Our mom and dad both live at Atria, and our family could not be happier with the decision we made. They have adjusted so well, made many wonderful friends, and truly enjoy being part of such a warm and welcoming community. One of the things we appreciate most is the incredible variety of activities and events. There is always something fun and engaging happening, whether it's social gatherings, fitness classes, games, live entertainment, or special themed events. The activities team does an amazing job creating opportunities for residents to stay active, connected, and excited about each day. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. Knowing our parents are happy and well cared for gives us peace of mind. We highly recommend Atria to anyone looking for a caring, vibrant senior living community.

He has adjusted incredibly well, made so many new friends, and truly enjoys being part of the community. One thing we have really appreciated is how well all of the events and activities are put together. My dad is always sending me pictures of everything going on, and recently I had the chance to attend their Chef Showdown, which was a fun cook-off between the two chefs. It honestly felt like dinner and a show for both the residents and families, and it was such a great experience to be part of. The staff genuinely cares, and it shows in the way they support the residents. We have so much peace of mind knowing that my dad is well cared for.

The facility is beautiful and has everything you could ever want or need. My mom requires a bit of assistance and this place is perfect. The size of the apartments, the amenities offered, and the level of care provided is excellent! Every single staff member we have met has been kind and accommodating. But the best thing about it is Rosy. From the first time we walked in to take a tour, she has been amazing. She truly cares about the residents and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. She goes above and beyond what a typical sales person would. Honestly, she is the reason we chose Atria. We toured other assisted living residences and they did not have the same warmth or welcoming feeling that we found at Atria. Residents stopped to say hello to Rosy as we toured and we could tell how much they loved her. That was not the case elsewhere. Atria is as special as it is because of her (and the rest of the team there.) I have complete faith that we made the right decision when we chose Atria. If you’re just starting to look for a community, start here. And ask to tour with Rosy and you’ll understand what community means.

Mom moved in about 2 months ago and is thriving and so happy!. She's met so many new friends and the socialization (meals, activities, etc.) has made her "younger" than she was living alone. We toured several other places and Atria "won" handsdown - it is homey community. Others may be "fancier" but didn't have the warm atmosphere of Atria. Staff is wonderful - kind, patient, attentive. Moving to Atria was the absolute best decision for our beloved mother. Thank you for making her feel welcome, safe, and happy.

I have toured over seven different senior living communities while searching for the right place for my aunt. It’s been a long journey, and finding a safe and welcoming environment was my top priority. From the moment we walked into Atria , I immediately felt that homey, comforting atmosphere I had been looking for. The residents were happy and engaged, and the sales staff were truly amazing and compassionate you can tell they genuinely care about the people who live there. During our tour, several residents and team members stopped to greet us with smiles, which spoke volumes about the community’s warmth. We even met the maintenance director, who was both funny and caring ” it felt like everyone there was part of one big family. We also stayed for a meal, and the dining experience was incredible. The food was delicious, and the servers were friendly and attentive, serving with genuine smiles. After all the places we’ve seen, Atria stood out above the rest. We’ve officially signed the contract, and my aunt will be moving in at the beginning of the month. It’s such a relief knowing she’ll be in a place where she feels safe, cared for, and truly at home.

Recommended. Updated; Today I moved my Mom out of Atria. I had to relocate for work and want her near me. She was here for over two years and I don’t know where to start. This place is fantastic! We moved my 85 year-old Mother-in-law into Artia Park of Sierra Pointe a few months ago because she was no longer capable of living on her own. We had a very good experience from the very beginning, starting with Yvette Corvette, the salesperson. Yvette gave us a wonderful tour and showed us several apartment options for my Mother-in law to choose from. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and comforting to us. The finance person, Joan, explained all the costs involved in detail as she made sure we understood the various levels of care Atria provided. The apartment that my Mother-in-law decided on was well appointed with new carpeting. Her furniture went well with the neutral paint and carpeting colors. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating as we moved my Mother-in law into her apartment. The staff members are very compassionate and caring as they tend to her needs. They are as follows: Martha Alle, Sonia Andrade, Cherry Christine Feller, Dorothy Forte, Elena Garcia Padilla, Carla Hernandez, Mary Kimotho, Shaelin Maxwell, Kelvin’s Mburu, Guadalupe Mendez- Manjivar, Sonia Miramorites, Irina Motenko, Joy Ngabire and Edwin Perez. We are very grateful these lovely people take such good care of my Mother-in-law. My Mother-in-law is pleased with the variety of foods served in the dining room. She is very happy there is a Salon down the hall where she is able to have her hair done once a week. She seems to be making friends and is enjoying playing Bingo. We highly recommend Atria of Sierra Pointe to anyone looking for an assisted-living community for their loved one.

The location is great and in walking distance to two shopping plazas with all the basics you need. The community offers many opportunities to gather with others. Areyda F. was very helpful when we were making our decision and even when we moved in. She has been patient answering our questions and fulfilling our many requests. I am a part-time private helper/light caregiver, and over the past nine months I have spent a lot of time at Atria-Sierra Pointe. I find the staff (administration, nursing team/caregivers, building maintenance, and dining room crew) to be very caring and professional. The person I regularly assist there recently had a serious health issue. During her three week recovery I saw that the Atria caregivers were especially attentive and willing to go "the extra mile" to make sure this resident was safe, comfortable, and that her needs were truly being met. I would certainly recommend Atria at Sierra Pointe Senior Living Community to my own family and friends.

