Still waiting. It's been 4 months trying to get a proper bi-pap machine for my husband's CENTRAL sleep apnea, and it's only a replacement of what he has used for many years. We will likely DIE from lack of sleep if we continue here! The phone system doesn't work. You can wait and wait. If you opt to have them call you back, the return call is not a person and then the call disconnects before you can speak. After using a certain bi-pap machine for over ten years, very successfully with AHI at 1.7, our machine needs replacement. My husband is trying to get it replaced with the same model machine. He talks and talks to them, sits on hold, waits for call-back, doesn't get results or proper sleep, neither of us do, week after week. Since we are now on Medicare they gave him a new sleep study last November. Then they gave him a machine that is far less effective than his old one. Readings on it have been 10-22 AHI. Month after month. They adjust and adjust and tinker and the readings stay high apparently because it's the wrong machine. Now they say they THINK they can get the machine he wants...... ETA? who knows.
