I moved my brother into Augustine Landing several weeks ago and he is very pleased with the whole environment. Jason, Holly, Valerie and the whole administration made everything so seamless and welcoming. My brother loves the food (there are so many choices), his apartment (newly renovated), the residents he’s met, the fenced dog park and the location in Jacksonville. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision to move my brother from his own house in SC to his beautiful apartment at Augustine Landing. Highly recommend this desirable community!

My mother LOVED her time at Augustine Landing. The activities were her favoritefrom Bingo to Cornhole to live music! Her apartment was perfect for her and even had a balcony view of the American Flagas a veteran she appreciated the community appreciation for her service! I am a new resident and it has been a most welcoming move in. Jason is not only the ED, but genuinely kind and caring. There was a party to welcome new residents and I need to send a shout out our chef Dominique , Ann the lifestyle coordinator and holly the sales agent. The food was stellar, fried green beans oh my oh my ! The gifts were thoughtful and the warm welcoming the staff gave us made the party a big hit THANKS I am glad I am making this my home

Augustine Landing is a welcoming and warm place where is easy to find new friends. The management is very supportive, employees are very welcoming and friendly, the maintenance crew is always ready to help; after 2 years I can tell that to live here has been a very positive experience.

The whole staff are amazing. Holly was amazing and so caring and patient with my mom. The servers the front office people and even the people at front desk are kind and compassionate. The activities over the holidays were a phenomenal time per my parents.

My father recently passed away and resided at Augustine Landing for 2 years. The staff was very accomodating and helpful especially the last few months while my dad was in and out of the hospital and rehab facilities. I have been living at Augustine Landing for 17 months. I am very comfortable in my apartment. Our maintenance crew are always there for anything you need or want done and without days of waiting. We have an amazing dinning crew and Chef who is always trying new things to keep everyone happy with great meals three times a day. Our activity Director is amazing and has many activities and parties to keep us busy daily. All the employees go way above and beyond to help keep this beautiful place working! Our great bus driver takes wonderful care of all of us whether going on grocery store runs, doctors appointments or just fun shopping and outings! All the residents are very helpful to each other. Don’t think I could find a better place to live than here at Augustine Landing!! I would definitely recommend Augustine Landing for a great way to live in safe and comfortable surroundings, meet new friends and have fun !!!!

My name is Jackie and I am 90 years young. Due to unexpected circumstances,I became a resident of a senior residential living here at Augustine Landing. I never expected to live independently at my age. I am fortunate to have found the best place that affords me the things that makes me happy. I enjoy having my own apartment and being an active resident of my community, I have been appointed an ambassador to help new residents get acclimated to our community. I enjoy the many activities provide here which includes exercise classes, cooking,crafts,bingo,happy hour, excursions and much more. I enjoy the luxury of eating my meals in the dinning room and walking away to let someone also do the cleaning up. The staff here is great and we are in good hands which makes me very comfortable. I recommend this kind of living to other senior citizens specially this community.

Thank you, Augustine Landing! We moved our Aunt into Augustine Landing a little over a year ago and it was a life changer! Her quality of life has changed significantly since the move from another Independent Living space nearby. As a very social senior, we watched her grow from deteriated and depressed back to active and social Aunt we know and love. Special THANK YOU to the activities director, Ann G, who ensures all the residents have a voice, participate in a wide variety of activities, and enjoy their golden years with grace and respect.

I just want to tell you how much Linda loved her apartment and the friends she made there enriched her life in so many ways. So many and I surely don't know them all but Marion, Inga, Georgia and Karen were the ones I got to know the best over the almost 3 years :). A lot more faces I recognize but I'm not great at remembering names. She loved her porch and all her plants. I really think she had the best apartment there. It was her "home" and she deeply regretted not being able to return.

Beautiful, clean community with a lot of great people! I highly recommend this community because they care about all of their residents here and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great culinary team that makes homemade meals for the residents that is delicious and balanced. This is a must see!

My family highly recommends Augustine Landing. It has fabulous amenities, an amazing location close to shopping, St. John's River, and the Beaches. The entire staff is friendly, positive, and truly love their residents and families! It's like a cruise ship on land with everything included and where you can enjoy an active and vibrant lifestyle every day! This place gets worse all the time. The food is AWFUL. One Elevator. That the safety certificate expired on 8/1/22. Today is 5/8/24. When the elevator is out of order you are out of luck if you can't climb the one staircase they also have. It's supposed to be no smoking, but you smell smoke and ppl leave cigarette butts in the dryer. The list is too long to post here.

Facility is very clean. Professional yet it has a "homey" feel to it. The residents are very happy and comfortable there, you can tell by their demeanor and facial expressions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had posted earlier the bad and ugly of the Landings. Within a matter of 24 hours they stepped it up and met my demands and concerns. After i met with Denise Carroll, now i can see the good . I'm sure I'm not the only person watching the goings on there. Next month maybe well add a star.

