I can not speak highly enough about this place! I come everyday to be with my nana and am beyond impressed with the level of care, respect and activities they have. Mark the activities director is phenomenal and I believe has prolonged her life. She has brain cancer and still finds enjoyment through all the fun and entertainment provided due to his enthusiasm and genuine care for the residents. The nurses are amazing, admin staff are all caring and wonderful and the facility is clean and very beautiful with walking paths, a large garden and plenty of activity areas. I highly recommend!

I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with the Auberge at Peoria. My mother has been a resident for over seven years, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care and support she receives. Having lived in the Phoenix area for over 40 years, my mom wanted to remain in the climate she loves, and Auberge has provided her with a wonderful home. As a long-distance family representative, it is crucial for me to know that my mom is in good hands. I have been incredibly impressed with the staff at Auberge. The caregivers, activity directors, and even the onsite doctor are all friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring individuals. One of the aspects my mom particularly enjoys is the variety of outdoor activities offered when the weather is appropriate. The beautiful and safe courtyard provides a lovely setting for activities and fresh air. Additionally, the art and craft activities, live music, and monthly themed parties add a vibrant atmosphere to the community. The staff's playful persona only enhances the overall experience. The challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic affected everyone, but the staff at Auberge found innovative ways to keep long distance families connected. Regular "Zoom" video calls and care plan meetings allowed me to stay updated and address any concerns I had. The staff responds promptly and addresses any issues effectively. Being from out of town, I appreciate the convenient west valley location of Auberge. It is close to the airport, hotels, and local hospitals, ensuring my mom's accessibility to necessary services. The Auberge staff has become an integral part of our family. Knowing that my mom is in their capable hands brings me peace of mind and helps me sleep better at night. If you are looking for a place that truly feels like home for your loved one, I highly recommend taking a tour of Auberge at Peoria.

Management changes are frequent. Staff is great When key staff members leave, it just happens. There's no method of notifying family. There have been about 3-4 Facility staff manager changes in the past 2 yrs. Rate increases are typically handled the same. Rate increase with about 30 days of notification. This facility is currently missing the mark on many fundamental levels. When you commit to a facility your commitment is for the duration. You cannot uproot loved ones overnight for many reasons. The most important of which is that your loved ones become comfortable and feel safe with familiar faces and people. Auberge as it seems to be operating purely based on its P&L. Profit loss. Care providers are great they are kind and genuinely care about the residents. Staff is accommodating and very professional.

LOVED this place and Stacey and her Staff were amazing!!! They are fun/caring and love to do monthly activities. Unfortunately My friend passed after only a few months but I would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing a memory care facility for a family member. They are also pet friendly which was extremely important for my friend. He was eventually adopted by another resident who had no family/friends so it was a win/win in my mind. Highly Recommend this facility 🙂

The Auberge at Peoria is the best Memory Care in the area, far better than most I have seen. The residents are able to walk the building and grounds without strict schedules and restrictions. They are able to bring their pets with them to help them feel more secure. No locking them in their rooms. Excellent supervision for their safety. Stacey’s management of this facility has enhanced all of its outstanding features. The Chef is excellent, the people providing care there are friendly. It will be my first choice if the need arises with my family members.

As a professional in the senior living industry, I am very familiar with all of the communities in our area. The wonderful staff at The Auberge at Peoria are very resident, family, and pet friendly. The care is wonderful, and judging by the smiles on the residents faces it is obvious that they lead very purposeful day-to-day lives. From their top-notch culinary offerings to there engaging activities program you and your family will be very impressed. If you are looking for Alzheimers or dementia care in the West Valley of Phoenix, I would absolutely not leave the Auberge at Peoria off of your list. Everyones time is valuable but a tour of this community is time well spent.

I have been working with the residents at The Auberge in Peoria for over a year and see them every week. We paint together every Thursday afternoon and I look forward to seeing my group of painters who have become my friends over this time. We laugh, make art and talk about our experiences- the residents share freely about their lives and we have a fun time together. The staff that run the activities is always excited to host fun events and the caregivers really know each resident and treat them with respect and kindness. It is clear that the Auberge really cares for and takes each resident in to consideration while making plans for activities, events and daily living routines.

We moved Mom into The Auberge at Peoria on March 1, 2019. Memory Care was not something we had ever envisioned but unfortunately it became necessary just before her 97th birthday. Our family never thought wed find a place that would satisfy us but when we walked in, we knew. There was no question that we had found what we hoped for. The surroundings are perfect. The dining room is very nice and guests are welcome to join a meal. There are many comfortable places to sit and relax. The residents are dressed rather than sitting around in robes and slippers. The ladies can have their makeup and hair done everyday. There is an activity schedule for various levels of ability nearly all day long. Some residents have pets and they have community pets as well! ABOVE all else, the staff is what TRULY sets The Auberge at Peoria ahead of any place else. We, the families, are welcome anytime and included at any level of participation. There is always someone to support us and help through this frightening time. The residence is immaculate...always! Each resident is cared for on their personal level and no need is overlooked. I know with every ounce of my being that the staff appreciates my Mother just like I do. I know we made the perfect choice and my mind is at ease knowing Mom is very well cared for.

Our mother has been at this facility for 2 weeks now and were impressed by many things. Sandra (director) is an excellent communicator and is incredibly accommodating. In general, the staff have been very welcoming while encouraging our mother to participate in activities - weve even gotten pictures and a weekly summary from Chrissy (activity director). The caregivers are so kind and our mother speaks very highly of them. The front desk (Taylor and Teresa) have also been helpful through this difficult transition. We can easily endorse this facility.
