager at the hospital suggested Right at Home for home care. The day we brought my husband home we met with their representative and set up a schedule of care starting the next day. What a relief for me! The caregivers always arrived promptly and acted professionally and caring. They were cordial and friendly. The office staff at Right at Home was supportive and and always met my scheduling needs. I definitely recommend Right at Home to anyone requiring in-home care.

I fell and broke my Femur bone in my right leg. I spent 8 days in the hospital and 8 days in rehab. The ladies of Right at Home were a life-saver for me. I had them come in 2 hour blocks 3 times a day. They were so professional and had great training tools to see to my comforts. I would not hesitate to call this company again if needed. My wifes grandmother fell and broke her tail bone and couldnt do the simple things she could before. After talking with Right at Home, we knew immediately they were the right option. We are so happy with the level of care and professionalism they have. They have helped her with everything from bathing to helping around the house. The team at Right at Home is a team that is strictly focused on providing excellent care for the people who are in need. Keith, Kim and their team took care of my father, aged 93, during his final stage of life. He was always happy to see anyone from Right at Home. He may not have remembered their names but each and every care giver treated my Dad with love and compassion. My brothers and I will always be grateful for helping our father when we couldnt be there for him. From the entire Harris family, we recommend Right at Home care, and as you go through your due diligence, you will feel early on you have the right company to help and support whatever need you may have.

My mother needed 24-7 care right away because she would not go to a rehab center after being discharged from the hospital. She wanted to go HOME! I live in Colorado and could not leave to go back to Jax to take care of her and I was in a real bind. I was worried about her at home without the ability to even get out of bed to use the bathroom. Thank God for Right at Home! They were able to get us set quickly and they were professional with great care. Most of all, I LOVE their portal that has details on my mothers care blow by blow. I can see who is with my mother, what is going on with her that day, what care she needed and in what spirits she was in right from Colorado. I cant express the gratitude I have for Right at Home for the peace of mind they gave me!

My brother and I employed Right at Home for the first time when our mom, who lives in a memory care facility in FL (while we live in NY and WI), needed to go to the ER and there was no one to accompany her. Kimberly and her staff members moved heaven and earth to help us in that desperate moment, and they have been providing for our mom in the most caring way possible ever since. Their caregivers REALLY CARE. Cant say enough good about Right at Home.