I rarely take the time to write reviews. I am compelled to write this review to share with those facing challenging issues of life's journey with aging parents. I researched several places and toured Atria Park several times, both with and without my parents. I asked my daughter and my best friend to tour as well. Transitioning my folks from their own home to a SAFE community that could and would provide quality and compassionate services as their care needs escalate was of utmost importance. I worked closely with Areyda during this extremely challenging time which has been further complicated by the Covid pandemic we are all facing. In a few simple words, I would define Areyda as our guardian angel. Her genuine caring and compassion, her relentless focus on providing detailed information, options, etc, and her willingness and uncanny gift of finding a way to make this transition seamless and stress-free is and was beyond amazing. As my folks are now adjusting to their new place, Areyda and the rest of the staff have welcomed them with open and loving arms, checking on them often, ensuring that they are obtaining the sense of community that is so desperately important at this time in their lives. With a mindset of safety first, getting the community vaccinated this month, and the abundant creativity they have shown to keep the sense of community during this pandemic is outstanding. When I ask my folks how they are doing and how they like their new home, they always respond by saying how kind and wonderful each and every staff member is to them. I look forward to the days when Covid will be in the past and they can experience even more of all that this senior living community offers. A heartfelt thanks to Areyda and all of the staff from our family.

My mom moved to Atria a couple of weeks ago amidst the chaos of the corona virus. The staff, especially Aryeda Felix was instrumental in organizing everything so that the move from Massachusetts would be seamless and efficient. Move in was a breeze, with Marcus there to orchestrate the details from their end. My mom has now been living here for a few weeks and she feels at home and welcome. The apartment itself is the perfect size for a single person. She has one bedroom and a den. The food is tasty, with no complaints so far. She especially likes it when she goes to the dining room. She thinks the other residents are friendly and welcoming, and she is especially grateful to the staff that has done their utmost to make the transition a successful one. I would highly recommend Atria Park of Sierra Pointe. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Atria Park of Sierra Point is an amazing place to live and I'm so happy that my parents live there! Prior to Coronavirus the care my parents received was great. Since Coronavirus began, the care my parents have received is beyond my highest expectation! The leadership was extremely prepared for this unprecedented situation and immediately implemented proactive, safety-minded changes to protect the residents and staff. All staff member have accepted new responsibilities to enhance community life including twice daily temperature checks, bringing three creative and tasty meals a day to residents apartments, collecting daily trash, bringing snacks and drinks twice a day, bringing family deliveries to residents apartments, plus offering some of the most creative, informative and fun daily activity sheets to keep residents intellectually and creatively motivated ... and the Atria staff does it all with genuine kindness and a warm, friendly smile! In addition to all this, the Atria staff goes above and beyond every afternoon by bringing fun, interactive activities directly to the residents door, offering socially distanced games to make residents smile, as well as offering educational activities on health and relaxation techniques to promote the importance of self care and all around wellness. And as an added bonus, with all the kindness and attention showered upon them throughout the day, my parents never feel isolated! To the entire staff at Atria Park of Sierra Point, thank you so much for the incredible work you do!! You all have a huge positive impact on the residents and families of those whose lives you touch!

We'd been thrilled to find this location for my elderly dad when we moved him from Florida to be closer to us. He had a large and well appointed apartment in independent living, the meals and staff we great. Aside from some interventions for an aging person exhibiting early signs of dementia that would be expected from a staff trained to deal with such issues, the staff - particularly management - was generally very considerate and open to communication. However, over the past two to three years, we have seen a tremendous turn over in key positions as well as a decline in number of care givers on staff at least in the assisted living area to where we moved Dad a few years ago. The food quality took a definite downturn, the upkeep of the grounds also seemed to suffer - when I'd take my father outside to sit I'd have to clean the table and chairs due to what appeared to be neglect of routine upkeep. Items for which we used to be able to contact maintenance, we were told they were no longer handling. Medical oversight also presented some opportunities for improvement - once potentially resulting in delayed hospitalization and subsequently my observation of a strong topical medication being applied to the incorrect area. Improved communication with providers would likely be a benefit to staff and residents alike. But most of all, the annual rate increases were astronomical, recently with no room for negotiating a better rate for a long term resident on an obviously fixed income who would have great difficulty meeting a 10% monthly increase. Especially in light of the observed changes, there was simply no justification to remain and be subject to ongoing hikes. It's not easy to transition an older person to a new home, but sadly Atria left us -and from what we saw and heard, others - with no feasible alternative. I remain uncertain as to management's long term goals but providing reasonable care in all aspects including financial, sadly did not meet ours.

The staff is very nice and qualified. The management has been ignoring on going problems. The food is fair the selection could be larger and, there seems to be a shortage of staff at times. One of the main problems is the lack of parking. Family, care givers, and other visitors have had notes left on their car threatening to have the car towed. People park in the fire lane because there isn’t anywhere else to park. We were told to park by the grocery store which is too far for many to walk especially in the heat or dark.

I pick my grandmother up here all the time. I've eaten here. It's great. Old people just complain way too much. They have nothing else to do. This is a fantastic location and great facility!
