The owners carry a family mentality towards their staff and it shows in the overall culture. The residents are always prioritized and staff shown love and support to be the most successful staff for their residents. Even though the mental load can be overwhelming at times, the support received to promote success makes me want to contain perfect attendance and more.

There might be places that are bigger and fancier, but I can tell you one thing that they don’t have that we do… We have a Owner/Nurse/Director and Employees who ACTUALLY CARE for residents that live here. Where there focus is the residents where respect matters and where they treat others the way they want to be treated. There are a lot of places that say exactly what you want to hear and give you false hope. This place though is different they are people you can trust with your loved ones

My brother came to Heritage Lane in 2010 to live. His life beforehand was chaotic at best. Here, they provided him with consistency and round the clock care. Both his mental illness, and his physical ailments were treated together. This approach to patient care sees that each resident gets what they need at any given time. Behavior plans, medications if needed and positive reinforcements gave my brother support and the respect he deserved. Our family was always included in his staffings and encouraged our participation. His terminal illness required he have end of life support in a hospice facility, where he quietly passed away last month. I still feel as though Heritage Lane is part of our family and always will be. Thank you Heritage Lane.

You have a very nice facility. Very clean. The staff seems to really care about it's patients. I did notice one one employee who was rude and disrespectfull towards other staff members.. I have worked at Heritage Lane for the last two years and it has been two of my best years working anywhere. So leaving and going down a different career pathway was one of the hardest decisions. The residents at HL are not only amazing they are family, family that I love and protect as my own. Each and every single resident has their own uniqueness to them. I have grown into a better woman because of them. I have been taught to be a little kinder, love a little more, patience, to just laugh and be happy because tomorrow is not promised. Not only the residents, but the staff. The staff that has been there as long as I have or longer are seriously one of a kind. It takes some special, amazing people to work in a behavioral atmosphere and the ones who have been their I cant speak more highly of them. They truly care for the residents. My heart is filled when I hear residents telling staff I love you or having nicknames for caregivers Sylvia boom boom lol you just dont get that anywhere else. There has not been a day I woke up dreading to go to work or while at work counting down the hours, minutes to leave. Shout out to Reed because I also have never worked at a company where the owner has taken such great care of his employees and residents. If theres ever an issue he has always taken the time to listen and made me feel like I mattered and handled the situation like a boss and found a solution that works for the issue. Like for real he takes care of his employees... Christmas party, bonuses, randomly buying all the employees lunch, and during this pandemic has taken so much time to send out emails to families, employees, making sure the community is safe, clean and covid free. I personally couldnt imagine having to be in charge of all that and have to take all that negativity towards people who may not understand what hes doing or why hes doing it, but I get it and I would do the same thing for the ones I love. I could go on and on about how truly amazing HL residents and staff have been. Overall I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to work at Heritage Lane, my heart has an everlasting impression.

Ive been working in the Behavioral Health Long Term Care industry for 10 years and Heritage Lane has risen to the top. The behavioral and psychiatric oversight is excellent, amazing resident work program, and outstanding activities. The facility leadership hearts are in the right place and they not owned by a corporate giant. I would refer to Heritage Lane without hesitation.

Great facility with a caring staff. My sister was a resident at Heritage Lane for 8 years. The owner and staff treated her like family. They provided a caring environment and dealt with health and behavioral problems promptly. The family was kept informed through regularly scheduled family conferences and immediate communications if she had any trouble. The facility common areas, residents rooms and restrooms are clean and well kept. We were blessed that our sister had such a great environment for so many years.

I have a family member who is staying at heritage, they have been in other facilities before. But Heritage is by far the best one. They are on top of my brothers activities and are very concerned with his safety. While being there he has been able to do several activities where in the other places this was not an option. Some of the activities include going to a Diamond Backs game, going to the movies, taking them to Walmart each week. They also get to help choose what is on the menu. The staff is very friendly and cares about the needs of their residents. They have also been very helpful whenever I have a question or a concern. They respond to my e-mails and I feel like I can communicate better then any other place my brother has been.

I very much like Heritage Lane Behavioral Assisted Living. Their specialty is behavioral issues and the staff is wonderful. All the psychiatrists and psychologists are patient. Everybody seems to be very happy working there. They like coming to work and interacting with the residents. I cant say enough about this place. They work in a positive manner. They have different age groups there, and my brother is more comfortable there. All their rooms are private rooms.

The staff here are incredible. They are always willing to take time out of what theyre doing to help anyone in need, everything gets fixed right away if broken, and the patients are well taken care of. I definitely recommend!

I have a family member who had to stay at heritage and they had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and educated on the needs of the residents. The facility was very clean and food choices met the standards of the people staying there.

I have worked and visited many Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Behavioral Health settings. I have yet to see an Assisted Living that offers its residents what Heritage Lane Behavioral Assisted Living does. It has a structured, behavioral, individualized plan of care that allows its residents the opportunity to succeed. The owners and the staff strive to meet the needs of even their most discerning and vulnerable customers.
