My parents moved to Independent Living in 2017 when the facility was new. The facilities are well maintained and Kathy the manager is great to work with as is all the other staff. We moved my dad into assisted living in 2025 and his care has been excellent. I can't say enough good things about The Enclave at Anthem. We have had a top notch experience going on 9 years .

We were looking for an assisted living for my husband primarily and for myself also and we LPstopped in to check out the facility. Monica came out to help us and was extremely gracious and accommodating. We were very impressed with the facility and the staff but Monica made the decision a lot easier for us!! She is very professional and made us feel at home with her warmth and caring spirit. The Enclave at Anthem is now our home and Monica was instrumental in making that a reality.

My mom lived at the Enclave for 3 years prior to her passing. She received excellent medical care through the nurses and medical techs there. When she needed hospice care, she was able to get it within her assisted living apartment and did not have to move to a separate location. She made many friends while there and enjoyed socializing. The per month cost is very reasonable compared to other assisted living places. And the Enclave allows for multiple levels of care to accommodate the needs of the resident.

My mother made the transition from Assisted Living to Memory Care at the Enclave in Anthem remarkably seamless due to the caring, patience and attentiveness of the staff. Staff made sure my mom was engaged in activities in Memory Care and encouraged her to participate in all activities, but more importantly, the activities she found pleasure in doing before her dementia was to the degree it is now. They helped us coordinate with hospice to take care of equipment she may need, medications that might work better for her, and nurses and aides who check on her a few times every week, etc. The staff in Memory Care is amazing. My mom is at a high fall risk so the staff makes sure they keep plenty of eyes on her so that she doesn't fall, they help her make phone calls so my siblings can talk with her on a regular basis, picks her up to take her for her meals, plays games with her and does just about anything else that makes her life more secure. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Kristina, the manager of Memory Care. When my mom first moved into Memory Care she seemed so lost and frightened. Kristina took the time to try to make her feel at home, to do crafts with her, to make sure she ate snacks and interacted with other residents and most importantly, to make her feel safe. Kristina is truly a godsend as is the rest of the staff. Thank you Enclave for taking such good care of our precious mother!

The activities in the Memory Care are varied and engaging and there is always something for the residents to do. It is like living at a Marriott! Staff is caring... the activities are nicely inclusive and the chef is really nice, however his hands are tied with what he can do/serve. Really could us some improvement when it comes to variety and quality of meat. They are doing the best they can with regard to CoronaVirus and the limitations it caused. Lots of trips, Happy Hours, outings, etc.. and a really comfortable 1 bedroom with a balcony. Truly feel Mom and Dad are in the BEST place for them. Memory care is a separate wing with a locked/safe area and it's own dining area and activities. Dad can go visit whenever he wants.. and even take her out if she is up for it. So grateful to have found this place over a year ago.

I had the recent pleasure of showing this community to a couple that had just moved here from California. As a senior referral specialist I have many communities to show families looking for senior living options. Monica lead our tour and she made sure to point out the smoking deals going on right now, very competitive pricing! The couple thought it was all lovely and well appointed with all the finer things a senior living community should offer. After the completion of the tour, much to our surprise, the chef brought an array of delectable bites for us to try. Totally unexpected, but what a nice touch. It's the little things like that which stay in people's minds long after the tour. Well done, Enclave!!

In particular, a lovely young woman named Amanda Miles who works in housekeeping, was a huge help to my clients. She really went above and beyond in terms of customer service to make them happy. We have been in quarantine mode here at the Enclave for several weeks now. We couldn’t have asked for better care. Our folks here are always thinking of ways to provide us with fun activities and extra treats. As weeks have past, we keep thinking that surely this will all go away! It seems it will be with us for awhile! Summer is moving on, and it is almost time for school to start. Educators are wringing their hands to decide what the best approach is for a new year! We are glad those decisions are left to the younger generations! Here at the Enclave, I am sure our folks will keep up the great work of trying new activities and ideas to keep us occupied and as happy as possible. Early in 2020 my wife and I decided it was time to consider moving into an independent senior living community. We are both relatively healthy but realize we are entering the winter of our lives and home maintenance is becoming more difficult. As a result, we began looking into senior living communities. We visited a number of them within an hour or two of our current home. And yes, we found our winter destination at the Enclave at Anthem located in Anthem, AZ. The Enclave impressed us in so many ways. As we entered the lobby there was an intrinsical feeling of honest warmth. We were met by Enclave's Sales Director, Monica Netzel , who was amazing in so many ways. We felt we immediately established an honest relationship with Monica. She is special in so many ways. Warm, caring, funny and dynamic is what we experienced dealing with her. We loved the community, the apartments, the dining room, the activities, the Friday Happy Hour with entertainment, and the entire staff. We engaged with some residents whom we immediately connected with. The warmth derived from the entire complex was great. We are scheduled to move in on August 1, 2020 and cannot wait to get there.

