The care I received at Sante of Mesa was exceptional. the staff was exceptional, kind, compassionate and very caring. people to recognize in food service are Kerry, Estafon, and Emily. They seem to remember my favorite foods and always took care of me. The CNA staff to be recognized is Melissa, who seemed to read my mind. In addition to Melissa are Kimmy and Addy. Next I want to recognize the nursing staff. Sunny and Jenve. I got outstanding nursing care. Everyone in every department did an outstanding job. I was well taken care of and all staff seemed to really care.

First let me start off by saying we've been to 2 other skilled nursing facilities this year and this is by far the best my Dad has been in! Pretty much all staff we interacted with were amazing and patient, especially with my dad and his dementia. He was not the easiest patient by any means, but everyone was kind and good to him! I would like to say a special thank you to Helen, Catalina & especially Marlon who is a saint! I can't express enough gratitude towards Marlon! One of the kindest humans we've ever met! The dining room staff was always helpful and kind and made each experience great! The facility itself was always clean and never had any smells like other facilities we've been to. Unfortunately my only negative experience was discharge. There was a lot of confusion due to lack of communication between office staff and family. Cassandra was not a pleasant person to deal with and seems to have a hard time having a professional conversation. I do understand people have bad days and stressful jobs, however being told that if we left earlier than they wanted, I was then threatened with no medications to be provided nor any home/health care. Fortunately, this did get straightened out and we were able to leave with the Dr's clearance, home health care and medications. Having said all that, the facility, CNA's and nurses were top notch and we would highly recommend Sante Mesa to everyone!

My wife Sandi has only been in here for two days but the nurses and staff has been great. She also loves the food . Okay, now that's it's been over two weeks, I'll still give Sante of Mesa five stars. Can't say enough of the nurses and staff. The dining room servers and food is great

The Sante staff made my overall experience great and made my recovery a whole lot easier from the phenomenal food to the amazing nurses and cnas cleaning staff But most of all I would like to thank Blair for going out of his way to come to my room and asking how I'm doing everyday to getting me activtys to allowing me to vent to him when I felt overwhelmed. But most importantly for Bring me back to my confident self again I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great comfortable place to recover!

My 86-year-old mother entered the Sante of Mesa Skilled Nursing Facility for rehabilitation for a fractured pelvis. At first, my mother's stay got off to an unpleasant start but as I advocated for my mother the situation began to improve. All it needed was communication between myself on behalf of my mother and the staff of Sante of Mesa. My mother was there for twenty days and I was with her daily to see her care and therapy sessions through. My mother's stay served its purpose which was to regain her strength and to start walking with the help of a walker. The staff are incredible they include all therapists involved with my mother's therapy sessions, the care manager (Angie), the RGA (Rhianna), the nurse (May), the CNA (Marco), and the scheduler (Connie). Last but not least, the cafeteria/kitchen staff were great, mom was fed 3x a day. I would highly recommend Sante of Mesa to anyone who needs short-term care rehabilitation for their loved ones. Thank you Sante of Mesa.

My mom was here after she broke both knees in a fall. She was completely unable to care for herself and in a lot of pain. My husband and I were there every day to check on her care. First of all, nothing worked in her room so they moved her to another room, but that was after a couple of days residing in a room without comforts. She was happy with her new room, but she went the whole time without a shower or bed bath, even though she consistently expressed her need for one. When she needed something, she'd put the "help" light on and wait. And she'd wait. And she'd wait some more. It could take 45 minutes or longer for someone to come because they are grossly understaffed. The staff seemed to care about the patients and they worked very hard, but there weren't enough of them to adequately care for the patients. My mom was in pain, but there was only one med nurse who didn't want to return to a room she had already visited during her rounds. So, my mom would stay in pain. After about 4 weeks, my mom finally gathered her things one Sunday and asked if I'd come pick her up. We did. We absconded with my mom and took her home, leaving the wheelchair in the parking lot. The staff get 5++ stars for the back breaking work they do. They are just understaffed and need more support. She loved the food as well, so 5 stars for that. However, the overall experience was very negative. She could have laid unshowered, ignored and in pain at home.

I can't say enough great thing about Sante of Mesa. Connie and her staff did exceptional job taking care of my Mom Rafila Lopez. Entire staff provided World Class Service. Every encounter from doctors, staff, cooks, physical Therapist, cleaning crew were exceptional, very friendly and went above and beyond. My mother felt safe, comfortable and was well taken care of. Lopez family thanks you all for taking exceptional care of our Mother and treating her and us like family. I highly recommend Sante of Mesa.

I am very pleased with the therapy staff at Sante of Mesa. When I arrived here at Sante it was following a hip revision and several major operations following a serious infection in my hip. I was unable to walk at all and had to be moved with a hoiyier lift. My head pysical therapist was Cody. He planned out my treatment plan designed to get me moving again. He and his co workers Cisco and Ariana successfully carried out this plan and as a result I am once again able to get around and now able to go home. I also had a very good team of of Occupational therapist head by Lori and assisted by Curtis, Steve, and Julie in helping me get back my ability to do day to day living task. For all of this help by both teams I am very grateful and would highly recommend this therapy department.

I (Mary Jo Sering) had a very good experience at sante of mesa, especially with the wonderful CNA's like Rhi, Elle, Adrian, Jaszmin and Apricia. The were kind, very helpful, good listeners and skillfully helped me during a difficult time. They were good motivators during my PT and OCC visits. Nurses Norma, Cindy and Lee were caring and efficient. I was so lucky to have Jen, Khan and Steve as my physical and occ therapists. They were amazing; I learned so much and left the facility feeling stronger and safe going home. Thank you everyone!

We had the privilege of working with Oz Gudino in coordinating a bed at Sante of Mesa. He went above and beyond our expectations to meet our needs. The staff was so helpful, understanding, and kind and would help us a great deal. The cleanliness was what I was most impressed with. Raymod was an aide that was also helped us a great deal. I would recommend this place to anyone. The therapy dept. helped me get back on my feet and back home.
