This review is specifically for the gentleman that helped me and my family out throughout the entire process of getting into this place. Nothing but very excellent A class 6star work from Farid. He made the entire process to apply very enjoyable and gave nothing but useful information. I didnt feel misguided or confused throughout the entire process, and even after seeing that approval letter go through I still felt like I had a consultant to go to for any additional questions. If I could I would refer him to anyone I know that is looking for a new place to move into. Well done, thank you Farid ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a lovely place, with staff who really care about each resident. It's not a "Shee Shee la la" brand new house facility, but an older, quaint home that IS clean. You can tell that immediately when you enter. It does NOT smell like a rest home AT ALL.The general vibe of the residents and home is altogether a positive one. The hospice residents are also clean and cared for no matter how difficult the individual situations might be. Good humor, heathy food, kind & astute staff. A full stock of clean bedding and linens are always on hand& changed daily.

They took great care of my father. Just like family. Relaxing environment, personalized care, and thorough treatment. Convenient location, educated staff, and global menus. Extra appreciated the mix of indoor and outdoor space, private rooms, as well as home-like setting.

We are very happy with the care from this nice community. The staff are always nice and very helpful. The commuinty is clean but the comunity use some small improvements. The meals are very good. There are alot people here and they do not have activities. The communnity is caring and we would recommend the value and care for families.

The staff was very friendly and all seemed to really like their jobs at the Cross Creek Cottage. We liked that the business was run well, but still very cordial. We especially liked the park-like atmosphere of the grounds. The main foyer had a lovely receiving area, reminiscent of a quaint country home. The communal areas all had interesting activities occurring, from reading to games and resident interactions. Events and outings scheduled include anything you can imagine from restaurants, to art museums, the library, which aunt particularly enjoys, to local films and crafts, fine dining and theater. The also host monthly birthday parties for residents at the facility which they encourage friends and family to attend. The living suites were all a nice size and did not seem cramped. They were also beautifully decorated. We could see that our aunt would be comfortable in any one of them. Each unit had individually controlled temperatures. The dining areas have many options. From more intimate to communal dining, residents can choose whatever they like. The food choices looked nutritious and delicious, as well as the regular snacks offered continually. This is a lovely place for seniors to live, with caring and attentive staff. All of the residents needs appear to be met easily and efficiently, in a friendly and caring manner. It was clear that the residents enjoy living here.