I want to give a shout out to all the staff at The Enclave in Anthem, Arizona. They are working tirelessly to insure the safety and well being of all the residents with kindness and grace. The Enclave is a beautiful place and they have been nothing but kind and welcoming to my mom. I would also like to sing the praises of Dan Carter who has been especially welcoming to my mom and worked with her and my sister to find just the right apartment for her. Dan always has a smile on his face and even remembers my name when I visit from Illinois. I wish him the best as he has been promoted to a position in St. Louis. Not only are all of the admin the best at The Enclave, the front desk are always cheerful and happy, the dining room crew remember what my mom enjoys, and the tech/work crews attends to her needs in her apartment within a day. Thank you, Enclave, for making this easier for us.

I recently placed my father here 10/1/19. He came from another memory facility where he was often sad and very limited. My father has been so happy here at the Enclave at Anthem. I met with Staff Monica Netzzel who gave me a wonderful tour and explained the memory program to me. She was very sweet and kind. I later met with the nurse LeAndrew Stewart He was amazing and very kind. My fathers quickly made a connection with him because they both played basketball. Overall, I’m so happy that I made the decision to move my fathers to this facility. It’s much closer to my home and my father is very happy and so am I!

My parents and I have toured The Enclave at Anthem a few months ago and found it to be a fantastic option for them. We were shocked how many of their residents passed by us during our tour and gave us great reviews. The facility seems like a pretty active place. We met the activity director who gave us a run down of what goes on everyday. We were also impressed by the apartments. They were a good size and a much better layout than some of the other places we have checked out. We did not eat, but did glance at their menu which seemed to have lots of options. Overall we are very impressed with The Enclave and when my parents are ready to move this will definitely be a good option for them.

Finding the right place for an aging parent to live during their golden years is a challenging task, but the staff at the Enclave did a tremendous job of familiarizing me with the Anthem community. The facility has a pleasant atmosphere, engaging residents, and many planned activities. Monica was tremendously patient and enjoyable to work with, taking the time to answer all of my questions and providing me with two insightful tours of numerous apartment layouts and amenities. Enclave is a definite must see on your list of senior living communities.

Several weeks ago, I moved my mother into the Enclave at Anthem. The entire process from the beginning to the end was incredibly positive, very smooth and stress-free. I was made to feel at home and secure in knowing that my mom would be in a safe and caring facility. The professionalism of the Management Team that I met was impressive and comforting from the Director of Sales, Business, Wellness, Assisted Living and the Executive Director. As someone who lives in New York City I needed to walk away knowing that level of care that my mom required would be met 24/7 and from knowledgeable and caring staff. I spent part of 4 days visiting with my mom in her apartment before I left and witnessed firsthand the ongoing care provided by the support staff, be it the various caregivers to the housekeeping staff…. they were all kind and made my mom feel special and welcomed. BTW, the facility is absolutely beautiful, the activities look to be fun and plentiful and the menu looked as it could be from a 5 star restaurant from NYC.

This premier independent, assisted & memory care senior living center has demonstrated to me that this is the number one choice for your loved one in need of a personalized, professional residence. I’ve seen several senior care centers in the Phoenix metropolitan area &, by far, The Enclave is certainly above the rest. I struggled with the difficult decision of how to provide for my demented father who needed 24-hour supervision in a convenient, competent & loving environment. I was thrilled to find the extremely caring & experienced staff at this facility to be exactly what I wanted for my dad & what turned out to be a God-sent for him as well. The professional staff includes certified nurses to dispense all medications & support techs to attend to any convalescent seniors in need. As a resident of Memory Care, he has an extensive mind-stimulating program that includes numerous games, art, pool billiards, thought provoking activities & more. I’ve never seen him so happily occupied throughout the day & finally gaining weight while enjoying the delicious cuisine. In short, I highly recommend this 5-star senior facility & suggest anyone considering either independent or assisted-living for themselves or a loved-one, make an appointment at The Enclave for your personally guided tour. I guarantee, you’ll be impressed as well.

My parents moved in here about a month ago. This place is beautiful! These people have thought of every little detail and know how to do this right. Everything is so nice, food is excellent (kudos to the chef) so many things to do and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Anyone considering should at least take a look. Just talking to these people and meeting all the friendly residents would put anyone's mind at ease. My only two small requests for them is to get that bistro going, and have a few more snacks, fruit or something around in the afternoon for them. Thanks doing this so well, you took a big load off my plate.

My parents live at the Enclave and our experience has been excellent. From the director to the maintenance staff, everyone is attentive to the residents, and the residents like each other! It is beautifully furnished, there is so much to do, and the food is always delicious..great chef.
