Savanna House has created a caring environment that promotes senior health and independence. Conveniently located in Gilbert, we are close to hospitals and physicians. Residents have plenty of entertainment options nearby as well. There is also something to do for our members looking for something new to do.

The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. The staff is some of the best in Gilbert, they're always available to help with any level of services our residents need. We can assist with medical reminders to designing exercise programs and scheduling entertainment events. We designed the dining area at Savanna House to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Our specialty is customized menus that provide delicious, home cooked meals that meet the needs of all residents.

It's an okay facility. Some staff is friendly...like the kitchen staff. They have absolutely no activities during the weekends for the residents, which I find to be terrible, especially for the amount you pay.

My parents have been residents for 7 months now. They are really happy at Savanna House. The staff is awesome, the food choices are good. They have made a ton of friends. The best part are all the activities they can partake in. From bingo to music to rummikub, there seems to be something everyday. Knowing they are happy and well cared for makes it much easier to sleep at night.

About a year ago, I needed to find another assisted living community for my Mom and I am grateful every day that I found Savanna House in Gilbert Arizona! My Mom has lived in both Assisted Living and is now in Memory Care at Savanna House. This community is so special and unique. It doesnt feel like a large facility; it feels like my Mom lives in a neighborhood full of loving and caring people. They are truly angels on Earth. My Mom has special dietary needs that are very strict, and Savanna House has always accommodated her needs and the food is delicious as I have eaten there with Mom many times. The Activities Director, Kim, does an amazing job at keeping the residents engaged and happy with many, many activities and outings which are so important to my Mom. Amy, the Health Services Director, takes very special care with my Mom and her needs with dementia and chronic pain. Her staff of medical technicians are so loving and highly capable of attending to anything that arises and her daily needs. I am deeply grateful for how they take special care of my Mom. Dawn, the Executive Director, communicates with the friends and family of the residents on a frequent and consistent basis and is one of the nicest people Ive met. Its a big effort to run a large community like Savanna House and she does it with grace in my opinion. All the rest of the staff has this wonderful way of paying close attention to each resident and making them feel very loved and special, including me as my Moms caregiver! Moving a loved one to memory care is emotionally draining and a new process for me so I wanted to take a few minutes to express my gratitude to all the people at Savanna House from the bottom of my heart. Beautiful modern AL & MC facility. Modern amenities and great location close to the freeway, retail and shopping. Very clean inside and out. You can tell that community is well taken care of and well managed with pride of ownership evident throughout. Easy to reach from us-60.

The search is over! Savanna House is a beautiful community- such a warm and welcoming place. I am truly impressed with the staff- they are so kind and attentive. From the director right down to the housekeepers- it is a comfort to see how they interact with the residents and each other. The staff are always available to answer questions and find ways to make your loved one feel safe and happy. With so many places to choose from, I am so grateful we found Savanna House! Thank you!

State of the art technology and features are everywhere with this place. I love coming and seeing the residents because they are so well cared for and so happy here. The grounds are well-maintained and the apartments are a great size. Everyone here seems so happy and the staff is very pleasant. Theres lots of activities scheduled daily. It always smells so good and the entire facility is spotless!

The only reason I will not give Savanna House a five star review is because I believe no one is perfect. However, I have heard such great things about this property. I only wish my mom who has dementia lived closer because Savanna House would be the first place I would go. I personally know people that work there and when I hear how happy they are doing what they love, this community must be doing something right. I think the best thing anyone can do is go see for yourself. They are always open for a tour.Karen Ricotta, MC

My father lives in Memory Care and is doing so well. Excellent staff...the entire staff...friendly, welcoming, professional and compassionate. The caregivers interact, they keep residents engaged in different activities and outings. The building is bright and clean and the courtyard is beautiful. The residents are happy.

I am employed with Savanna house and as a recent graduate with my BSW, I must say my standards are pretty high. I am so proud to be an employee of this facility. You are always welcome to talk to Management and they love new ideas and encourage everyone be treated with dignity and respect.I would encourage anyone who is interested in an assisted living facility to tour this community. This way you are able to see that these negative reviews hold no merit. I will only work for someone who puts the residents first. What a beautiful facility!! We have been looking for a place for my father for quite some time. Our search is over. From the second that we walked in, the friendly staff was there to guide us. This place is impeccable and the decor is absolutely gorgeous. The food is excellent and the menu has something for everyone. I dont usually write reviews, but I couldnt ignore what a lovely experience we had while visiting the Savannah House.
