Reviews The Auberge at Scottsdale
August 2023
Went by to look at as a possible place for a family member. Never went in. Grounds are totally unkept. Dead trees and bushes , back of facility and road is littered with old furniture and tree droppings. Concern if this is refective of their resident’s care.

I love the Auberge at Scottsdale, and as a senior placement specialist, I know when I place residents there, that they are in a great place. The management is spot on and the food and activities are excellent.

The Auberge of Scottadale is a beautiful and wonderful place for your love ones. They have plenty of activities for the residents and staff that are very responsive to meet the resident needs. Christina and Amy are very pleasant to work with. They are passionate in what they do and most importantly they work great together, which is very important when running an assisted living. I work with a few of their residents and every family members are so please by the staffs there.

My father has lived at the Auberge Scottsdale for about 3 months now. I was extremely nervous allowing someone else to care for him, he's my DAD so it was hard for me. However, the care he receives is better than I had even imagined. I am finally relaxed enough to enjoy life again knowing he is comfortable, content and happy there. Please, if you need a memory care facility for your parents or other loved one, choose the Auberge Scottsdale. It truly is the best you could ask for.

I have been working there for over two months as a maintenance Director. It is a beautiful property with a very attentive and amazing staff. The food is outstanding. It’s a very comforting property and the nursing staff truly takes great care of the residence. I am a very proud employee.

Both parents are here with Dementia. I’ve found the staff very accommodating and professional. I’d stay here when my day comes! The care providers care! Mother is incontinent the staff stays on top of this. She isn’t left sitting in soiled cloths as she was at place in Fountain Hills. The room is kept clean and Mom is bathed regularly. Both enjoy the different activities daily and are allowed to maintain a more supervised day. It’s not a large institutional type facility where the staff faces change weekly. It’s important that Dementia residents feel comfortable in their environment and I believe my parents do. I can stop in any time any day and visit.

My husband stayed at Auberge at Scottsdale on 2 occasions and did very well. The staff is well trained, attentive and friendly and engaged with him. Many activities and programs for every skill level are offered. Personal food and drink preferences are considered. The facility is beautiful and well maintained.

Dan and his team are top notch and care for their residents like family. As an Elder Law Attorney in the region I never hesitate to refer my own clients to Auberge at Scottsdale.

I cannot say enough good things about this community. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure each resident is treated with dignity and respect. They pay attention to detail unlike any community I have come across. I recommend this community for both beginning stages of dementia or the highest level of care. They truly personalize care for each person as well as their families.

My husband has been here for the last five months full time and had been in respite care when the name was Silverado Memory Care. The staff and caregiver are very knowledgeable and caring, but it is the activities that make this a special place. The music is the main entertainment and is what brings our love ones back to us. They sing and dance everyday and we as family members and friends can join them as we have in the past. We want our love ones to feel safe and enjoy their time with us. We are welcomed in this great community.

From the moment you walk in the door at Auberge at Scottsdale, you feel at home. Everything from the dogs that greet you upon entering to the residents dancing to live music will bring a smile to your face and warmth to your heart. As an Eldercare Agent, I am in this community often. I ALWAYS look forward to visiting because I know I will see residents out of their rooms and engaging in a variety of activities. They are happy and can freely roam the community, visit with other residents, family or staff members or even enjoy the beautiful sunshine in the courtyard. It is evident that the residents feel loved, respected and safe. Auberge at Scottsdale has a resident to staff member ratio that is unheard of in this industry. Having an abundance of staff allows them to cater to the needs of so many and provide experiences for residents and their families like no other memory care out there. I love being a part of the Auberge at Scottsdale family.

My mother, my hero, lived her final six months in the excellent care of the loving staff at The Auberge at Scottsdale. The exceptionally high level of care that she received while there was equally met by the heartfelt and genuine empathy that each member of the Auberge team displayed. My mother was not a resident who met her Alzheimers Disease with passivity and each and every day her caregivers displayed pure love, patience and compassion for her and for every resident. They are my heroes now, too.

Auberge at Scottsdale is one of my favorite memory care communities in Arizona because the staff is very attentive to their residents needs and is always very professional. At Auberge the resident comes first! I am impressed at the activities and social functions this community hosts for their residents and families. When I visit I can see that the residents do enjoy the interaction and support from the staff as well as the families that visit. It is a caring, positive environment.

This IS the BEST Place in Arizona. No need to look elsewhere! This review is coming from a Registered Nursing Professor! They have been around the block for years! They used to be called Silverado but they kept everything the same or even better! There staff is Implicable! There staff remains the same for years! The have real Nurses that give out the medications! Not med techs! The Nurses are there 24 hours a day! There caregivers are the Best. The Director Dan is always available to listen! My mom LOVES it there!Great care, Doctor onsite, great communication and most of all Lots of LOVE.

As a Nurse in the healthcare industry, I am impressed by the care and concern this facility offers their residents. I have been in and out of the facility previously as a home health wound care nurse in the past. The staff is very friendly with their residents, knows the care needs of each individual and follows their care plans diligently. Its difficult to find a facility that is beautiful and clean but also caring, compassionate and genuine in the care needs of the people residing in it. The Auberge offers all these wonderful things in their awesome community. Elizabeth Smith RN

The name has changed however; the wonderful people, programs, activities, and fun events remain the same! The Auberge remains a loving, caring community and I highly recommend them. It has always been a place that feels like home and I have seen the kindness of the staff as they care about each individual. There are cutting edge programs to enhance and enrich the lives of the residents and nothing is spared to ensure residents feel a part of the community family. It is something you have to experience and see for yourself. Thank you to all at The Auberge for the hard work, devotion and genuine care for residents and their family members.
