Our experience with Deeper View has been amazing. When looking for a caregiver/homemaker for my mom with Dementia, I chose Deeper View because it was a smaller company and I hoped they would provide personalized service. They did not disappoint. Josephine carefully matched a caregiver to fit my mom’s needs, and we couldn’t be happier. My mom’s caregiver is sweet, attentive, compassionate and empathetic. Work with you on your time frames, always available to talk. Care has been excellent and follow ups are frequent. They keep eye on smallest details and make sure that they keep you well informed on any situations. Pricing is very reasonable.

I have been with them for about 6 or 7 months now. I have n aide that is exceptional & have had 2 subs. They are all great, very polite, efficient & trustworthy. Any of my meetings & Dealings with Josephine in the office or personal at my home have been pleasant & impressive. I am completely satisfied with Thier service & highly recommend them to anyone. I had another agency prior so I am aware of what is out there & I would not recommend the previous agency at all.

From the time I had my initial meeting to their start date, everyone has gone above and beyond to support me and my family’s needs. They are caring and knowledgeable people whose goal is to provide the very best care and support. Our aide has become Part of our family and meshes so well with taking care of my brothers needs.My go to person, Josephine, was able to put together a plan to support the family and always has our best interest in mind.She too has become a huge part of our family. I highly recommend the services of this company. When you get in touch, you will speak to Josephine, who is a kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and very organized individual. Immediately attentive to your needs, no matter the circumstances, she will analyze your situation and provide a part time or full time companion to lovingly care for your family member. Physical ( feeding, bathing, light housework), practical (shopping, doctor appointments) and moral support (listening, encouragement, validation of mental stresses of the patient and the family members) are provided seamlessly. This group made it possible for a woman in her later 90s with dementia to remain in her home throughout her declining years. This client had been a well educated, independent and capable person. One of the biggest challenges which one faces in life is recognizing its nearing end and adjusting to it. In these many ways, the Deeper View Homemakers are ready and very able to assist the client, family and friends.
