My Mom has lived both independent living Merrill Gardens and assisted living in Garden House with her kitty, W.D. The Facility is beautiful and all Staff wonderful! Now in the Garden House She has more activities and attention to keep her happy and satisfied as we know that is very important as we age. The Staff in Garden House are so helpful and really connect and care about the residents that live there and great to work with. Thank you all for all you do!

Merrill Gardens is a beautiful facility.... impeccably clean, well appointed, with lovely resident apartments / studios. The staff are caring, well-trained and compassionate and make the residents feel at home. My mother lives at Merrill Gardens in an apartment that I visit frequently. They offer wonderful dinning for their residents - inside at the " restaurant like" dining room, or dining events/BBQs out on the patio's overlooking the pool. My mom is in a safe and caring environment. I highly recommend Merrill Gardens to care for your loved ones. Absolutely the Best! Katherine

I had the pleasure of volunteering for Merrill Gardens at Anthem over New Years Eve this year (2022). The chefs and kitchen provided a 5 course meal to the residents, and the Activities Director scheduled live music from a local artist and games for the residents to participate in. It was a treat to celebrate with the residents and to see how much thought and effort was put in to one of their holiday celebrations! I would happily come to volunteer at Merrill Gardens again, and would recommend this to my family when the time comes.

Merrill Gardens - Anthem has an exceptional level of service which has exceeded my expectations from the quality of housekeeping, maintenance, activities, nursingcaregivers, and the front office staff. Its amazing that all of the employees are able to carry out their duties as well as have a loving and caring attitude towards the residents. This is the BEST senior living Ive ever encountered.

This is a wonderful, new, modern facility. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, from the chef, to the housekeepers, to management. My company provides in-home care for seniors and we have referred clients to this community and have previous clients who are now residents. We wouldnt recommend it if it wasnt the highest quality. Ive even had unsolicited, positive feedback on the food, and I can attest from luncheon experience there that its accurate. Ive told many people that if independent or assisted living become the right choice for me, this is where I want to live.

Merrill Gardens is a wonderful place. My father was a resident there for just over a year and we truly loved everything about this place. Every single person that interacted with my dad was amazing. I would highly recommend Merrill Gardens to anyone looking for a safe, respectable, safe, friendly home for their family members. The quality of the care staff is excellent. They are very caring and take personal interest in the residents. The facility had some issues, but is very nice and well appointed. The problems arise with Management. The Garden House Memory Care Unit is understaffed, and despite the promise of additional staff it has not materialized in the last 4 months, at least on a consistent basis. The care givers do there best to attend to the residents needs and keep them active, but given the varying degrees of dimension it is difficult for only two people. The facility has lost some good care givers and is losing good residents due to these Management issues. It should be noted, that I am not a Yelp or on-line review type of person. We have brought our concerns to Management directly with mixed results. This review is a direct response to the Your Opinion Matters post card that was included with our October bill.

The staff and accommodations at Merrill Gardens are top notch. We recently moved my father in, who was reluctant from the start. He since said he LOVES it there! He particularly loves the food, staff and rooms. Very impressive! A special thanks to Krista and Martha who keep everything running so smoothly.
