I highly recommend Whispering Oaks board and care. The moment one walks into the facility it feels more like home. The caregivers take pride in their work!! In these times it is so difficult to find people who truly care about your loved one. They provided the best of care for my mother until her end of life. Our family is blessed to have found this board and care for our mother. Thank you!!

My husband has moved into Whispering Oaks. It's very nice; it's like a home. My husband feels like he is staying in a friend's house. They take very good care of him. The two staff members are very good. The only thing is that the food is not good.

A Place For Mom
When we were looking around, we looked at two of these residential care homes, and some larger facilities. We felt like the residential care homes just looked dark, and were night and day from what we chose. There was nothing in particular wrong, I just didn't care for the look of it.

I really liked it there. I loved the caregivers, Susan and Mel, they are really really wonderful. I thought it was a great place. The only thing, financially there were some issues and my brother didn't like the owner. I don't know, I really liked her! They are Filipino and cooked Filipino food, which my mother loved.
