It was time! We had rehabbed our house so we could stay in it for the rest of our lives BUT we got too old to appreciate it. And I knew it. Thus we investigated Clearwater as the next step and were pleasantly surprised! The entry is like a luxury hotel and it got better as we went along. There are many interesting areas to explore. All the staff are great and outstanding - friendly, funny, interested in each resident and easy to talk to. Lisa and Kathleen (activity directors) are great planners for our outings and we cover many different activities each month. Laughing is a constant! Residents are friendly and interesting as they tell of their activities during their lives. Clearwater has become my home and I am content with not having all the responsibilities I had when we were in or house.

I've been an entertainer at Clearwater Pinnacle Peak for many years, and this is an amazing community on so many levels. The care residents receive is 2nd to none. The staff and caregivers are wonderful and full of care and compassion. Lots of activities, crafts, games, movies...and, of course, me entertaining on the piano.

It is a place that you can meander from one beautiful spot to the next while enjoying the fun and creative activities. I love knowing that this safe environment and empowering staff takes pride and priority in caring for its residents. It’s also a place that welcomes new residents so that their transition feels like home. Whether it’s the events held at Clearwater or ones scheduled around town, the residents stay active and happy. The ability to add care services to the independent living while remaining in the same apartment is key. When something unexpected needs addressed, the extra care is immediate and personal. I cannot speak highly enough about Clearwater Pinnacle Peak. It’s like living in a 5 star resort with all the amenities to make your stay eventful and memorable. It’s a great place to make home.

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak is the absolute best. The care my in-laws receive is outstanding. The concierge team is always so welcoming and kind and extremely helpful!!!! Jill and Yesenia (sales) are very professional and really care about their clients, residents and their colleagues. I did look at several other facilities and you will hear often it is all about the care provided I never truly knew what this mean’t until my in-laws moved in and NOW I KNOW!!!! It is vital and Clearwater Pinnacle Peak knows how to do this. Kim, the Director of the care team, is a leader with 30 years of experience.. Her team, Jason, Brianna, and ALL the caregivers are so kind and really care about their residents. Andrea / Nurse incredible! I am in awe of them all as this is not an easy field to work in. I am so thankful and appreciative of everyone.

From the very beginning, Yesenia in sales made the entire process smooth and reassuring. She was patient, compassionate, and completely transparent, which brought us so much peace during a difficult transition. The caregivers are remarkable ” they treat my father with genuine kindness and always respect his dignity. Nathan, who oversees the community, is consistently warm, understanding, and attentive. It’s clear that the team truly understands my father’s condition and provides care tailored to his needs. My dad is always clean, well-groomed, and looked after. The community offers a wide range of activities for different interests, yet they are mindful of his personal preferences and never pressure him. He also enjoys plenty of food options and receives treats several times a day, which he loves. We are deeply grateful for the level of care, compassion, and respect shown to my father. The food is great with lots of variety and of high quality although they have a limited amount of gluten free selections. The weeks fly by because of all the programs they offer. We are over the moon! Imagine an Assisted Living Community who actually delivers on their sales promises and on the paid Care Plan services. Imagine a nurse who actually walks the floors and knows the residents and their needs, wants and likes. One who leads by example. Imagine a Care Plan format that actually describes the person as well as their specific care needs. Imagine Activities that seniors actually want to participate in and a dedicated group of caregivers who will help get them to their chosen activities on time. Well, we don’t have to imagine anymore as we found all of this, and more at Clearwater Pinnacle. We were forced to pull K from a bad situation in another community where she was not receiving the needed and expensive care paid for. It was a nerve-racking and scary experience. Clearwater, Pinnacle jumped in to help us move her at the speed of light. Thank you Yesenia and Jill! They quickly mobilized forces to on-board her and to develop a plan of care to meet her needs. Kim, Briana and Jason have been incredible. They set the bar on what care should look like. Their caregivers give from the heart, and it shows. Lisa, the Activity Director plans activities for all levels “ from mild dementia to high-functioning. This doesn’t always happen... She has an inclusive, can-do approach. K said “ It’s nice to know there is a life beyond Bingo. There is generally an adjustment period at a new community. We expected one. But instead, after one day, K said can I just stay here?. She loves her new home! We simply could not be happier or more impressed. Kari, well-done! They say a picture is worth a thousand words - Here she is, enjoying a beautiful Mother’s Day Brunch at 91 years old.

I’m a physical therapist who specifically treats older adults and I’ve been to so many ILF/ALF facilities and this place stands above the rest! The amount of unique activities and outings is amazing, the food quality, the exceptional care from the caregivers, and up to the corporate staff who keep this place runningabsolutely OUTSTANDING! If I were to choose to live in a community, this would be at the top. I recommend you take a tour and see if for yourself!

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak has been wonderful for my dad. From our first interactions with the very caring Julia Cilley, Sales Director to all of their staff. They have been extremely professional, kind and compassionate from helping my dad feel comfortable in his beautiful new home to consistently going the extra mile. My dad has high expectations, especially with respect to his culinary experience and they have continued to exceed his (and my families expectations). They genuinely care about each of their residents. The last time I had lunch with him he said it was the best grilled cheese he’s ever had. Nicole Southey, the Executive Director is personally and directly involved in all aspects of the total experience for the resident, their family, and seems extremely involved with her staff. I would recommend this place to anyone who Is looking for a place to call home.

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak was an OUTSTANDING place for my 96 year old Dad to transition from living 100% independently to series of higher levels of support as they were required while living in his same apartment at Clearwater Pinnacle Peak. Not that you Need it cause the food at Clearwater Pinnacle Peak is amazing! The community is gorgeous and always squeaky clean, however what really sets Clearwater Pinnacle Peak apart is the staff! ontop of being so helpful, smart and responsive they plan really fun outings for the residents, based on the residents ideas/desires! Wow! What a place! I literally feel so grateful that Livgen Pinnacle Peak exists. I was looking for a place for my parents that reminded me of a high-end Cruise boat. Doesn't look like an assisted living facility at all. Looks like a resort with dining that is set up like restaurants rather than cafeteria which is what I saw at almost all the other places. Gorgeous swimming pool and lounge area. A stunning tea room for high tea! The list just goes on and on. Massage, nails, it is really like your loved ones are on an extended vacation. On top of this, it is in the best location where they can walk or scoot to starbucks, an amazing Italian restaurant, grocery stores and everything else that's in the shopping center in which LivGen is located. Lastly, the staff and management is phenomenal. New management came in earlier last year and it has been an amazing experience. You can tell the staff is happy to work there and everyone is very communicative. I feel like they are an extension of our family. My father is in assisted living and my mom is in memory care. the memory care is so beautiful, the staff is so wonderful, and they just treat everyone with the utmost dignity and respect which is so important. I'm literally so grateful.
