I am Power of Attorney for a friend who has been a resident at The Inn for about a year....transitioning from Independent to Assisted to Memory Care. The entire Freedom Plaza team (from Independent to Assisted to Memory Care) works as a team; are exceptional partners in providing individualized, safe, enriching care. They truly get to know each resident and their loved ones as individuals; plan together; and promptly respond to questions and/or suggestions. Prior to my friend moving into Freedom Plaza/The Inn, I invested about 300 hours visiting/exploring 12 Life Plan communities in the NW Valley and finally chose Freedom Plaza. What a wise decision!

My husband and I toured the memory care unit at Freedom Plaza in November of 2025. During this time there was an activity occurring called Miles for Minds, promoting brain health. We could not have been more impressed with the knowledge provided, organization and creativity of this event. It was truly outstanding! The staff went above and beyond, all we encountered were friendly and I was asked on numerous occasions if I needed assistance. My husband and I both agree that Freedom Plaza deserves 5+ stars, this is a place I can recommend with zero hesitation.

My mom has lived at The Inn Assisted Living for five years. The facility is lovely, the activities are stimulating, and the staff is outstanding. I live across the country and have to rely on the nursing staff and administrative people for a lot of information. They are truly amazing, responsive and extraordinarily caring. I truly believe that the highest compliment I can give is that I can sleep at night knowing that my mother is safe, happy and truly cared for.

I have never lost a moment of sleep worrying about my 90+ year old mom living at The Inn Assisted Living and Memory Support. She has all her faculties but just needs some assistance due to her age. She LOVES living there - they have so many activities to keep her mind and body sharp. She's in great hands and the staff is ALWAYS so welcoming to family visiting!

My parents have lived many years at Freedom PLAZA, and have experienced independent living, assisted living, and now memory care. My mom is now over 100 and doesn't miss an opportunity to tell me how blessed she feels to live there. She knows all the staff and they know her. There is very little staff turnover, and the management and caregivers are great. If we have any concerns, the family works together with the staff to resolve them. I WOULD recommend Freedom Plaza!

I have to give this place a 10/10!!! The staff is such a delight! They know everyone by name, including family! I am the caregiver for Raymond's wife, Darlene, and I must say that I LOVE it there! In November 2025, we received a tour of Freedom Plaza Care Center while attending a walk to bring awareness to the importance of brain health. We found the facility to be extremely clean and inviting, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The residents appeared to be well-cared for and happy to be there. If I had a family member in need of an assisted living facility, I would absolutely be looking at Freedom Plaza!

I attended the Miles for Minds event on November 18, 2025. The event was very well organized. We walked all around the facility and were given a bead for every lap. It was very cute and incentivized the exercise. It was great to mingle with the residents. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I would truly love living there when the time comes. 10/10 highly recommend!

Mom has received excellent care in the Assisted Living facility. Since her fall in early 2023 she had needed additional care and FP and their staff give her the best possible care! Mom is happy and more settled since being out of her home! Thank you for making her feel more at home and giving her lots of freedom to do so many activities!

My mother is currently a resident in the Inn's Memory Care (MC) wing, and was previously in the Assisted Living (AL) area for 2 yrs, and Independent Living across the street for 8 years. I'm happy to report that all of these Freedom Plaza locations and moves have been very good experiences for her and us. This review is focused primarily on Memory Care. We moved her to Asst Living during covid, Jan 2021. That was a big move (with downsizing from Independent) but it went well and she/we were happy in AL for a couple years. However, it was becoming clear she needed more care, both physically and cognitively. We were a little nervous that she wouldn't have the social contact she was used to in AL, but the reverse was true! She has thrived in the MC area, and the regular daily activities have been so good for her; live music therapy, chair exercises, movies, card games, etc. etc. About half of the residents participate in and look forward to them. There is a wide range of resident abilities, both physical and cognitive, and they encourage all to join in. The staff are friendly and kind, the food is good, and the management is involved and aware of what's happening. After 11 years of Freedom Plaza life I can say our family is well satisfied with this organization. It's a difficult business but they seem to be able to recruit good staff and keep things running smoothly. We kids (five of us) are glad our parents moved to a good place that had a full range of services long before they needed them, and they have needed all of them except the Care Center (so far).

My parents lived independently at Freedom Plaza for 12 years, before my dad passed. Them my mom lived another 3 progressing from Independent care to assisted living to memory care. They always spoke very highly of living there and were happy with their decision. My siblings and I were pleased with their quality of living and care at every level. The staff treated my parents with love, as they would treat their own parents. The staff at Freedom Plaza has developed a culture that I have not seen at other care centers. I never fully understood the value of a life care facility until watching my parents enjoy their 80's and 90's with less stress and more activity. Thank you - everyone at Freedom Plaza for all you have been to my parents and family over the past 15 years. Bless you.

I have been a respite resident in the Inn for nearly four weeks. Can't say enough about the quality of care from nursing staff, activities staff, support staff and health care aides. The multi cultural team provides competent, caring and compassionate care. The food offered in the dining room is nutritious institutional food prepared for a wide range of palates.

I am the POA, friend, & family member to a resident at The Inn since January 2018. I am also a RN, certified case manager, and nursing leader knowledgeable of various elder-facilities. I am thrilled with this facility. The staff are attentive, supportive, loving, and accountable to ensure superb quality care is provided 24/7 to my resident and to all the residents. Safety, kindness, and communication is of utmost importance and demonstrated by all. The facility is CLEAN, food is good, and the administrative leaders and support caregivers personally know each resident and round on them daily inquiring about care and happiness with services. I could not be more pleased and appreciative of this facility's expertise to meet the needs of the resident and family!
