My 80 plus year old parents chose independent living at Copper Springs in June 2023. The staff recommended a reputable mover who was wonderful. The staff at Copper Springs made Mom & Dad feel welcome day one. They are friendly, caring, respectful, attentive & helpful. My folks enjoy the resort style living at Copper Springs. The events coordinator is kind & inclusive. She goes above & beyond to make people feel included & comfortable for games, outings & crafts. Housekeeping & Maintenance workers are respectful & professional. They do a great job & are available. The kitchen staff work hard to be attentive & helpful. The exceptional Chef provides a wide selection of good foods, especially seen at Sunday brunch & special events. Breakfast eggs are special order everyday. The facility is clean has pleasent music, quiet library, large billard room, craft room for painting & other projects. My folks are blessed to live at Copper Springs. I visit frequently & am happy they chose this delightful environment as home.

Unless this organization has finally gotten personnel who NOT only knows their job(s) but can and actually will do their jobs this is not a place you would want your loved living in. Incompetence runs rampant here and is encouraged by those. (unless they changed personnel) in positions to run this place (I knew of 7 managers (teams) before leaving. Due to Covid and everything being in lockdown they were able to get away with a lot of things. Do not trust these people with your loved one.

This is such a beautiful community. Shawn Irwin is amazing with running the community and showing endless love to residents, staff and guest. I experienced hosting an event here and Shawn went above and beyond for me:) he even offered to have my home care information for the residents. Great place and delicious food! You wont be disappointed!

Was an ideal retirement facility for my wife and I. We regretted having to leave for personal reasons, meanwhile I highly recommend Copper Springs Retirement Resort as an ideal and great independent living residence to retire to. RLC please build such a place in our current location.

We are in an apartment for now while the workers finish Copper Springs. We are just two miles away so we drive by at least two times a week to see the progress. This going to be a big move for us. After much back and forth conversation my wife and I could not find one reason not to make the move. No more cooking, cleaning and all the rest connected with owning a home. Just time to have fun and meet new people. As an artist I am looking forward to sharing creative ideas. We are told move in will be in Sept. We are counting the weeks to reach the point we can put our things in place and call Copper Springs our new home.5 stars
