We are so happy we found Belmont Village for my Mom. She loves it there! The whole staff is so friendly and helpful. They keep the facility and her room immaculate. They rush to her room whenever she needs help. And their food is great too!

My Mom has been at Belmont Village for several months and our experience has been phenomenal. The staff from the nurses to administration is incredible and very friendly/accommodating. From the first day my Mom got there she has experienced nothing but kindness, love, and respect. The nurses everyday are so nice to her, the food is great, and the place is beautiful. Ask to speak with Jacque and Sue. They are both incredible and beyond kind. They both make Belmont immediately feel like home. The culture here is special, and family centered. We did our initial visit with Sue M. She is great. Very inviting, sweet, high level communicator, and knowledgeable. From the moment we met her we realized this was the place we wanted to be. She explained beautifully all the aspects and advantages of Belmont. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for assisted living.

The level of care they received on a daily basis was caring and compassionate. My Father spent the last 10 months of his life at Belmont Village in Scottsdale AZ. He was almost 95 years of age when I moved him from another assisted living community as he needed additional attention. Moving a parent and introducing them to a new environment is always traumatic - but even more so when they are 95- but from our first interview at Belmont Village I knew I was at the right facility. Our initial contact demonstrated a level of warmth, compassion and can do attitude that permeated my fathers entire stay at Belmont. When I didnt know where to go with a question, how to evaluate and re- evaluate my fathers changing needs, there was always a team at Belmont that had my back- with compassion, patience and concern.As a parent reaches these later stages in life , their needs are ever- changing -and in this COVID environment when it is difficult to be on premises, I always felt I had eyes looking at my fathers dynamic situation.The staff was attentive and willing to try different approaches to determine what was best for my father- as there is no perfect blueprint. The staff suggested different therapies- trial and error to see what worked best- always treating my father with the utmost respect and dignity. When my Dad went through a stretch of hallucinations when he believed he was hearing people and noises in his room that clearly did not exist, the Executive Director - the head person in charge of the facility- found the time to sit with my father and assure he would look into a situation that we all knew did not exist.Toward the end, Belmont worked with me to provide my father with basically around the clock- one on one- attention- assuring my father was never alone during his waking hours. Ultimately they coordinated Hospice coming on to the scene without my father ever needing to leave his room at Belmont- always concerned for his safety and comfort....and as my father passed in the comfort of his room and familiar surroundings at Belmont he was truly surrounded by his new found family- one that adopted him as one of their own in such a relatively short time span- and one that will live in my heart with gratitude and affection forevermore.

After my mother had a stroke we had to quickly find her a new place to live, and I cant believe how lucky we were to find Belmont Village.EVERYONE from the general manager to caregivers, and waitstaff, and even the receptionist always went out of their way to ensure my mom felt at home. The food is great but the people are better.The call from Debbie, the nurse who called to tell me that my mom had passed was absolutly one friend calling another. Debbie often would call me just to tell me something my mom did that day that she enjoyed and just wanted me to know. Due to COVID we werent with my mom in the end but Debbie was.We count it as a blessing that we found Belomont. This is even more evident during the pandemic. The management team and staff have navigated the changes necessary to assure the safety and happiness of the residents with skill and grace, creatively maximizing all opportunities to assure residents do not feel isolated from family and friends under these extraordinary circumstances. Communication updates regarding changing visitation and social distancing protocols as the pandemic evolves have been frequent and clear. I could not be more pleased.

My Dad and I loved Belmont. From the moment we visited Belmont everyone was so wonderful. The Pals (caregivers), kitchen staff, nurses, concierges, maintenance to all the administrators, all showed how much they really care. For over 4 years my dad was taken care of with love. Belmont is small enough that you get to know everyone, yet they have all the benefits and amenities to keep you busy. I knew when I wasnt there he was in the best hands. I cant thank them enough for all that they have done for my dad and me. I have and will recommend Belmont to everyone.

Toured many facilities, since this one offered 24 hr nurse care where others did not, made it clear which one to select and a great choice it was. Plus the food is excellent. Belmont is exceeding our expectations with the care being given to our father. He had a bad fall and has needed a very high level of care over the last month as he rehabs his injuries. The Physical Therapists, nurses and other staff have really stepped up and helped him in so many ways. Hes now on his way to recovery. I recommend Belmont for anyone desiring assisted living all the way to skilled nursing care. It doesnt get better than this. Bravo!

