We have serious love for the Brookdale Crown Point staff! Serious thanks to Markedia, Marcie, Sally and Erica for making our Aunt's transition to Memory Care so full of peace, comfort and promise for her future. Within a week of our Aunt's move, they had her out on a pizza party outing! Since she is typically a very solitary person, this was a miraculous occurrence. The facility is clean, the people are patient and caring and clearly love the residents. Myrna is an incredible chef who has our normally picky eater cleaning her plate at meals. Beverly even creates a personalized "Life Story" shadow box outside each resident's room, sharing precious details of their lives and families. This is a special touch that proves how much the residents here are respected and loved. Brookdale Crown Point has already been such a special gift to this resident's family. Huge thanks to all your Memory Care Heroes at BCP!

If you are desiring a home in which there is a higher ratio of staff members to your loved one and where they are treated with respect and compassion, Brookdale is worth checking out! The staff is responsive and truly cares for the residents. They have caregivers that have worked there for a long time and that is hard to find these days. Let me also say that the facility is lovely and offers both indoor and outdoor experiences making it like home to the residents.

My mother-in-law has been there since November and we can tell a big difference from where she lived previously. She is happy, eats well, and talks more. The staff is great and available when we call. Marcie has sent us pictures and Rob was very helpful when we had to change out some furniture.

I have been their photographer for almost a year now. Every time, I see them, they treat their elderly with such kindness and care. They like to partner with Wish of a Lifetime to grant a wish for their guests, whenever possible. Mrs. Beverly is a blessing to talk with. I can see her compassion for them.

I have placed 2 residents at this facility over 4 years. They received the utmost care and compassion from the entire staff! I can not thank the staff enough for the gentle care that the residents received. They consider what they do as ministry, not a job! I also believe that the facility, from the director on down, is a wonderful model for other dementia and Alzheimers facilities!

The staff and management of Brookdale Crown Point are FANTASTIC!!! They are caring and attentive and have very special servant hearts to be able to take care of this very special needs group of residents. Alzheimers and Dementia is difficult on every caregiver, but Crown Point treats each of their residents like family. THANK YOU for everything you do!