Today is December 19th we had the most wonderful creative Christmas party I've ever seen in the last 3 years Lorena has again demonstrated her extremely talented ways of decorating in creating an atmosphere of fun love and appreciation of the holidays we had such a wonderful time the karaoke was outrageous again I sang three times and nobody left laugh out loud we had three wonderful singers Denise saying and David Darlene and they allowed me to have a trio with Darlene and David and again I just want to thank Lorena that was absolutely wonderful and afterwards sir General Manager Karen and Marines dressed up as else is gorgeous as they are again I just really want to thank Lorena the most creative spunky fresh breath of the and again just want to thank

This place Is truly wonderful When I toured this place with some family, you can truly see how much love they put in to make this place feel like home. If I could give activities more than 5 stars I would. The residents are always doing something between outings, celebrations, performances, and more! My parents have been living at Augustine Landing for a couple of months. We've had the chance to get into the flow of things, so I wanted to leave a review. They are loving it! As their son, it had brought me and my family great peace of mind to have living in such a caring facility. The director, Karyn, I can't say enough wonderful things... she is very attentive to needs and concerns as they arise... she always remains positive and helpful. The activities director, Lorena, is incredible!! Tons of energy and creative activities. Always a smile on her face and goes above and beyond regularly. Housekeeping is very good as is the dining room food. Check it out when looking for an independent living facility.

Went here to visit my grandparents. They really seem like they were quite happy and very pleased with this community. Everyone was very nice, and there were lots of different activities for them to do throughout the week. I'm truely happy my grandparents found somewhere they can call home.

We toured Augustine Landing for our mom. From the first conversations by phone our questions were answered. There was no quick sales close measures thrown at us, only compassion and understanding for the very large decision we had to make. On tour day we walked in and we were greeted by staff and residents asking if we needed help and/or if there was something they could do for us. Valentin Delbar, Sales Director, was our tour guide and we received a very detailed tour and explanation of services/ activities available to our mom. The grounds and facility were exceptionally clean. My husband said, the public restroom was so clean you could eat off the floor. The residents were all smiles, laughing and chatty; everyone seemed to get along like one big family, it was evident they all care about each others wellbeing. Also, the interactions between the the staff and residents seemed very genuine, friendly and helpful. Based on our initial experience this far, we are excited for our mom to call Augustine Landing her new home, meeting new friends and making new memories!

A great place to live. The staff treats everyone with respect. Facility is always clean. If there is a problem, maintenance is right on it. Meals are well prepared and tasty. Many activities from which to choose. Lorena is always active with the residents. Management is pro-active in any issue. Always an "open door policy".

As I was leaving Augustine landing , met Dave Engler a volunteer resident and Lorena (Activity Director) Very nice people . They set up an outdoor tent to feed the neighborhood ! Great community outreach , KUDOS to Augustine Landing !!

My mother is in a different senior facility down the street. I have been to Augustine Landing two or three times over the years trying to get my mother to move there. I find it to be clean the people that work there or responsive to your needs and the cost is equivalent or less than what my mother's paying. The problem there you're dealing with a senior that doesn't want to move and change your environment. But I'll still try and I recommend Augustine Landing.

The food they're serving is not what we we're told our loved one would be getting. They cannot keep a cook and if you complain they blame it on corporate. Don't put your loved one here.

Augustine Landing is a senior facility that is a normal living facility and turns into assisted living! we have had a friend that lives there now for two years moved here from Connecticut to this facility in Florida. Yes it was tired and old and now it is being renovated , everything is going to be clean and fresh and new and they’re making huge improvements all I can say is this is wonderful for all the residents. In spite of what others may know or have heard people are very happy at this senior and assisted living building , and they are able to make friends with one another and enjoy life!!! It’s one of the most inexpensive but quality places for what it offers in the whole state of Florida! BRAVO & KEEP IT GOING, The seniors deserve the best care they can get for for what they have The ability to to give! They do offer fun trips , & have a bus that Will take them grocery shopping or other shopping into the bank. Some places don’t even have this!! signed .. Helpful friends!

I attended the Christmas party they host for their residence to visit with my Grandparents. It was a lovely party in the dining room. They had live entertainment and every resident received a nice gift from the staff. There was a buffet for guests as well as table service for the residents, everyone had a wonderful time. I visited with my Grandparents in their condo afterwards, it's compact with a Kitchenette, living room, bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The dining room, hallways and other community spaces were all well lit and nicely appointed. Everything was clean and well maintained. They have a Veteran's wall where pictures of the residents who served are hung, showing each in their uniform. The residents and staff seem to have a great reputation with each other and the Christmas party was wonderful.