When my Mom first moved to assisted living it was an overwhelming task for me to find the best place having had no experience with aging issues. She moved to a facility that was well below expectations. Fast forward to her next move to BEMONT VILLAGE. The difference is startling! Everyone from maintenance to nursing and Pals as well as management exude a loving and positive message to the residents as well as each other. My Mom required a higher level of care than some facilities offered and we found it at Belmont. They care for my Mom in a most caring and loving way. In retrospect I would look for a residence that offers a great environment and activities for my Mom when she was social and active as well as the care necessary as she ages. I have found that at Belmont Village and I would recommend it to anyone who asks.

I transferred my Mom to Belmont Village from another local assisted living facility about a year ago and it was one of the best decisions that weve ever made. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and communicates extremely well between each other and with our family (We havent experienced this at any other community). The facility is also extremely clean and I found the food to be exceptional. It hasnt been easy finding the right assisted living community for my Mom, but my family is happy that we found this place as it has surpassed all expectations.

I placed my mom at Belmont as it is new, fresh, well appointed and led by competent administration that goes the extra mile to make your loved one feel at home and part of this lovely community. The daily activities were high quality and engaging which creates a purposeful live for all residents. Food was better than expected and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. I have been searching for a place for my mom and found Belmont Village to be extremely helpful & compassionate. They went out of their way to answer all my questions & concerns about moving my mom from TN to AZ...especially during this time of the pandemic. Sue the Community Relations Mgr has been fantastic always answering, returning my calls & responding to emails in a very timely manner....even on her days off. Our family is now considering moving my mom to the Belmont Village in TN and Susan has facilitated the connection between her location and the one in Memphis. I am very grateful for their high standards of customer service. This is a difficult decision but I am certain Belmont Village is the right place for my mom.

I was in contact with belmont for about a week or so with the office manager, Sue. She was super helpful and kind! I got all the paperwork signed and the deposit check sent in for my mom to become a resident when I noticed suddenly my mom start to decline rapidly. I had to abruptly cancel my check and pull the application for my mom. Sue and the team were super understanding and very comforting. I ended up losing my mom 3 days later.m so grateful that in such a stressful, sad time, I could rely on the Belmont team to be there for me, even when my mom wasnt even a resident yetThank you again for caring so much.

When we lost my mom, my dad was lost. They lived in an independent senior complex, but it quickly became evident that he would need a good deal more help. When we found Belmont Village, he was instantly in favor of the move and we never regretted our decision. As a matter of fact, my out-of-state siblings used to text me BDE (best decision ever) after almost every phone call to him!The staff at Belmont is extremely caring in addition to being very proficient at what each one does. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed - by the concierge, the dining room staff, the PALS, the medical staff, maintenance workers, administrative staff, etc., etc. etc. Like the bar in Cheers, everyone knows your name and greets you warmly, stopping to chat even when you know they are busy. And that applied to me as well, not just my dad. No one was ever too busy to stop and answer my questions or ask how everything was.My dad made some great friends at Belmont Village. The residents are encouraged to get out of their rooms and socialize and most of them do it with joy. Meal times were very popular especially since the food is excellent. But what is truly exceptional is the way that the dining room staff learns the residents preferences, anticipating requests even before they are made! Not at all institutional. When my dad got sick and I was bringing his meals up to his room, I simply asked what does he usually like for breakfast? and it was prepared as he liked it.Activities at Belmont are varied and offer a myriad of choices. Since I am local and was a frequent visitor, many times I would get a call from my dad telling me not to come at a certain time or call because he would be busy at one thing or another. The activities director does an excellent job of planning interesting activities that also have other benefits, like establishing a Belmont choir group with a choir director skilled in breathing exercises and therapeutic practices.When my dad was nearing the end of his life and needed more help, it was a great comfort to know that he was in great hands and being well taken care of when I could not be there. The staff worked hand in hand with hospice to improve his quality of life right up until the day he died.I credit the move to Belmont with giving me a great last year with my dad. I believe that the peace and happiness he found there along with the assistance he was getting allowed me to just visit and be his daughter instead of his housekeeper or caregiver. And that is priceless. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I placed my mother at Belmont Village Scottsdale. After being in the hospital and rehab, she was no longer able to live on her own. Belmont was clean, new and nicely furnished. The staff and caregivers were professional, kind and welcoming. They did everything possible to accommodate my mothers arrival in just a few days. They were always cheerful and went out of their way to welcome my mother. The nurses were responsive to her needs and medications and always communicated with me. The food is great and my mother enjoyed the other residents. It is a warm, friendly community that I highly recommend.
