Every time I went to go visit my uncle Jose he always spoke very highly of the staff he really loved Orlenna and every time I spoke with Brandy (RCC) with any concerns that I may had she always was polite and respectful with concern for her patients. Thank you to all the staff at Brookdale Trail Ridge for your help it was greatly appreciated. I recommend this facility to anyone that would want their loved ones in this type of settings. Reply

I'm extremely happy with the care my father is receiving at Brookdale Trail Ridge. The staff is caring, informative and very accommodating. The facility is clean and comfortable. My heart is overfilled with joy any time I see photos of my father on Facebook engaging in various activities. I am comforted each day knowing my father is happy and safe in his new home.

I feel that I have truly found the perfect place for our family member suffering with Dementia, the Memory Care location is ideal for our needs being only 10 minutes from our home. The Staff from, Management to all the Nurses and Care Takers, seem to all be on the same page in the concern and care of our family member. From day one he has been able to make the transition from home to full care away in the most positive manner. The home has activities that attract his attention and they have also encouraged him to share with the others as a poker teacher. This encouragement is not always found and is appreciated. They provide interesting places along the hallways to investigate and to simply sit and enjoy. The facility is very clean and is well kept. Exercise is encouraged and is provided on the "chock full calendar " put out by the "Program Coordinator".

My uncle was at this facility and the staff was very accomodating. Its always clean and the activities they do are fun and engaging. It has a homey feel which I really like, unlike some other facilities Ive seen.

I went to visit my grandfather, hes only been there for 2 days and I was a mess, just emotional. But I must say that he couldnt be any place better for him. The staff was perfect and even considerate of my tears and its so nice and clean. Thank you so much to all the staff, you are amazing!
